12 pieces mozzarella cheese strings
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, if you want a little heat
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F or about 200 C. Line a baking cheese with parchment paper (better than foil as cheese can stick to it).
Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and set aside
Place the almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes if using, in a zipper lock sandwich bag. Shake bag until blended.
Dip each mozzarella cheese string/stick into the beaten egg and then put into the sandwich bag. Coat the cheese string by shaking the bag and place on a plate. Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes.
If baking, place the mozzarella sticks on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
If frying, heat a small amount of oil (olive preferably) in a small frying pan to about 1/4 an inch deep. Heat oil over a medium heat and pan-fry until golden brown. There’s no need to try and ‘deep fry’ them. Brown on all sides
Enjoy as is or use a low sugar marinara sauce

Wow I'm soooo impressed!
I replaced potato mash with cauliflower mash, what a surprise.😱😲🤤🤩 It is almost tastier and so quick to prepare.
The difference between potato mash and cauliflower mash per cup is you save 53 calories and 13g of carbs.
With cauliflower you get b2, calcium and K and C vitamins..

Its been almost 10 years since I have really loved myself. Its time and I hope I can keep it up.
Along the way of plenty dieting and hating myself, I have lost the person I am. Will I know myself again when I reached my UGW?🤔
How could I have tortured myself this way.
Staying motivated is key.

Its Monday one of the worst to start with, I have had a problem with overeating on Saturday and Sunday, but atleast I didn't touch anything sugary. I'm starting this morning off with a nice cup of hot coffee... yum after that I was thinking of taking a walk.
UGW: 132 lbs
Weight started with: 190lbs
Weight now: 176lbs lost 14 pounds in +-5 days.
Almost unbelievable to me, usually give in so quick. Im feeling good and proud. After day 4 no more headaches.
Breakfast: Enrista 3 in 1 coffee and fasting
Lunch: 😬 soft boiled egg with Aromat and half of grapefruit
Lots of water
Dinner wil be: as much steak until I'm full and broccoli (4)🥦
1 glass of Tab soda no calories.

I just figured out that every time I get hunger pains, I take a steamy bubble bath. It really helps. I can relax for an hour straight and feel so much better afterwards.. I will get the time by, by watching funny tik toks.

Weight lost 4.4lbs in 2 days.
Calorie budget: 921cals
Breakfast: Enrista Coffee 3in1 113cal plus alot of water
Lunch I eat 2 soft boiled eggs just to keep headaches to a minimum.

I'm new here and started Monday on my 100th diet, this time for the first time I feel I have the right mind set. I'm 4ft11 and 190lbs. I'm married with 2 kids and have been overweight for 10 yrs now. I am a over eater an emotional eater I try to eat the sad and painful days away but after the binge I am in a dark hole again over and over for 10 yrs straight. My husband used to say when we first met his favorite parts of my body was my collar bones and hip bone. Now it is gone and I wonder if he is still attracted. Im on a fast for 3 days now. For the first time I am doing it! Im already feeling proud!
