He's a Castlemilk Moorit (a rare decorative primitive breed) but I took a lot of influence from the Hebridean to give him the sort of occult energy I wanted. Also a dash of Scottish Unicorn to taste.

Hey, remember when I made that TF2 base and posted it and said I was happy with it?

I LIED! SO I MADE IT AGAIN! FORGET ABOUT THE OLD ONE BECAUSE IT SUCKED AND THIS ONE IS WAY BETTER!!

(On a side note, I was digging through old Discord messages and found screenshots of versions 1 and 2 of this base, which objectively suck to a near comedic degree. So if anyone wants me to share those too, I can!)

The exterior hasn't changed too much from the last version. The main differences are more detail and actual landscaping around it. And the shipping containers on the roof.

As stated in the previous iteration, this is my reference for writing fanfiction so I can better envision the setting in my head. But anyone else is free to use it for either artistic reference or writing reference!

This is a home base for the mercenaries to live in when they're not deployed at a battlefield such as 2fort or Badwater. Those battlefields have their own temporary bases, which are much smaller and a lot less comfortable.

Some areas of interest on the outside - Engie has a campfire set up for when the guys wanna have a beer and chat around the fire after a hard day of work. And Sniper seems to have set up camp in one of the sniper towers, for whatever reason.

She doesn't stay here all the time, but some days she has to work extreme overtime, so it's handy to have her own place on the base where she can sleep and freshen up.

Base Version 3 taught me that Tumblr posts have a limit on the amount of images you can attach, so I'm going to end Part 1 here and get working on Part 2!

Hooh! Thanks, I found the video to be wonderful too :3 In a nutshell, it's a world where (almost) all in-game mechanics work as they do in the game, and the mercenaries have to live with it. Teleporting, healing, respawning ammo, respawning people, cosmetics, tons of guns hiding in one single tiny pocket, all this. I'm trying to provide an explanation - dumb or not - to how and why each thing works. The Loop is exactly what it is called, a time loop. There are many loops for running different things within the world, from a simple day-night cycle to the respawn mechanics, with the longest one being the weather with a whole 6 months to experience various weathers! Then it repeats itself. Sometimes there are calculation errors that, if not ending in noting, may, very rarely, lead to unusual things - like the deadmates. Been getting really into orange juice lately

I dunno if anyone else has any similar headcannons, but I like to imagine that after the events of the TF2 comics most of the cast got fairly normal jobs (for example, maybe Heavy owns or works at a gun pawn shop or Engineer goes to work for a tech or machinery company)

My personal favorite one out of these headcannons is that I headcannon that Medic ends up as a biology teacher (because there is absolutely no way that man is getting hired as an actual doctor). I also like to think that he actually still has the skeleton that he supposedly stole and keeps it in the classroom. I just like to think that he would enjoy doing stuff like the dissections that typically happen in biology classes and he’d try to work as many experimental projects in mainly for his own enjoyment rather than the students’
