They’re walking in the general direction of Harvard Square. Vi can smell the river faintly in the distance to their right. Caitlyn’s scent — sharper and more metallic today, heavy with fresh blood — catches on the breeze that stirs in her hair, flooding the senses. “I understand that you’re still upset I gave you blood.” She shakes her head, pushes the hair back into place. “However, I would prefer if you didn’t operate completely out of spite.”

There’s another grunt from Vi. She feels her teeth click, more instinct than thought, and wonders if that — pure instinct — has been too much of her operation since she came back home. She’d like to imagine there’s some thought still in there, mixed in with all the animal impulses, but she’s feeling less certain tonight. “Sure.”

Every day those skeleton lesbians are on my dash beating the shit out of each other or making out or playing mario kart. I don’t even know what kind of media the locked tomb is. Is it a tv series? A collection of plushies? A webcomic? A limited edition beverage with an oddly detailed lore behind it? Perchance. All of these questions and more could be solved by a simple google search, yet I kind of like having something that I have no context for - or understanding of - cross my dash occasionally. Adds a bit of spice. McGriddle and Shark? I hope they get gay married. I hope this isn’t a queerbaiting situation or whatever.
