JJBA fans, especially some P6 ones, simply do not make Ungalo dirty, deranged, and fucked-up enough. He doesn't need to be just stupid or the butt-of-the-joke in order to be a plague on society.

Crackheads can be very cunning. It's what makes them so dangerous to begin with.

I'd say "I can't be too judgmental. Not everyone has experience with addicts in order to know this" but no. I hate watered-down character traits, or fully erasing them in general. It happens too much in fandoms lately. Research a little; this character is a villain for a reason.
