#1 - What is age regression? What’s the difference between age regression and kink?

Age regression is a coping mechanism that people use for stress, trauma, and mental illnesses. It’s also considered a type of hypnotic therapy for some people. In general it’s when people mentally regress to a child’s mindset and basically mentally are children to escape and relax from whatever they are coping with. It’s is NEVER sexual since the regressor is literally mentally a child and age regression is completely safe for everyone to be part of.

Kink (ageplay and cgl specifically) is a power dynamic relationship where one person the sub(Little) will act in some childish ways but is still mentally an adult and is able to consent to any activities they will engage in with their dom. A lot of the time it’s a type of roleplay and can be sexual. It’s not sexual for everyone but it is still considered a kink because of the power dynamic and is then unsafe for minors to be involved in online and with people they are unfamiliar with.

#3 - What is crosstagging? Why is it bad?

Crosstagging is when you use both nsfw/kink tags and sfw/age regression tags on the same post and account.

Crosstagging is bad for both the age regression community and the kink community.

It exposes minors to kink and leaves them vulnerable to being harassed and sexualized. Exposing anyone to nsfw content without consent is not good, especially minors.

A lot of regressors are also recovering and coping and do not want to sexual things in their safe space because it can make them super uncomfortable and could even trigger them.

It also brings minors into adult communities and invades their sexual safe space.

In general crosstagging isn’t good because something therapeutic and kid friendly shouldn’t be mixed with sexual content.

#4 - What is a DNI? Why are they important?

DNI means Do Not Interact and interacting is anything like following, liking posts, messaging, commenting, etc.

So a DNI is a list of people that the accounts creator doesn’t want on their account.

The reason people have them is that regressors are on their age regression account to feel safe and so they can be open about their regression and want to feel secure on their account and having a DNI keeps out unwanted people!

Sometimes people have them so they don’t accidentally see something that could trigger them since a lot of regressors are extremely vulnerable and could be coping from trauma which is very sensitive. So if you follow age regression accounts you should always read their DNI out of respect and just to make sure your keeping their safe space safe!

Virgil was walking down the pavement as he was heading towards the coffee shop down the street. He was a bit nervous, because his crush asked him out the other day on a day.

It happened after school. Summer’s finally starting. The time where summer romances started blooming, the kids going around running and screaming. It was the start of vacation.

Virgil was about to head home until Patton came running towards him. “Hey Pat, what’s up?” Virgil greeted as Patton came closer. “Hey Vigre! I uh- I wanted to tell you something when summer starts.” Patton said nervously. Virgil raised an eyebrow wondering what Patton wanted to tell him. “I- uh- Virgil I-..” Patton can’t make any complete sentences because of how nervous he was.

“Hey, easy. Calm down. It’s not like I’m going to hate you or something.” Virgil quickly said when he realized Patton was panicking a bit.

Patton took in a deep breath and calmed down. “I was saying that… I’ve had a crush on you for a while virge.. And I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me on Friday..” Patton said sheepishly as blush started forming on his cheeks.

Virgil was beyond shocked. Patton, The Patton who is the most adored person in the school has a crush on him. The person Virgil had a crush on for months now is telling him that he wants to go on a date with him.

Virgil is beyond ecstatic.

Virgil smiled brightly and leaned forward to give Patton a tight hug.“ You don’t know how long I’ve waited for you to say that.” Virgil whispered happily.

Patton froze a bit at Virgil’s sudden action but smiled nonetheless. “Well, Atleast you don’t have to wait anymore Virgil.” Patton whispered back.

Fast forward to now. Where Virgil is a nervous wreck not wanting to screw this up. He wanted this to be perfect.

After a couple of minutes, Virgil finally arrived at the coffee shop and went in. He looked around and saw a familiar face and walked over.

“Hey” Virgil greeted when he arrived at the table and sat down. “Hello to you too V!"Patton chimed.

"You look great today.” Virgil said admiring Patton’s attire for their date. Patton looked amazing, no, Stunning is the right word.

“Awww thanks Virgil! I should say you don’t look bad yourself.” Patton said, which made Virgil blush a bit.

After their little grettings, they ordered some coffee and talked for hours in that coffee shop. Both giggling and laughing at one of Patton’s puns. Sharing stories about their life and many others.

They didn’t realize time passed by until one of them checked their watch. “Oh shoot!” Virgil exclaimed. “Pat, it’s 7 pm. We better get back home.”

Patton’s smile fell for a bit, not wanting their date to end so quickly. “Aww Pat, don’t be sad.” Virgil said as he leaned forward a bit to place his hand on Patton’s cheek. “We could always see each other Tomorrow.” Virgil said with a bright smile on his face.

Patton smiled too. “You want to go on a date again?” Patton asked. “Yeah sure. I mean, if you want to.” Virgil said as he leaned back on his chair. “Well, then it’s another date then” Patton said as he stood up from his chair about ready to leave.

Virgil quickly followed as the two of them headed out the coffee shop. “Hey, how about I walk you home. I’d much prefer it if I knew my boyfriend would be safe and sound.” Virgil said as he held Patton’s hand.

Patton looked away blushing hard, which only made Virgil chuckle a little.

The two walked down the path while still holding each other’s hand. Virgil couldn’t help but smile seeing Patton happily walking beside him.

It was something he always dreamed of doing, and now it’s finally a reality. Things were starting to go up for Virgil.

Though they didn’t talk much. They just enjoyed each other company as they walked around the city. They just enjoyed each others company.

After a while, they finally arrived at Patton’s apartment. They stopped just right outside, taking once last look at each other. Their eyes filled with love and adoration for the other.

Patton, without thinking, leaned in and kissed Virgil, who happily kissed back.

Their lips meet, Patton’s soft lips pressing against Virgil’s. It was addictive, he wanted to kiss Patton over and over again. It was one of the best moments in his life, and hopefully, it will be for the rest of his life.

When they pulled apart for air, Virgil looked into Patton’s beautiful blue eyes. The eyes that shined so bright just like the stars at night.

He leaned in so his and Patton’s forehead was touching, a small smile grew on his face. “I love you, Patton.” Virgil whispered.

“I love you too Virgil.”
