Lunch: lavish bread pizza (300 cals)
Dinner: leek stir fry noodles with plantspired Korean bbq “beef” (364 cals) this was so damn good
Snack: pumpkin and caramel coffee (130 cals)
Total: 794 cals :)

It feels so awful but man the best fix for b/p is to binge and then not do anything about that. Just sitting there and feeling the pain in your stomach, how uncomfortable being so full is. The weigh in the next day… definitely set me straight

I think instead of tracking cals I’m gonna just take pictures and share them on here as a daily log :)
Idk the shitty thing about tracking cals is when I go over like 700 I feel like a failure and end up binging anyways
Gonna focus on eating healthy-ish and mostly home cooked meals :3 gonna try to avoid takeout as much as possible
I’ve kinda accepted that I’m out of the honeymoon phase of my weight loss journey, im maintaining right now, and it sucks but it is what it is. I kinda accept that any weight loss from here on out will probably take a while
I really wanna break my b/p habit too, that’s now my main goal for the rest of the month
