#gas pain has been bad the last few nights#i swear i lay down and my body goes ‘fuck you gas pain time’#it’s a side effect of my meds#i am fine btw it’s not too painful just super uncomfortable#also hopefully the bestie doesn’t get freak out by this#still haven’t found something that helps it#i have tried yoga poses and like pulling my knees to my chest back and forth#i have tried getting up and moving around ugh that usually makes it worse :(
