Help Please

Would any of you know how to fix this? I can’t find anything online. That can help me out with this question. How do you make the cat whole? In 3d Max the cat is normal. But when I put it in Milkshape it looks like this why? I never had this problem before.

I thought that you guys might like these. The first one that’s white. Is from Sims 2 by: (Fresh-Prince) at Modthesims. I covert his and made 2 of my own design.  All three of them are together in the Sims3 download.

12_Dogs_Cats_Carriers:

I’m making a cat shelter and a Pet store. So I made some kennels for them. So here’s 12 of them. Six of them has a label on them. While the other 6 don't. I used OMSP and Sliders to make the kennels look bigger and smaller.
