Is Intuition Self Mastery?
We all have this hidden ability that we often do not use, simply because we have not been taught or shown. It's a commitment that if made you can reach peace clarity and inner guidance system which is to your greater good. If you start to focus on yourself you will reach your goals and success and greatness by tapping into the abundance that is there to support us.
 I started my journey in self development a little while back, and itâs opened me to some profound findings, Iâve been getting to know and develop the relationship with myself as crazy as that may seem itâs brought me to my souls purpose the moment where I discovered I am more than this body and the name I have been given.   I believe that our life really is made up of these moments, the question is do we really have control of our life path or is this already mapped out?
 I believe it is our soul steering the vessel where we reside? Connecting with my intuition gifts has given me more clarity and a stronger knowing that there is this infinite divine intelligence that supports us and our whole universe. This connection goes deeper than you and I,  its vast powerful and great.Â
 All the answers are not outside of us, they are in fact within us by tapping into this super power you begin to get a small portion of the enormity of this infinite universe and live a very different life to what is outside of you.Â
 There is this higher infinite power, Wayne dyer called it a divine intelligence, Your highest self, itâs the larger part of you that is in fact infinite a supporting guidance.
I call it my GPS system that knows the way, its already been programmed and everything is working perfectly towards this. Learning to surrender to this is your journey to your greatness.Â
Connecting with this bigger part if us is only if you are determined to listen to the calling of love, forgiveness, and kindness as you move through your days, you will meet this beautiful feeling that universe has your back.Â
There are 4 phases in which is shared as we develop, Â Wayne Dyers analogy of the phases of growth:Â Taken from Wayne Dyers book, Manifest Your Destiny.Â
 The ATHLETE phase is when our primary identification is with our physical body. During this phase men and women measure worth and happiness by physical appearance. This is the time when the ego really starts to âflex its musclesâ, when life seems impossible without a mirror and a steady stream of approval and positive strokes.
 The second phase, the WARRIOR, is when the flexed ego really comes into its own â the primary goal seems to be to conquer the world and to show superiority. It is the time dominated by competition, achievement and the acquisition of cars, clothes, houses, boats, etc.
 Then comes the STATESPERSON which gradually begins to unfold. This is a âbeen there done thatâ phase. The intensity of the ego becomes more subdued. The needs, wants and desires of others start to become more important.Â
 Arriving at the Statesperson phase is unfortunately often a long time in coming, occasionally only manifesting in the very late or even end stages of life. However, âarrivingâ does not mean that there aren't still aspects of the Athlete and/or Warrior still evident. It is just that the inner desire has shifted from self-absorption to being of service to, and considering the thoughts and feelings of others.
Finally, and ultimately, the goal is to reach the state of Spirit â where one recognises one's truest essence, the Highest Self.Â
 Looking inwards to discover your Higher self opens you up and the journey towards this is an infinite one and cannot be solely reached in one lifetime, although I believe to connect with the real self, your authentic self the spiritual essence of who you are which is infinite is your self mastery.

The Power of Healing your Chakraâs
Everything is made of energy, electromagnetic energy, people animals and even objects often retain foreign energy for long periods of time. This energy can be positive or negative.
What are Chakraâs. There are 7 Chakraâs which are the energy centres in our body in which energy flows through. The word Chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning âwheelâ wheel of spinning energy. A chakra is like a whirling, vortex like powerhouse of energy.
Chakraâs are circular (flower petal shaped) Vortexes of energy lying across different points on our spinal column. These are connected to glands and organs in the body and are responsible for union distribution of âCHIâ also called Praana of life energy which flows through them.
These energy centres can become blocked often when our emotions are out of balance which can then lead to manifest illness, aches or pains in the body. So itâs important to know which centres are which and how we can balance them. This can be done through Mindfulness and Meditation.
The Root Chakra
The Colour of the Root Chakra is red. This Chakra is related to your connection to your physical body and the earth.
The root chakra gives you energy to survive; it is your root, your foundation.
The Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra is your passion and pleasure centre and it is located in the pelvic area. The 2nd chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment. The second chakra is the centre of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection.
The Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra, located between the navel and solar plexus, is the core of our personality, our identity, of our ego. The Solar Plexus chakra is the centre of willpower.
The Heart Chakra
The Heart chakra â the wellspring of love, warmth, compassion, and joy is located in the centre of the chest at the heart level.
The Heart chakra moves love through your life.
The Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is the fifth chakra and it is the first of the higher or spiritual chakras on the âchakra ladderâ. This chakra is located in the region of neck and shoulders and its colour is blue.
The Third Eye Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra transcends time. It is located in the brain, at the brow, above the base of the nose. The gift of this chakra is seeing â both inner and outer worlds.
The Crown Chakra
The crown chakra is the seventh chakra and it is at the top of the âchakra ladderâ which starts from the root chakra that grounds us on the Earth and progresses upward to the Crown which connects us with the universe and the Divine source of creation.

Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop

 How many times have you tried to manifest and something crazy happens and yet it doesnât show up?Â
 You see you have whats called an Intention Point this is the connecting ground between your Heart and your Mind. Â
 BOTH are necessary to manifest properly, and using your Intention Point, you can do things you never thought were possible before.

What if I donât have enough money when I retire? Irrational fears perhaps, but made real by our own constant attention. How infuriating and exhausting it becomes.
 Anyway, back to Meditation. As long as you can breathe, you can meditate. Thatâs it, itâs that simple. Meditation is now part of my daily routine and life, in fact it changed my life totally.Â
 I came to a point in my life where I was constantly getting stressed or burning out, sound familiar? I would feel lethargic, fatigued, my focus was completely off and my health & weight was spiralling out of control.Â
 I started looking for a natural way of re-charging myself without having big bouts of my health and well being, being compromised.Â
 So ever since coming out the corporate and business world it has been my intention to help those who want to discover themselves, remove fears, blocks and live a life that is peaceful, fulfilling and abundant and discover your unlimited potential as I have and do.
 The biggest benefit Iâve experienced from meditation is that itâs made me a more focused entrepreneur. One of the challenges I have is a never-ending to-do list, and thereâs always something to worry or stress about.Â
 The ability to compartmentalise and focus and tune out the distractions, crises, and worries when I need to is absolutely critical; otherwise, Iâd never sleep! Meditation has absolutely helped me do this, and without my practice I think back to when my health and well being was at its lowest. Thank goodness for Meditation!

What is an Empath?

AWAKENING PROCESS
It is a complete surrender, a process of brutal self honesty. It is a path of complete acceptance of the truth, no matter how difficult it is to bear. I remember it vivid like a jigsaw puzzle coming together. We go through life coach with so many false notions â of the world, of spirituality and of ourselves. We build up masks and we believe the facades. Itâs all a charade. It is all based upon illusions and deceit. We deceive ourselves at every moment, and the world also deceives us at every moment. We live in perpetual cognitive dissonance, justifying the most absurd things in our minds. We constantly lie to ourselvesâŚ. and we believe it. To awaken to the truth that you seek, you must tear down the lies. But we are too attached to the lies. We want to hold on to the illusions and to become enlightened at the same time. That is not possible; it cannot occupy the same space at the same time. The road to truth takes courage, discernment and self honesty, not many people have that. We have been weakened by the programming since our childhood. Most people want to remain in the herd, as they find comfort in the company of other such souls. It takes a certain individual to break free of the herd. It takes a certain type of person to walk that road; a person that is willing to give up everything to find true Self. My story was one that took me through so many paths to nowhere; detours, darkness, beyond the comforts of my perceived reality for me to awaken. It was simply a matter of my time. As with awareness comes responsibility which many are not willing to bare. Now the strange thing about this, is that worse things happened to me so why did this hit me this time so hard? Why this time I believe because it was supposed to, for me to transform and embrace who I really was, I was ready for. The universe has a way of shaking you to the core, itâs part of the awakening process. In the past, I was strong, and I kept my sense of self, of who I thought I was. But this time, my sense of self, who I thought I was had already started to transform I stopped trying to be strong and in control and I embraced my mode of resistance, I surrendered to my calling. I was no longer trying to push it away the suffering was gone, all was forgiven, and I was at peace. My false perception of Self vanished. I remember feeling gratitude of the singing of the birds, the sun entering through the window, the wind in trees and everything around me was seen in a new light â a light of awe and amazement. My mind had ceased its chatter, I was experiencing a very deep peace. And then it started â wave after wave of revelations, of deep knowings. I began to awaken to who I Am. I became acutely aware that I Am eternal unlimited the very matter that is of this universe. Each wave awakened me more to my deepest Self, each wave also shattered the illusions and deceptions of the world. As I awakened, my eyes saw a very different world. All the pieces fell into place. When I look back at this, If it had been an easy ride I would not of awakened therefore this process did what it was meant for, I am now grateful and thankful to this and help others in their journey of awakening to the universe that is inside all of us.

The Role of Feelings Has In Your Manifesting
Your thoughts are without form until you feel and imagine how it would feel to receive and actualise those wishes to manifest.Â
 Neville Goddard in 1944 spoke on a subject that every feeling makes a subconscious impression and unless it is counteracted by a more powerful feeling of an opposing nature, it must be expressed. What you feel you are always dominates what you feel you would like to be; therefore to be realised the wish must be felt as a state rather than a state that is not.Â
 Ideas are impressed on the subconscious through the medium of feeling. No idea can be impressed on the subconscious mind until it is felt- be it good, bad or indifferent it must be expressed.Â
 The subconscious mind responds to suggestions: You can reprogram your subconscious mind so that it is accustomed to positive uplifting and unlimited thoughts with mental images affirmation work and feelings by believing all things are possible feeling them within your being and with the help of your wonderful imagination.
You are able to convince your subconscious of the actualised wish or desire therefore manifesting it into your reality.Â

 Step 1/ This step in asking comes easily and automatically everything from  your subtle or even unconscious desires results in day to day life coach.Â
 Step 2/ Has nothing to do with you itâs the work of the universe, all things you asked for large and small are immediately understood and fully offered. This is the work of the non physical.Â
 Step 3/ You allow it in, this is application of the Art of Allowing, unless you are in receiving mode, your questions, even though they have been answered will seem unanswered to you; your desires will not be fulfilled not because your wishes have not been heard but because your vibrations are not a match. This comes down to faith, knowing and expecting it turn up with the feeling and belief that is already here.
 Many would argue with this, examples of unfulfilled desires from their own life experiences is because they have not understood and completed the very step 3 without the completion of this step the existence of step 1 and 2 could go unnoticed.Â
 Every thought that you give your attention to expands and becomes part of your vibrational mix whether itâs something you want or donât want your attention to it becomes magnified, it starts to take form, you may not be able to see this form as yet, but imagine planting a seed in the ground, it needs earth water and sunlight and the right conditions to grow, and time to nurture. You would then let this happen naturally as this is natures way to bring it into reality,You then would expect it to flower in the coming months.Â
 Your not going to pull this seed out of the ground before it starts to form a bud and grow into the beautiful flower. However this is what most of us do when we have launched a thought or desire we are not vibrationally matched to. Our desires are no different the process of nature. We often meddle in with step 2 which is not for us to get ourselves involved with. Â
There is a big difference between the theory of manifesting, and how the process of alignment typically plays out in the real world, where we are contending with deeply ingrained beliefs, and patterns of behaviour, that really arenât conducive to allowing better stuff to show up for us.
 Itâs okay to feel good in anticipation of somethingâs arrival, of knowing your reality will soon start reflecting all that great energy you are cultivating.
 What screws it up is constantly noticing the absence of something, feeling badly about it, and then worrying itâs not going to come; or trying to force it to come through a certain channel and/or getting attached to any situation that manifests itself as a possible means of delivering this thing.
 We are constantly overthinking on how we think it will come, and since our minds are ill-equipped to calculate infinite possibility, we tend to come up with a very limited set of options.
 Trust The ProcessÂ
 Know that you live in an infinite universe that includes all existence. Everything that occurs within this field is completely influenced by it. And therefore nothing accidental is possible.
 Living from the perspective if your wishes and desires align with this universal force then miraculous things happen and become the norm.Â
The universe conspires in ways that are hidden from your intellectual inquiring mind. Synchronised unexplained happenings become more acceptable and things that you were taught are impossible and outside the realm of reality show up.Â
 Trust the process the nature of the universe, surrender and receive.Â

When Your Desires and Beliefs Are A Vibrational Match
As quoted in the book Ask and it is Given, written by Esther and Jerry Hicks - Abraham TeachingsÂ
 That which is like unto itself is drawn, your vibration of your being must match the vibration of your desire in order for your desire to be fully received by you.Â
 So as we transmit our electronic desires/requests and launch them out we are waiting patiently for these to manifest, It takes no time for the universe to manifest what you want, any time delay you experience is due to your delay in getting to the place of believing, knowing and feeling that you already have it.
 However with your logical belief that (conscious or subconscious) your delaying it with the thoughts of you donât deserve what it is, your inner critic is in sabotage mode, your not worthy of itâs presence or your trying to work out the HOW and as your doing so, your logical mind canât quite grasp how this could possibly come into your reality, these all have an effect on your frequency and your point of attraction negatively.
 AlignmentÂ
 The Law of Attraction dictates that whatever can be imagined and held in the mindâs eye is achievable if you take action on a plan to get to where you want to be. This can be done when you tap into your emotions and feelings a good way of doing this is with meditation, it brings you an awareness when you are sensitive to your emotions you align to who you are and what your wanting emotionally.Â
 At these points, you are immediately telling the universe âI donât,â âI doubtâ, âI canât accept,â âI am notâ if this is the case your no longer a vibrational match to your desire to the vibrational frequency this was on when you launched it in the first place.Â
 How Do Your Beliefs Affect Your Frequency
 Depending how big your beliefs are will effect the vibrational differences.
 If your desire is for an improved financial condition, this cannot come to you if you often feel jealous of others peoples good fortune as these sit in different places on the frequency scale and are therefore not a vibrational match. Â
 If your focus is on the lack of what you donât have, youâll end up having more lack, if you keep focusing on where you are now, this is going to be repeated in your experience as where your attention goes energy flows. Therefore keeping you stuck in a self fulfilling prophecy.Â
 A lot of our beliefs come from our childhood, peers, people who influenced us in the earlier part of our lives and thatâs where our beliefs get imbedded they become our truths which in fact are other peoples handed down and they can hold you back from what you are wanting depending on the belief of course. By banishing guilt and feelings of self-doubt from your life coach career and your internal world forever. No negotiation. The Law of Attraction - Â Ask & Allow
Scientific research now reveals how the heart creates a powerful manifestation energy. We now have a better and much deeper understanding of how The Law Attraction works scientifically. There have been some profound studies around that reveal that the heart area is acting as a hub to a source of wisdom and intelligence that enhances our lives with increased balance, creativity and intuitive capacities.
 The heart is in fact, a highly complex information-processing centre with its own functional brain that communicates with and influences the cranial brain via the nervous system, hormonal system and other pathways. These influences affect brain function and most of the bodyâs major organs and play an important role in mental and emotional experience and the quality of our lives.
 There are a number of research studies that have explored topics such as the electrophysiology of intuition and the degree to which the heartâs magnetic field, which radiates outside the body, carries information that affects other people, our pets and linking people together in surprising ways.Â
 It has also shown the heart communicates to the brain in four major ways: neurologically (through the transmission of nerve impulses), biochemically (via hormones and neurotransmitters), biophysically (through pressure waves) and energetically (through electromagnetic field interactions). Communication along all these conduits significantly affects the brainâs activity. Moreover, the research shows that messages the heart sends to the brain also can affect performance.
 The Law of VibrationÂ
 Modern science has proven that what we call Matter and energy are âmodes of vibratory motion this teaches us that nothing restâs; everything moves ;Â
everything vibrates. This brings me onto the principle fact that The Law of Vibration which serves the foundation of the Law Of Attraction, through Quantum physics shows us that everything in our universe is energy, when we go down on a sub-atomic level we donât find matter but pure energy.
 Everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another, and so are you. However, your frequency is different from other things in the universe and that is why it seems like you are separated from what you see around you; people, animals, plants, trees etc..
Everything has its own vibrational frequency - the table - the car - the picture frame - the rock - even our thoughts and feelings. It is all governed by The Law of Vibration.
 Our "frame of knowledge" is constantly changing since science is showing us "new" truths - new paradigms. As we advance even more with new technology science will reveal even more new truths. Truths most people would label crazy.
One of these truths is that The Law of Vibration is real. Just as real as the law of gravity.
 Simply put, these fundamental Laws of the universe operate in correlation with one another, the Law of Attraction has the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.Â
 It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or religious belief, it is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts, emotions, life coach career and feelings and materialise them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually. Meditation Techniques
There are different techniques, itâs about finding what works for you, below are some of the most popular meditation techniques:-
 Transcendental Meditation
Popularised in the 1950s and 1960s by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Transcendental Meditation explores the power of sounds and vibrations to engage and enlighten. Also known as Mantra Meditation, this technique focuses on the repetition of a particular sound or affirmation throughout the meditation session. Traditionally, these repeated words were considered sacred in nature and were only bestowed by a seasoned teacher. Today, mantra instructors and guides are commonplace and help guide personal or group sessions. For beginners, the repetition of words and sounds helps to focus the mind.
 Concentration
Concentration, also known as Focused Attention Meditation, requires prolonged silent focusâthink Buddhist monk sitting on top of a mountain. This technique calls for an absolute focus on a physical sensation, such as air entering and leaving the lungs or hand temperature. Any time the mind wanders, attention is refocused on the particular internal or external sensation. For many, this allows the mind to let go of scattered thoughts and provides relief from sensory overload.
 Mindfulness
The practice of mindfulness program has been trending for quite some time. Everyone from celebrities to sports stars is extolling the benefits of mindfulness, but what exactly is it? In essence, mindfulness is being in the momentâ-focusing on the internal and external experiences that occur from moment to moment to gain an appreciation and calmness for life as it happens. If you are constantly bombarded by worrisome thoughts about the future or the past, you might appreciate mindfulness techniques.
 Yoga
Although yoga and meditation training are two separate practices, they do support each other and many yoga instructors even reserve time at the beginning or end of class to practice some form of meditation. The posture and concentration required during yoga help to encourage focus and balance.Â
 Tai Chi like yoga, Tai Chi alone is not meditation. Instead, Tai Chi uses ancient practices that focus on the physical and spiritual aspects of life. Among them are two methodsâNeigong and Qi Gongâwhich concentrate on âlife energy.â Both emphasise the importance of body posture, breathing, and meditation to restore energy or âchi.â
 Walking
Not every form of meditation is done while sitting or standing in silence. Walking meditation allows you to get up and move around. While walking is not the only form of moving meditation, it is one of the most popular. It uses aspects of the concentration meditation techniques, and proponents say it is easier for people to focus on sensations while they walk. The distance and destination are arbitrary, the focus on steps and breathing is whatâs important. You can do this while walking anywhere but it may be most beneficial at your favourite park or beach or my favourite in nature the forest.Â
 Guided Imagery
Guided imagery meditation is ideal for beginners and feels like an exercise for your mind. Often you can perform this type of meditation in a group class or with the aid of a website or phone app. The teacher or instructor walks participants through mind sensory visualisations of sights, sounds, smells, textures, movements, and more. If your mind wanders from the guided images, just return your focus and concentration.

The Neuroscience of Meditation
There are 5 categories of brain waves:Â
 1. Gamma State: (30 - 100Hz) This is the state of hyperactivity and active learning. Gamma state is the most opportune time to retain information. This is why educators often have audiences jumping up and down or dancing around â to increase the likelihood of permanent assimilation of information. If over stimulated, it can lead to anxiety.
 2. Beta State: (13 - 30Hz) Where we function for most of the day, beta state is associated with the alert mind state of the prefrontal cortex. This is a state of the âworkingâ or âthinking mindâ â analytical, planning, assessing and categorising.
 3. Alpha State: (9 - 13Hz) Brain waves start to slow down out of thinking mind. We feel more calm, peaceful and grounded.Â
We often find ourselves in an âalpha stateâ after a yoga class, a walk in the woods, a pleasurable sexual encounter or during any activity that helps relax the body and mind. We are lucid, reflective, have a slightly diffused awareness. The hemispheres of the brain are more balanced (neural integration).
 4. Theta State: (4 - 8Hz) We are able to begin meditation. This is the point where the verbal/thinking mind transitions to the meditative/visual mind. We begin to move from the planning mind to a deeper state of awareness (often felt as drowsy), with stronger intuition, more capacity for wholeness and complicated problem solving. The theta state is associated visualisation.
 5. Delta State: (1-3 Hz) Tibetan monks that have been meditating for decades can reach this in an alert, wakened phase, but most of us reach this final state during deep or dreamless sleep.
 Meditation workshop also helps you identify with that part of you that is eternal, you see the true value of yourself and in all others, comparisons and divisions fade away replaced by peace and a greater knowledge that you are much more than your physical body.Â
 It has become a very effective tool in my life in particular in finding the root cause on my inner conflict, When I understood the deeper intent of each side within me, I was able to provide understanding to the root of the problem. It was not about what was going on outside of me, it was about feeling whole and being true to myself.

 Over the last 30 years, academic research in the fields of neuroscience, psychology and physical medicine have documented the wide-ranging benefits of learning to meditate, particularly in an 6-week mindfulness course format.

How To Have A Healthy Relationship
Sometimes relationships can seem like a lot of work until you sit back and realise just how much youâve been given. A thriving, healthy relationship requires some give and take, and is absolutely within your reach if you and your partner are willing to do a bit of work. If you and your partner are right for each other, all the work will definitely be worth it in the long run.
Things you must do independentlyÂ
Take responsibility for your own happiness. Save yourself several hours of arguing by remembering this one rule: itâs not up to anyone else to make you happy. In a relationship your partner will try to please you and make you happy, but in the end you are responsible for your happiness.
  Make good on your words. Follow through on your promises. When you say youâre going to do something, do it. Donât say that youâll cook dinner, or get a birthday present, and then blow it off or simply forget about it. What this does is systematically destroy trust. And relationships need trust in order to thrive.
⢠If youâre bad at remembering things, write it down on a personal planner or calendar, and set up reminders on your phone.
Admit your mistakes. If you know youâve done something to hurt your partner, intentionally or not, own up to it. Humble yourself and apologise sincerely, without making excuses or justifications like âIâm sorry you made me angry.â you have to be responsible for your actions and cannot make anyone else feel guilty for what you have done or didnât do.
⢠Commit to changing your behaviour. If you notice yourself apologising for the same mistake over and over, step it up a level. Tell your partner that you recognised this mistake keeps happening, and you want to train yourself to stop. Request help and ask for him or her to gently point it out to you when youâre making this mistake again.
Be realistic. Every relationship has disagreements and days when staying isnât the easiest choice. But what makes a relationship healthy is choosing to resolve those problems and push through the hard days, instead of just letting issues and resentment fester. working through your problems will help you be a much positive person.
⢠Review your expectations. Do you see your partner as a person, with both winning qualities and flaws, or as someone you expect to be perfect? If your expectations are so astronomical that no one could live up to them 100% of the time, youâre setting up your relationship for failure. Learn to embrace their differences. You can learn a lot from them.
⢠Accept that conflict happens. If you expect to be in a long-term relationship, youâre bound to have the occasional disagreement. Remember that one argument isnât the end of everything, and thereâs no person on earth that youâd agree with all the time.
⢠Always ask yourself whether youâre better off in the relationship than out of it. If you donât think youâre better off in the relationship, then you probably should have a serious discussion with your partner. In a loving relationship, this question almost always gets a simple âYes.â
 Listen to your partner. Sometimes, all your partner wants is for you to lend an ear and be sympathetic about one of their problems. Other times, your partner wants you to actively give them advice. Know which one your partner is looking for, and try to give them what they want. Being a good listener is all about paying attention to what theyâre saying and not blowing it off.
⢠You can always ask âAre you looking for advice, or do you just want to vent?â
⢠Listening to your partner will enhance your relationship in many ways. It will help you resolve differences without arguing; let you explore each otherâs personality more deeply.
 Show your affection in whatever way you can. Thereâs a difference between knowing that youâre loved and feeling that youâre loved. Sometimes, we bank on the fact that our partners should know that we love them even when we donât show it. Donât rely on this too much. The best relationships use affection to show love.
⢠Do something for your partner that you know they will truly appreciate. Whether it means getting up early to mow the lawn, taking the kids to karate, or baking itâs often the little favours that say the most.
⢠Donât be afraid to show physical affection every once in a while. Loving relationships feed off of the little kisses, hugs, and back-rubs that are mainstays of affection.
⢠Do the unexpected. Itâs one thing to kiss your partner after you come home from work; itâs another thing to kiss your wife while youâre skydiving, falling 10,000 feet (3,048.0 m) from a plane. Itâs the thought that counts, so put a little effort into it for huge returns.
Be loyal. Make sure they know that you will always be there for them. Put them first in your life as much as you possibly can. Not that you have to only see them ever, or never talk to anyone else, but they should know that they can always count on you. Also, expect the same loyalty from them. You deserve to feel prized in the relationship just as much as them.
 Do not ever hide anything from your partner. Especially your feelings about them and your relationshipâwhether good or bad! This way you will be able to overcome all the difficulties and challenges together. If something bad happened in your past that still affects you in the present, they need to know about it.
⢠You should be able to discuss your sexual history. It is an obligation before you decide to be sexually involved with your partner. But you should make them feel safe and free from judgment, and you should expect the same from your partner.
Give them some space. Everyone needs their own privacy and some freedom, so donât constantly watch everything they do. Everyone hates to be watched, stifled and controlled.
⢠Do not ever spy on your partner (reading their phone, stalking them on social networks, following them around). If they are cheating on you, you will find out. These things cannot be kept secret for very long. But if you spy on them and they are innocent, you will lose their trust and respect forever.
Express your feelings towards them. Always remind your partner of how much they mean to you, and what they represent to you. Women are not the only ones who need expressions of love and care, men need that too.
⢠If you have a problem, you need to let them knowâpreferably in a clear and calm manner without any yelling or blaming. If your partner says `Are you OK?` and you answer yes, do not expect them to understand that you really meant no. Be honest and open.
⢠Let them know it is safe to open up to you about what they are feeling. Reward their trust in you by sympathising with them and, but you don`t need to say much, just listen.
⢠Donât let fear of losing them stop you from expressing your feelings, or spend every minute fearing the huge pain that might cause you. Enjoy each wonderful moment as it happens, and realise that there will never be another one just like it.
⢠A solid relationship should be based on mutual respect; if you are constantly trying to pull them down with you, this means you don`t respect them enough to want them happy. If youâre having serious issues with depression, self esteem, or mental illness, start seeing a counselor.
Encourage your partner. Encourage their efforts and successes in their work/study. This shows how much you care about them and believe in them. It will also make their feelings towards you grow even stronger, and theyâll know that they can count on you for support.
Always make sure to notice your partner and compliment them. It will make them feel appreciated. Has your partner got a new dress or has changed their hairstyle? Tell them how much you like it. It will make their day.
