This is my grandad Arthur Sydney Wilkinson. He was an armourer during the second World War. He was based in liel and in Belgium. My grandmother used to send him bicycle inner tubes so he could trade them for fishing gear as fishing was his passion. He never spoke about his time in the RAF and strangely I have been unable to find details of him on the Internet. But he was there and saw action and lost friends.
