Keia doesn’t like humans, especially human men.  But Ellister demonstrates a lot of qualities that she admittedly finds quite admirable.  She likes his gravitas, his bearing… and I suspect she likes teasing him.  Just a little. 

And she can’t help but sigh a little when she sees him and Vandrysse together.  Devotion to one’s partner is something she finds quite appealing.

(The player, on the other hand, would like to rank Elli 10/10 total hottie. :D )

-Male, not bad-looking, dresses well-Seems to at least tolerate her presence as well as her stupid questions-Generally strikes her as a very kind old man-Smells good-Married to a fellow worgen, so very much off-limits-Really smart. Like, scarily smart. WAY TOO MANY BIG WORDS. -Frequently triggers her insecurities without realizing it, even though he’s nice to her. -Stiff and formal and a stick in the mud. ~Boooo-ring~ Might loosen up with a few drinks.

Hot Damn!

Ellister is a very traditionally handsome man that has equal measures of attractive and unattractive qualities. Solid 7/10, combined with Vandy’s score the two of you get a score of 13/10, since you make an excellent couple and he very much enjoys the dynamic the two of you have.

+1 for being well-groomed and well-dressed. Ellister puts thought into his appearance and Collin has to respect that. 

+2 for being a dark-haired, greying, dadly, wisened older gentleman.

+1 for being intelligent, but at the same time interesting and fun. Since their meeting at Ellister and Vandy’s home, Collin has learned that Ellister isn’t all stodgy manners and intellectualism: He has the capacity to be a True Bro.

-1 However, he’s still publicly very proper, which makes him slightly less impressive.

-1 for being The Most Gilnean. He has a hard enough time dealing with Viletta’s Gilnean-ness – it’s even more difficult breaking through that wall when it comes to a stranger. Like Vandy, that element of mystery (and confidence that this guy could and would kick his ass) has him slightly suspicious.

And, of course, there is the worgen thing… But, hey, Ellister can’t help it, and from Collin’s perspective he’s kept himself very well-behaved, so he can’t fault him.

Needle in a Haystack

The crypt was damp, but the Needler waited.  Cross-legged and motionless as the cold stones he sat upon, he waited.  His legs grew cold and sharp pains shot through his tailbone, but still he waited.   His head sagged under the burden of the mechanical array that was his constant companion–plugged directly into his brain, to the uninitiated it seemed more like a strange metal cage around his head, rather than the sublime achievement of biotechnology that it was.  

The only drawback was that it did get heavy after awhile.  But he dare not lie down for relief.  

He waited.
