Everyday for about about a month was an emotional rollercoaster because I was going to be stepping on stage at Team Universe going for that ProCard. Went in with no expectations and enjoyed every min of just being there. . Thank you @lindastephensifbbpro for your daily push and affirmations that I worked hard for that stage. Didn’t take home the Procard but taking home 3rd 🥉 at my First National show is still surreal!! I’m very proud of what was accomplished and can’t wait to make it better ! Still top 3 and feeling great to have been on stage with some amazing women. I’ve received many requests for the recipe of this tasty, nutritious breakfast. Here it is!!!! 1/2-3/4 cup of egg whites 1 whole egg (eat your yolks) 1-2 tbsps of vanilla or graham cracker UMP by Beverly Cinnamon to taste Pour liquids into a small skillet Sprinkle protein powder & cinnamon over the liquid evenly Turn on the heat. Cook until it starts to congeal and then flip one side over the other like an omelet. Cook for a minute or so and then flip over and turn off heat but leave in the pan for a bit. If you want the yolk to stay runny take it off the heat a bit sooner. Put on a cooling rack. Top with a tablespoon of almond butter and a 1/2 cup of berries. A balanced nutritious way to start your day! 😋😋 I make 4 at a time and put them in the fridge. Then I warm them in the microwave for a fast breakfast.
