“I’m small, and I have a lot of things to unpack. It would take me all day by myself.’

“Oh who is your boyfriend?” she asked. “I don't want to go around flirting with the wrong boys.”

"I only kiss men. I don't exactly swing for the other team. Although you have gorgeous hair."

"I'm not a little girl. I'm a woman." She sighed a little as she smirked at the boy.

"I may only be five foot 2, but I bet I'm only 2 years or so younger than you." She laughed a little.

"Veronica. Or Ronnie for short." She smiled.

"Oh...I'm a junior in high school. But I'm 17. So I'm not like a baby or anything."
