SLPT: Overweight? Just get incredibly sick, you will shed off the extra weight in no time
I was about 10 pounds over my ideal weight and couldn’t seem to lose it thru diet and exercise. This last week I was incredible sick, could only manage to eat once a day and was bed ridden pretty much the entire time. Stepped on the scale today and I’m at my ideal weight.
Who knew losing weight was as easy as just sleeping all day?
