Hey everyone, sorry I didn’t give the fasting update yesterday, my mom made dinner and I had no way to get out of eating like normal because our schedule got thrown off and now I broke my fast after like 94 hours and I was so close to 4 days. Now I feel so bad about myself and just wish I could go back

I feel so good about my self rn! I was just getting up out of the chair in my living room and it’s a recliner. I couldn’t get the feet down so I crawled onto it and it finally went down. My dad was sitting in a chair near me. So when I stood up I say, “ta da” and lifted my arms up. And for some reason my dad finally realized I had lost some weight and said, “girl you’re slimming down aren’t you” and I got embarrassed and said, “not really” and left the room but now I’m so proud of my self!
