I'm 25, I live in the UK and my pronouns are she/her.

This is usually where I'll post about video games I like, my favourites at the moment are Dragon Age, Baldur's Gate 3, Expedition 33 and of course, my beloved Skyrim <3

I also write fanfic! My ao3 account is here, I've only just started writing this past year though so there's not a lot yet.

Rarely I might post some art. It's not great, but I'm working on it 😅

Short Blurb Sunday

I've been tagged by the wonderful @woundedsoul12 for this a few times, but I've finally done enough work on my wips to participate 😅. Life has been really busy with the end of the school term, plus my phone broke on the second day of the holidays which was just rude 🙃

Here's a little snippet of a dark!Emmrich fic I've just started working on. I've only just started, but it's already looking like this might be a long fix rather than a one-shot. Oops 😬

“Soldiers of Thedas, you have now been entered into the custody of the Nevarran Army. You and your leaders have been given ample opportunities to join us and adapt to our ways, but you have instead chosen to reject the True Path of Death. As you have not come willingly, it has been up to me to decide that you are better off serving Death in, well, death. Don't bother crying or trying to fight back; you have no one to blame but yourselves. Ta ta now!”’  She began to turn away, seemingly satisfied with her speech, when she stopped suddenly. She whipped round, and Rook's stomach dropped when that manic grin was once more directed at him.   “That one, the elf, give him to Volkarin. He broke his last toy and he's been insufferable to work with ever since. That one's exactly his type, a pretty boy with bite. Say it's a gift from me.” She cackled at Rook, who was certain his face had gone very pale, before finally taking her leave. Rook had barely a second to process this declaration before he was being grabbed by the guards. He tried desperately to fight them off, kicking and biting at anyone who came close, but his struggles quickly came to an end after a sharp blow to the back of his head. Vision fading to grey, Rook felt himself being dragged off to the nightmare that awaited him. Master of the Fade, Dread Warlord of the Nevarran Army, the black-souled demon himself: Emmrich Volkarin.

The small egg warbled as Bellara watched expectantly. The surface dipped and moved as if the leathery shell was alive and not the tiny life force within. Everything they had worked for, all their hopes and dreams, came down to this moment. And as the hatchling finally made its first pip free, she couldn't help the excited whoop that escaped her. “Mr. Volkarin, come quick!” she waved her boss over as the man came to inspect their progress. “By jove Dr. Lutare! We have done it.” He clasped the small woman in a hug as both beamed with pride. “We are the first people in 66 million years to see a dinosaur draw breath.”
