Carry On Cosplayers!!!

I haven’t seen any of these post but here is a little reminder about Watford school uniforms!

First and Second years wear blazers in tow shades of green and two shades of purple, with dark grey trousers, green jumpers and red ties. Although Simon doesn’t say so in his description of the uniforms, both Penny and Agatha are mentioned to have worn skirts, presumably in they same grey as the trousers.

Upper years wear green blazers with white piping, and red jumpers if they want them. They also have the option of wearing capes, which Penny does.

Boater hats are also worn on the grounds until 6th year.

All of this information is taken from a Simon monologue in pages 14 and 15 of Carry On.

If you have yet to read Scythe (or really any of Shusterman’s books) I suggest you get down to your library and check them out. He’s one of my all time favorite author’s and some of my go to book recommendations for Reader’s Advisory at the library.
