Cherry Danish Crescent Cups
Buttery flaky cups filled with luscious cream cheese danish filling and topped off with red cherry pie filling, yummm!!! Click below for the recipe!
Hey guys!!  I have got the easiest most delicious recipe to share with you today.
Now I have a deep love for crescent rolls from a can, they are delicious on the side of dinner but that is not what I love them most for.  I love them for creating other recipes!
Not much can beat their buttery flakiness and the fact that all you need to do is open a can and you are good to go and ready to create thousands of yummy recipes!  I always make sure to keep a can of crescents in my fridge!
My mom loves cream cheese danishes so I figured I bet I could make a quick version using crescent rolls and I was right!
These little cups only require a few ingredients and full of flavor.  They are so good I have a hard time stopping myself from popping them all in my mouth, yum!
So you just cut your dough into squares and press them into a mini muffin tin.
Then you whip up the danish filling and fill the little cups and bake.
After that you just bake them off.
The middles sink down while cooling making them the perfect little vessel for the cherry filling!!
I am a busy mom so I bust out the canned cherry pie filling for this recipe, ain’t no shame in my danish game!
Then you are done, these are perfect for brunch, breakfast, luncheon, parties, dessert, midnight snack, Tuesday afternoon, Netflix binge, anything!  Perfectly poppable little bites of heaven!
I have already said how easy they are to make but just in case here is a video showing you just how simple they are to make!

Hot Chocolate Bread Pudding
Brrrr!!!  It is cold outside!!!  This is my favorite time of year!  The air is cold and snowy, the type of weather that just begs for you pull out the quilts and snuggle on the sofa.  It is perfection!
Of course the best part of these cold days is all the yummy ways to warm up!  And what is everyone’s favorite delicious way to warm up those winter days?  Hot Chocolate!!  Today I am going to show you the easiest way to make a hot, rich mug of hot chocolate and a super easy warm chocolaty dessert to go with it!
I love making my hot chocolate with TruMoo Chocolate Milk, it makes the perfect steamy mug of hot chocolate in minutes.  It is so creamy and chocolaty and much better than anything out of a packet.
TruMoo’s nutritious and delicious chocolate taste is the perfect warm drink and it is also the secret to my Hot Chocolate Bread Pudding which I am going to show you how to make today.
One of the things I love most about TruMoo is not only does it taste great and warm your kids up on those chilly days but it helps get them the nutrition they need!
Now onto this yummy recipe!  My grandma makes a wonderful bread pudding that I love and it is always such a warm comforting treat in the winter.  I figured I would take my 2 favorite winter sweets and mix them together in this delicious Hot Chocolate Bread Pudding.
This bread pudding couldn’t be easier or more scrumptious!  All you need is some cubed bread, eggs, a little sugar and vanilla, marshmallows, chocolate chips and of course rich TruMoo Chocolate Milk.
First you just mix the milk and eggs, sugar and vanilla to create your custard.
Then soak your bread cubes in it.
Next layer the soaked bread, chocolate chips and marshmallows in your buttered dish.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes and voila you have a warm, comforting hot chocolate dessert!
How yummy does that look??

Gameday Snacking with Goldfish
This is a sponsored post for Socialstars and Goldfish® snacks.  All opinions are 100% my own. #GoldfishCrowd
Hey guys!!!  I have another great post for you today featuring out favorite snack Goldfish® crackers!
It is football time!!!  Okay so I am not excited about football, sports bleh!  However, I do enjoy football parties because the food is always delicious.  So I suffer through some touchdowns in exchange for yummy snacks.
I like to keep the snacks simple when it comes to football get togethers (men’s palettes are easy to please lol)
I have found that no matter how young or old the football fan Goldfish crackers are always a hit.  So when football season rolls around I make sure to get the BIG thing of Goldfish lol!
Now for the little ones I found these adorable football cups and let them fill their cups with yummy Goldfish to snack on.
For the older football watchers I make a quick and simple mix that is addicting and takes no time to make.
I mix pretzels, mixed nuts and Goldfish all together and serve it in my favorite large football platter.  This is just the perfect combination of everyone’s favorite snacks and it is impossible not to grab a handful of the mix every time you walk by.
I love having Goldfish crackers always on hand because no one can resist those cheesy little crackers.  I also love that by having them on hand we are always ready for a party!
Goldfish crackers are so versatile because like me you can serve them to your kids or mix them into a snack mix the adults will love!
So this football season be sure you are well stocked up on Goldfish crackers, the one team everyone will root for!
Did you know Goldfish snacks has a #GoldfishTalesPromotion going on?  Now through 1/31, you can create a photo or video that shows off Goldfish crackers in a Big Game Party or theme via Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #GoldfishTalesPromotion to enter. Sloppy Taco Turkey Sliders
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Hunt’s® tomatoes.
Hey guys!!  Now that the holidays are over you might be feeling the need to eat a little lighter after all those cookies and candies (Yum!)
You might be looking for some lighter meals, something warm and comforting on these chilly winter nights, or maybe you are looking for a lighter version of your favorite Super Bowl Food.
Either way I have the perfect recipe for you!  This is warm, comforting, delicious, light and perfect for a football party!
My Sloppy Taco Turkey Sliders fit everything you a looking for and pack big flavor without any heavy ingredients!
These little sliders are always a snap to whip up as they use very little ingredients but good flavorful ones like Organic Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes.
I always keep Organic Hunt’s ® Tomatoes on hand because not only are they delicious and can help me get in and out of the kitchen in a snap but instead of using chemicals to peel their tomatoes Hunt’s® peels their tomatoes using FlashSteam which is just steam from hot water.  So I know there are no chemical by-products on my tomatoes.  Also I love that Hunt’s® cans their diced, whole, stewed and crushed tomatoes within hours after harvest, so I know we are getting the freshest tomatoes, yum!
I recently just discovered their organic line and I am in love!!  I always buy organic when it is available and I love that not only can I get my tomato sauce, paste and diced tomatoes in organic but it is from a brand I already love, trust and use.  Plus I can pick up this amazing organic line right in my regular grocery store.  I am hooked!
Now onto this delicious recipe!  I saute up a mix of 3 colored peppers and a little onions and cook them till soft.
Then I add some ground turkey to the pan and brown it up.
Next I add a can of Hunt’s® Organic Diced Tomatoes and a little Hunt’s® Organic Tomato Paste for a little richness.
The final ingredient is an envelope of your favorite taco seasoning.
I just let that cook a bit and it is done!

Half of a yellow bell pepper, diced
Half of an orange bell pepper, diced
Half of a small onion
Envelope of taco seasoning
1 Pound ground turkey
Slider buns
Instructions
Saute onion and peppers until slightly softened.
Add in turkey and brown.
Add in diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Let cook together 10 minutes.
Serve on slider buns.

Next I just pile them on little slider buns and you have one fabulous dinner or football party food that you can eat without feeling guilty about it!
We love these at our house, so quick, so delicious and of course a lighter version of everyone’s favorite sloppy joes.
Speaking of eating a little lighter  the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend consuming 2.5 to 3 cups of vegetables a day, a goal almost 9 out of 10 Americans are not meeting.  New research presented at The Obesity Society’s annual meeting found adding tomatoes to your meals and snacks can b an easy way to include more vegetables in your diet and get closer to USDA’s MyPlate recommendations.
So whether you are craving some comfort on a blustery night or entertaining your football loving friends these Sloppy Taco Turkey Sliders are sure to fit the bill!
Stay tuned for more delicious recipes using Hunt’s® tomatoes!

Happy Holidays for your pups with Adaptil®
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Adaptil®. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hey guys!!!  It’s the holidays!!  My favorite time of year!!
I just love the holiday season and the parties and the visitors, the tree, the decorations, it is all so wonderful!!  Of course Dean is super excited too!
However, there is one member of our family that doesn’t love the holidays as much… our dog Harvey.
The holidays can be super stressful for our furry buddies.  Not only do we do all sorts of confusing things like bring trees in the house, and rearrange furniture to accommodate, but we often have guests over, whether house guest or just party guests. These can all be big stressors for dogs.  Not too mention I don’t know about you but my doorbell rings all day long with package deliveries and that just sets Harvey on edge to begin with!
Of course do we even need to get into the stress traveling can put on a pet, whether you bring them with you or board them, still stressful!!
But I want to share with you and your best furry friend a secret to make the holidays a little more comfortable for Fido.
Adaptil® replicates the pheromone that is naturally produced by mother dogs after giving birth. This “Dog Appeasing Pheromone,” a familiar scent, helps dogs and puppies feel calm and secure. In fact, Adaptil® is recommended at the earliest puppy-stages to help ease the transition into a new home and assist with training.
So what does this mean for your pup?  It means you can use Adaptil® to help your pets stay calm during the holidays and have a #FearFreeHoliday!
Adaptil® comes in many forms that offer both long and short-term help making it perfect whatever unique situation you may have.  You can get Adaptil® as a Diffuser, Collar, Spray and Wipes.  So there is something for every pet and every situation!
Adaptil® works wonders for Harvey!!!  It calms him right down and makes the holidays more enjoyable for both of us!  He got the little snuggle puppy from Adaptil® that I just spray with Adaptil® Spray and it is a double dose of comfort for him.  He loves his puppy!
Adaptil® creates a calm and safe environment which is just what your pet is craving during the crazy holiday season. You can trust it works since most pet clinics use Adaptil® products in their exam rooms, so you know it works!!
Adaptil® is available through your veterinarian or a qualified pet behaviorist.
Adaptil® is NOT a drug it just replicates the pheromones that are naturally produced by dogs to create a feeling of familiarity and calmness. ( I think I need something like that during this busy season lol)
Of course you don’t have to just take it from me, you can Find out more about each product, as well as pheromone “common knowledge by visiting Adaptil® and you can check them out on Facebook
So this holiday season help your pup relax so you can have a great holiday with Adaptil®.

Peppermint Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Cups
Perfect little cookie cups filled with peppermint chocolate cheesecake cream, so delicious and easy!
Hey guys!  I love the holidays!!!  I really love all the holiday entertaining and baking, it is my favorite!!  I host Christmas Eve at my house and I love to have platters of little different desserts instead of one or two big desserts.
I have a few go tos that I use every year but I also like to spice things up and make one or two new things each year.
Since one of my favorite holiday combos is peppermint and chocolate I decided to make my super easy and delicious  cheesecake cookie cups and put a peppermint twist on them.
They are amazing!!!  Of course everyone always loves the cheesecake cookie cups and this peppermint version went over just as well!
These little cups look amazing on a platter for the holidays and are soo easy to make but look like they took all day.
I just add a little cocoa powder to sugar cookie mix and press it into mini muffin tins.
Once baked I use a little shot glass to press an indention in the middle while they are still warm.  We are going to fill those little hollows with a delicious chocolate pudding cream cheese mixture, yum!
So after they are cooled and filled with the pudding mixture I just top them with a little crushed peppermint chocolate chips.  You can use crushed candy canes but I don’t like all that crunchy lol.
See how simple they were to make?!  And look how pretty and festive they are!
Give yourself a little break this holiday season and wow your guests without breaking a sweat in the kitchen with these Peppermint Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Cups!

Loaded Christmas Brownies
Hey ya’ll! It’s Christmas time!!  I really love all the holiday entertaining and baking, it is my favorite time of year!!  I host Christmas Eve at my house and I love to have platters of little different desserts instead of one or two big desserts.
I have a few go tos that I use every year but I also like to spice things up and make one or two new things each year.  This year I decided to make some Loaded Christmas Brownies which make the perfect easy dessert for a holiday party, Christmas dinner or just to give to friends and family as a fabulously, festive, delicious dessert.
Of course being nine months pregnant I take all the help in the kitchen I can that is why I love these brownies!  A rich brownie mix is layered with red holiday Oreos and green mint Oreos then after baked they are slathered in cream cheese butter cream with a sprinkling of holiday candy.
You just alternate red and green Oreos ontop of some store bought brownie mix…
Then cover with the rest of the batter.
Now bake and cool.
Next whip up some delicious cream cheese buttercream.
Decorate with sprinkles and M&Ms.
Cut into squares and serve!
These are truly delicious, simple and everyone loves them!  I cut them into little squares when I serve them up on Christmas Eve or package them to give as gifts.  Who wouldn’t want to receive a batch of these?!

Fruity Pebbles Treat Wreath
This is a sponsored post for Post.  All opinions are 100% my own.
Hey guys!!  It is the holidays!  My favorite time of year!!  Of course I love to bake for the holidays and I always want to get Dean involved.  Being that I am 9 months pregnant the thought of making cookies and decorating them and all that clean up especially with the mess a 6 year old boy could make with sprinkles exhausts me.
I did not want to miss out on making some festive treats with him though so I came up with the perfect solution!  I turned to his favorite cereal, Fruity Pebbles (who are we kidding, it’s my favorite too!) and decided to make a fabulously festive wreath out of Fruity Pebbles cereal and marshmallows.  Then we could decorate it with candy and it would be the perfect dessert for Christmas Eve and a big hit with the kids who aren’t usually fond of the fancy desserts we serve on Christmas Eve lol.
So this recipe starts out just like any other marshmallow cereal treat recipe and that is with some melted butter.  Then you add in your marshmallows which can be just plain ones or you can bump up the fruity taste and go for the fruity flavored mini ones.
Once your marshmallows are melted you have to work fast to get your cereal mixed in.  When it is all combined transfer it to a lightly greased bundt pan.  Now be patient and let that pretty wreath cool!
When it is all cool and ready to come out an be decorated just turn over your bundt pan onto your serving platter.
Now comes the fun part… decorating!!
Of course Christmas sprinkles are a favorite, I also put out candies and fruit leather which makes lovely ribbons.
Let your kids get creative and and decorate it any way they please!

1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows, plain or fruit flavored (6 cups)
1 pkg. (13 oz.) Fruity, Cocoa or Marshmallow Pebbles Cereal (about 8-1/2 cups)
Various candies for decorating
Instructions
Microwave butter in 4-qt. microwavable bowl on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 seconds.
Add cereal; mix well.
Press firmly into greased bundt pan.
Cool.
Invert pan onto plate and release the wreath.
Decorate!!

Now it is all ready to make it’s way to your holiday table!
Not only is this an easy and delicious holiday treat but it is one the kid’s will love helping make and feel so proud of!
So this holiday season get the kids involved and make this amazing Fruity Pebbles Wreath!

Ranch Goldfish Snowball Mix
This is a sponsored post for Socialstars and Goldfish® snacks.  All opinions are 100% my own. #GoldfishCrowd
Hey guys!!!  I have another great post for you today featuring out favorite snack Goldfish® crackers!
I already told you how Goldfish crackers are a lifesaver during holiday shopping and traveling and now I want to share with you an amazing recipe with them!
We love snacking on Goldfish crackers right out of the bag but around the holidays I love to make this flavorful simple snack mix.
When Christmas rolls around I am in charge of making the snacks for present opening at my grandparent’s house (we have a large family so this takes awhile, thus the snacks lol)  My grandma used to make a recipe similar to this one, so I knew it would be the perfect snack to pass around among my hungry family half buried in crumpled wrapping paper and ribbon!
My Ranch Goldfish crackers Snowball Mix is perfect for the holidays.  I serve it at parties and everyone always requests it while we are opening presents at my grandma’s house.  This mix also is perfect for giving to your friends, you can fill up little cellophane bags or mason jars and top with a bow, perfect!
I often make this snack mix with just the Goldfish crackers like my grandmas used to, but I thought adding the white cheddar popcorn would look like big fluffy snowballs and turn this already delicious snack into a festive treat!
This mix is so addicting and it is fun and easy to make so let’s get to it! First you just mix a little oil with an envelope of dry ranch mix in a gallon ziploc bag and add in a bag of Goldfish crackers. This is where your kids can help! You then shake up the bag to mix the Goldfish crackers with the seasoning.
From there you just dump them on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.  Easy peasy!
Once cool I mix the seasoned crackers with some white cheddar p0pcorn which look like big fluffy snowballs!
Ranch Goldfish Snowball Mix
Author: Parrish
Ingredients
1 bag Goldfish Crackers
2 cups white cheddar popcorn
1/4 vegetable oil
1 envelope dry ranch mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
In a large ziploc bag mix the Goldfish Crackers, oil and dry seasoning and mix to coat.
Pour onto a large cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until just warmed and not even really browned yet. You can let them get a little brown if you like a more toasty flavor.
Once cool mix with the popcorn and package up!

Now like I said this makes a perfect party snack, there isn’t anyone that is going to turn down the fabulous combination of those seasoned cheesy crackers and fluffy popcorn!  But this is just fabulous in a rustic little jar topped with a bow.
These make great hostess gifts, travel well and make the perfect gift for teachers!
When you are shopping for your Goldfish crackers to make this delicious recipe keep an eye out for the seasonal Goldfish crackers, those cheerful wintery packages always puts me in the holiday spirit!
So this holiday season take a break from decking the halls and whip up this festive holiday snack that everyone will love!

Hi guys!! Today I am going to share with you some of my new favorite snacks for when I am on the go, which is a lot during this busy holiday season.  I am out and about almost every day with school pick ups, my weekly doctor appointments for this pregnancy and of course Christmas shopping, Christmas shopping and more Christmas shopping!  With this pregnancy I have to stay on a strict schedule of snacking and I was doing a really bad job at it until I stumbled across Orchard Valley Harvest products.
I found these in the produce section at Walmart and fell in love!  They have Grab & Go sizes for when I need something right then and also multipacks to take home and pack up wherever I go.  They come in delicious flavors like Cranberry Almond Cashew Trail Mix, Dark Chocolate Almonds and Chocolate Raisin Nut Trail Mix.
The flavor is amazing!  The dark chocolate is perfect and the nuts are perfectly fresh and crunch and just a little salty.  The mixes make the perfect blend of sweet, salty, crunchy and give me the energy to finish that marathon shopping trip, or not nod off in the school parking lot.
Being pregnant I was having a hard time finding a better for me snack when I was out shopping.  It used to be so easy to grab some chips or candy when I was ravenous by the time I hit the checkout, but now I just make sure to pack a few bags in my purse and then I am always ready with a delicious snack that I can feel better about munching on.  Plus the nuts help me feel fuller longer and not crash later like I would with a candy bar.  The Chocolate Covered Almonds are more delicious than any candy bar I’ve had.  I even snack on them during movie time at home, yum!!
The thing I love most besides the delicious taste is Orchard Valley Harvest is a brand dedicated to great quality and taste, and that really shows! The nuts and fruits used are picked at their peak, minimally processed and have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives which I love!  Plus the whole expansive product line is non-GMO project verified, who doesn’t love that??
So this busy holiday season don’t forget to take care of yourself and pack along some Orchard Valley Harvest snacks in your purse to get you through those long shopping days!
Now I have a holiday gift for you!  You can comment below with what Orchard Valley Harvest Snack you would like to try for your chance to win an assortment of Orchard Valley Harvest snacks and $50 Walmart gift card giveaway!!
Happy Holidays!!

Holiday Baking Essentials!
Hey guys!!  It is finally the holiday season!!!  That means baking and cooking!  I love cooking and baking around the holidays, creating new delicious recipes and sticking to my family favorite traditional ones.
Holiday baking can be so fun and around such a busy season we could use all the help we can get to make that baking a little easier!
Today I want to share with you some of my favorite holiday baking essentials.
First thing you need to help with all those holiday cookies is a Silpat baking mat.  You can turn you baking sheet into a non-stick surface which helps your cookies not stick and makes clean up a snap!  These Silpat sheets are also great for macaroons and meringues and anything other goodies you bake!  Easy to clean and can be used thousands of times!  These are definitely a must have in my kitchen!
Now with all the mixing and scraping to get all those different doughs and sauces perfect you have got to try these amazing Supoons and Levoons!  They are a wonderful help in the kitchen.  The Supoon is my favorite spoon in the kitchen.  It has a flat squeegee tip and flexible sides that help me scrape all my bowls and pans clean so I don’t miss a drop.  It’s deep scooping head measures teaspoons and tablespoons.  The handle is like having a built in spoon rest so the Supoon’s head sits up off the counter.  Perfect!!!
I love my Levoons!  They are genius level measuring spoons.  They look just like your regular measuring spoons until you squeeze their handles which makes a scraper swipe across pushing off the excess ingredients leaving you with a perfectly accurate level measurement.   They come in a set of 4 and make my holiday baking a breeze!
Now there is one product I just HAVE to have and it is the Butterfly Duo Scraper.  Everyone needs a scraper in their kitchen, they are good for so many things.  They are my favorite when it comes to scraping dough off my counter!  This scraper provides double the help with it’s soft and hard edges.  I use this for food prep and cleaning my baking mats and cutting boards, it is seriously my best friend in the kitchen.
One last awesome little tool everyone needs for the holiday season is a spice grater and my favorite is the V-etched Spice Grater.  This grater has tiny V-shaped etched teeth that easily grate your nutmeg and other spices (we all go through a ton of nutmeg this time of year right?!!)  It is palm sized and offers a non-slip grip which is why it is my go to!
So I hope this holiday season you will pick up these baking necessities to make your holiday cooking a breeze!  These items are all very reasonably prices but as a special little gift to you I am giving you the chance to win these amazing products for yourself!  Just comment below with your favorite holiday baking treat for a chance to win these for yourself!!

Why I love my Hoover Cordless!!
Hey guys!!!  I am going to share with you today something amazing that has helped me out so much this pregnancy.
This pregnancy has not been the easiest, I am just exhausted and can barely function.  That does not mean that I can just let my house get messy, because even though I dead tired I am also nesting, so I am still cleaning and scrubbing even though it kills me lol.
It is fall and the leave are turning those glorious shades of red and orange and just lighting the sky on fire and there is nothing more beautiful!  Then they fall… and fall and everybody tracks them all in my den in which they then get tracked into my hardwood dining room floors, them my kitchen.  It drives me crazy!! I’m so tired and know that I should wait for the hubs and get him to vacuum but I eventually can’t stand it and drag out the vacuum myself.
Now as I vacuum everything is fine, vacuuming is not that hard and it is pretty quick work.  However, I do not go beyond where the cord reaches, the thought of bending down to unplug and find another outlet is just too much at this point lol.
The other day I got done vacuuming and bent down to wrap the cord back around the back of the vacuum and it killed me!  Something so simple and mundane was just too much on my pregnant self.  I thought to myself vacuuming would be a breeze even for me if it wasn’t for this dang cord!!!
Enter the amazing, life changing Hoover Cordless Vacuum Series!  Oh my goodness do I love this vacuum!  I got the 2 in 1 which is such a lightweight vacuum with a detachable handheld vacuum which is perfect for quick cleaning of messes my son makes.  I love the swivel of this vacuum and that it is so light!  I can take it from room to room with ease and I no longer have to wait for my husband to lug our old clunker up the stairs!
I am so happy that I no longer am plugging and unplugging, winding and unwinding, no more of that for this mama!!  I also love that I can take it from my hardwood floors, to my tile bathroom to my carpets and rugs, all with just one simple switch on the handle!
This vacuum is perfect for anyone but for a very pregnant me it has been a lifesaver, I cannot stress enough how amazing this vacuum is and how much easier it has made my life!
You have got to try one for yourself, there is 4 to choose from, 3 vacuums and a hard floor wet cleaner (on my Christmas list for sure!)
All their cordless products are powered by an interchangeable battery system that works with all their cordless line (score!)  Plus that battery is a LithiumLife battery which have double the capacity of an 18 volt lithium Ion battery which means you get longer runtime and fade-free power!
Of course I have gone on and on about how amazing the cord free products are in terms of portability and such but I’m sure you want to know about the power!  Well it is a Hoover so you already know it is going to be amazing at whatever mess you throw it’s way!  The Windtunnel 3 technology provides the performance you come to expect from Hoover and the suction power to lift and remove dirt and leave you with perfectly clean floors!
Now I have gushed enough about my new best friend, time for you to go out and try a Hoover Cordless for yourself.  I know you will love it just as much!!
I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

Traveling with our favorite snack Goldfish!
This is a sponsored post for Socialstars and Goldfish® snacks.  All opinions are 100% my own. #GoldfishCrowd
Hey guys!!!  I am so excited because the holiday season is right around the corner!!! My favorite time of year!  I love everything about the holidays, the decorations, the food, the family and the shopping!  We don’t do a whole lot of traveling during this busy season but we spend a ton of time in the car going from store to store, house to house, party to party and that can add up to a ton of travel time.
Now I love a good car ride but my son Dean can get quite restless.  It never takes him long to start asking the dreaded “Are we there yet?” Then comes the fidgeting and whining and we all know there is little you can do to stop that.
Thankfully I always have just what I need to make those long days in the car easier; Goldfish® crackers!!  They are everyone’s favorite!  Grownups and kids are always coming to me because they know I always keep a good supply of Goldfish snacks on hand when we are running errands.
I make sure anytime we are headed out to finishing up Christmas shopping at that outlet mall an hour away or go Christmas party hopping that I have Goldfish crackers packed and ready for Dean.
I found these perfect little containers that are just perfect for packing Goldfish crackers in, they snap tight so I don’t have to worry about spills in the car and it is a great way to keep our snacks fresh no matter how many stops we have!
Not only are Goldfish crackers a delicious snack made with smiles but they also can provide a little in car entertainment.  I know, I know, we have all been taught not to play with our food but come on who can resist playing with these cheerful guys?  I know Dean can’t and they can keep him busy forever in the car.  A snack you can play with and munch on?  That is what makes Goldfish crackers the perfect car trip go to.
No longer do I hear whining from the back seat but just giggles as he plays with the Goldfish crackers and every now and then munching as he could not resist popping one of his new friends in his mouth for a snack break.
So forget all those other tips and tricks for making it through the holiday travel season and just grab the one thing you will need, a bag of Goldfish crackers.
Oh and just to add a little more holiday cheer to this busy season keep your eye out for the seasonal Goldfish crackers, those cheerful wintery packages always puts me in the holiday spirit!
