I just don’t know how to tell him, I guess? I mean, having an—I hate saying this because it sounds so mean and we love her so much but, like, it is what it is—having an accident is something that happens once and then you take precautions unless you fully plan on having another. We just weren’t completely safe all the time and now we had another and I don’t know how to say that. I just don’t know.

Yeah...yeah...I get that. I mean, if you bring it up to him I wouldn't phrase it as an 'accident' per say...I mean, not all protection is 100% efficient and all, it happens naturally and all. Like, if anything, you could just set him down and have it be one of those things like "I have good and bad news depending on how you view it, which do you want first?"
