the winner of the previous poll was: collect wood from the trees!
chopping down a few nearby trees gives you enough wood to make a crafting table and some basic tools, with a few logs left over. you stop to look around for a moment, now a little more prepared, and take in the sights. close by, the crooked gap of a cave beckons, while a tall series of hills loom in the distance. the sound of sheep baah-ing can be heard nearby, as they graze alongside a river.
