I think it must have been Rugrats Go Wild. It was so 2003. I was seriously obsessed with Rugrats, being little more than a toddler myself. Mom paid extra to see it in 3D, the old kind with red and blue glasses. There were scratch and sniff cards being handed out too. Tbh I think the novelty of the glasses and card is why I remember, it made me use more senses.
