Day 1 of 75 medium!

Today I started my 75 MEDIUM- cuz 75 hard seemed a little intimidating and there’s NO CHEAT MEALS?? Yeah, no. CNY is coming up and I wanna feast for sure so ima do medium until the 29th and then hop right into 75 HARD. Journaling and documenting on here because having to write it out seems like so much work and ya girl is already tired lol Soooo, I was suppose to have an actual workout but walking for 45+ mins counts as a workout so that’s what I did instead lol started the day having a nice walk with my cuz, stephz, nel nel and kodi. Chilled for a bit with steph since I haven’t seen her since last year 😬 got home around 11a and decided it was too late for breakfast so went straight to lunch, cuz ya girl was getting hangry! Lunch was so good but probably cuz I was so hungry? Idk but it was so flavorful and the chicken was so tender. Then I had to clean up my mess of a vanity so I can have room to put on some makeup for work and be a little more presentable and after that was snack o’clock so I made a super filling chia pudding with Greek yogurt, 🫐 and some granolaaaa. It was so filling I actually felt kinda sluggish after but I pulled through and didn’t nap. Instead I watched some Chinese drama and then realized I should start going down my list of shit I gotta do for 75 medium so I read instead lol and then went to therapy and afterwards my cousin said she was gonna go walk without me cuz it was getting late and nel nel was being a brat lol so I did my remaining 3k steps on this little stepper thing I got on TikTok and then ate my last meal and hit my 100g protein for the day and with 100 calories to spare! Sounds goood to me! Now it’s to finish this journal entry and then do my skincare and ktfoooo 😴
Think I did pretty good for my first day! But tomorrow will be the bigger test cuz I start my new job and I will start my 6a Pilates classes again 😅 wish me luck! You got this Christine 💪🏻💪🏻
