under 100 cals
rice cakes with toppings - i think rice cakes are the best. they´re such a good bread substitute, and you can eat them with many different toppings, such as several fruits, peanut butter, avocado, etc.
i also found these low cal pancakes under 100 cals, i´ll definitely will be trying those, they look sooo good - one is around 40 cals
i personally enjoy eggs (egg whites - 17 cals per half) with different side dishes, such as cucumber (12 cals per 100g) or even just soy sauce!
