Spectrum outfitters is a new UK BASED company that is about to start selling binders
I know this damn website is so Americanised but PLEASE reblog this! Transmasculine people in the UK have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for shipping from America. This could change all that.
Support your UK trans community. Reblog this. Get the word out.

Hello! My name is E.C. Miller and I run a small online store called “ThreadyToGo” which specializes in LGBTQ bracelets! They’re affordable, waterproof, cute, and most of all the proceeds go towards a fellow Non-binary person! And right now you can save 20% off all items with code “FUKTRUMP” because right now you should feel valid in your idenitity.
Also I started to sell agender, genderfluid, demiboy, demigirl, along with nonbinary, genderqueer, and transgender! I am accepting custom orders for any other flags that aren’t listed, and theyre also on sale!

All the links from the White House website are gone, but the Affordable Care Act is still in effect, and you can sign up for health insurance until January 31.
Trump and his cronies may want to kill it, but that takes time (especially now that key players are waffling and the insurance industry have noticed that it will rain chaos down upon them). So sign yourself up. Get in a free checkup, a round of antibiotics, a birth control implant, while you have the chance.
If anyone needs help applying, ping me.

2 Very Easy DIY Binders
1: The classic tights/leggings binder
2: Deconstructed sports bra
You may have seen people recommending layering up sports bras to bind your chest, however this gets lumpy, heavy and very uncomfortable after a while. Here is how to make the more user-friendly alternative.
1: Get yourself a padded sports bra. These usually cost around £5 from a supermarket.
They look something like this:
2: Turn it inside out
3: On the inside of the ‘cup’, cut a small hole in the places marked red. The holes do not need to be any bigger than the top of your thumb.
4: Inside each cup is a triangle of padding which looks like this
Very carefully remove the padding through the holes you have made
This step is easier than it looks - I promise
5: you can sew up the holes afterwards if you want to, but it’s not necessary
6: Wear your binder back-to-front for the best results!

Mac Bolt, an agender student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, is doing research about the experiences of people with nonbinary gender identities in the United States. If you are interested in participating, follow the link to the survey! Please help spread the word! Here is what Mac says about their project:
“I am excited to announce my final project that I will be doing as a student at UALR! In 2017, I will be spending a few months travelling around the United States. During this time I will be interviewing other people with nonbinary gender identities about their experiences.
The goal of this project is to shed light on the experiences of people that identify with genders outside of the gender binary. The nonbinary community is large and diverse, and we are widely misunderstood by the general public when we are recognized as existing at all. I am hoping that adding to the body of literature that exists about my community will help us receive more understanding and recognition from the general public. Beyond just informing the general public, I also hope that this will be useful to schools, employers, researchers, and policy makers.
If you are interested in being interviewed about your experiences, please tell me a little about yourself by taking this survey! I will use these survey responses to select a diverse sample of people I am interested in meeting in person for an interview. These interviews will be used to help me write a research paper about what it is like living outside of the gender binary. Participants may choose whether or not they wish to keep their identity confidential in the final product.
To qualify to participate in this project, participants must be 18 years old or older and identify as nonbinary, genderqueer, or otherwise as a gender identity that does not fit neatly into the accepted man/woman gender binary.
If you have any questions, you can contact me at [email protected], or my faculty adviser Dr. Laura Barrio at [email protected]. The Research Compliance Officer can also be contacted by calling 501-569-8657 or emailing [email protected].
Feel free to share this post and help me spread the word!”

The ‘How are you?’ check list post
• Did you eat?
• Have you been drinking water?
• Have you had your hug?
• Have you taken your medication?
• Don’t worry, you look amazing.
• It’s okay to take the day off.
• Stay in if you don’t feel like going out.
• Do you need to be alone right now?
• If you feel like you’re disassociating, try counting your fingers or looking at your finger whorls. Remember that they are unique to you, that you are real.
• If you are having a panic attack:
1: Ground yourself to reality with something familiar like a keychain or even pictures of something on your phone. [Cats and dogs are good.] Also, do not trust everything your mind/body is telling you right now. Thoughts like, ‘i’m going to die’, ‘everyone is leaving me’, ‘everyone hates me’, are a part of the panic, try not to linger on them, because they will only make it worse.
2: Find a space that feels the safest for you, and stay there.
3: Take slow, deep breaths. After breathing in, hold it for a few seconds before breathing out.
4: Stimulate your mind with something simple, and not stressful. Tap your fingers, re-read nice messages from someone, play a game one your phone that doesn’t require any thought or is timed.
5: You are doing a really good job. You don’t have to feel embarrassed. You are not alone. You are strong.
• Have you spoken today?
• Don’t feel guilty for feeling upset, you’re allowed to.
• Did you brush your teeth?
• If someone’s misgendered you today, and you’re out, correct them if you can.
• You don’t always have to be brave. You can hide today, if that’s what you need.
• Take a deep breath.
• If you’re wearing a binder, raise your arms and take several deep breaths. Cough to clear your lungs.
• Don’t be afraid, you’re not alone.
• If you’ve been sitting a while, stand up and stretch.
• Eat something sweet. (If you like it)
• You’re awesome.

So I found a site that does a subscription box for your period- it sends you basics like hygiene products, pain medication as well as snacks and pampering stuff to make you feel good,
but the best thing is they have a specialty boxes, like vegan or kosher only snacks but also
they specifically offer boxes for menstruating guys and nb folks.
which is pretty darn cool.
it’s called bonjourjolie and I think it’s 1000% awesome tbh
