Homestuck is a story where four human kids played a game that ended their world. Turns out that the main mission of the game is to succeed in quests and create a new universe to live on. There are also other things such as another species called Trolls that type oddly (such as "ThIs" or "2is" or "7H1S"), timeline shenanigans, especially with one of said kids exploting time to get things done, and a fuckton of things that came with glitchiness and bugs, including one of the main villains be made from timeline fuckery.

It seems to be infodumping at the beginning, but later on the info stuff decreases. It also has multiple acts spanning more than 8000 pages of multimedia: pictures, GIFs, even playable panels and easter eggs only accessible if you used a PC. Post-Act 6 is as controversial as what the fandom WAS ages ago due to the demographic being teens at the 2010s and the massive hiatuses. There are also spin offs. There is no Epilogues or Beyond Canon.

Trigger warnings for basically violence, bigotry of all types, alchohol consumption, typing quirks, sexual implications...and all that entails related to it.
