I love the idea of Jason getting pieces of his old memories back after hearing about the Battle of Manhattan.

Jason wasn’t there for that obviously but he was leading the charge during the Battle of Mount Othrys. Which was taking place at the same time.

Just flashes of memories that don’t fit the story he’s being told. Seeing faces, names flooding his mind that no one else recognises. The horror on his face as he relieves a war torn battlefield.

That he is only know getting the context for.

With the overwhelming realisation that something is wrong. That he, that he shouldn’t know about this but he does. And it feels real, more real than any of his other memories.

And it scares him.

Jason, who is used to travelling super long distances and carrying heavy things, so he carries Leo and Piper for ages whenever they're on really long quests, but still lectures them about how they're never going to be good at questing if they're this lazy.
