The Pumpkin Spice Cafe by Laurie Gilmore

You can’t convince me this book would be on anyone’s radar of it wasn’t using trending words as it’s title. It’s one of the most bland and basic romance books I’ve ever read. It all felt like the author had a list of popular tropes she was checking of. There is no chemistry, no story, no “vibe”. It was a hallmark movie in book form, without the charm of horrible acting and color coded outfits in red and green.
