This pub, made famous as the Beatles frequented it in their youth, still has plenty of character. I was sitting in the corner with a semi-professional point & shoot camera. The barkeep, (who looked like she was 12) was really made up with these fellas just out of view. I thought, I have to capture that smile before leaving!

While I was walking along Park Road in Liverpool, there was this patch of grass that these seagulls were hovering over. I might have just missed someone who had thrown out some stale bread, or perhaps a bin had tipped over.

Earlier today I was at Georgetown Cupcakes looking out the plate glass window. There were various frosted decals on the window and it seemed like a good opportunity to capture something cool. This was taken as a B&W in the Lightroom cell phone app, on dramatic. I tweaked it in PixLr, and then added grain in Snapseed.

I've had some renewed interest in street scene photography, having just met a bloke who does this type of work.

My cariad and I were getting a drink across the street when two girls sat on the steps. Seemed like a nice scene to try and capture.
