(The origins of the belief (“the moon is beautiful, isn’t it” = I love you) and even the so-called expected responses are dubious. Some say it’s merely a misconception and that nobody ever uses those phrases in real life. But I decided to use it for this comic anyway because I think it fits akira’s and akechi’s tendencies to speak in riddles.

Plus, I love the idea of akechi saying “I can die happy” to mean “I love you too” in the context of Persona 5 Royal’s good ending.)

I wanted to draw this shuake comic about Orion since last year because the impending supernova speculations were kinda popular back then.

I was trying to finish and upload this in January because it’s when Orion (and Betelgeuse and Rigel) is supposed to super bright and also since it’s when this comic is set in. Well, that didn’t happen but here it is.

It’s still winter and a good time to observe Orion lol. I mean, if it’s observable here with all its pollution, it should be visible like everywhere.

Anyway, this is a comic I liked working on and have a lot of feels for. So I hope you like it too.

Is there any persona 5 fanfics about the other audio that the team got when they tapped akechi's phone? Like we heard all the evil skeeming with shido but what about his panic attacks, alone in his room, hours of sobbing, mumbling to himself. His self hatred. Nicer moments when he sees a cute photo on his phone and he gasps cutely. Or when hes trying to take a good selfie for his Instagram and mumbles how shit he looks. Phone calls with past foster parents who actually want to try to be in his life but who he blocks out since he thinks hes not worthy. Or simple calls with tech support or on call interviews. Calls from fans who find his number. Theres so much audio from akechi's life though out that month it was bugged and i feel stolen from.
