my fav low cal foods pt2 ♡
oats (i love making oatmeal with almond milk or water, you can even use berries as toppings!!)
frozen grapes!! (i adore the crunch and they're such a perfect snack)
low-fat cottage cheese (it's pretty high in protein so it'll help keep your appetite in check for a good while, i recommend adding some chopped fruit soo yum!!)
apples (an apple a day keeps the cravings away! add cinnamon and a dash of honey, mix in well and you've got the perfect fall snack!!)
greek yoghurt (also very high in protein and tastes soo delicious with raspberries and blueberrys)

cucumbers!!! (you can slice them really thinly and season them a bunch so yum practically no cals)
eggs (i prefer boiled but if you fry them without too much oil the cal0ries are kinda the same)
rice cakes! (you can add a light layer of greek yoghurt soo yum)
berries (literally every type of berry is low in cals but especially strawberries and they’re soo cute)
watermelon (so refreshing in the summer and the crunch is soo good)

I start my last year at uni on september 2. I'm so stressed, I can't sleep, I just think about food. I didn't eat much, about 700 calories. (I have to eat more, even if I'm in my bed all day, because of epilepsy).
But I'm so hungry. I'm trying to find an instant noodle that around 100-150 calories, and I take a laxative tonight.
