thought i’d compile a list of my prepackaged safe foods.
sunrice thin rice cakes- 92cals for 4
light tasty cheese and crackers- 109cals
low cal shirataki noodles- 20cals
woolworths chicken and veg soup- 292cals
sunrice wholegrain mini cheese rice cakes- 86cals per packet (these are great if you’re feeling snacky)
linda mccartney vegetarian sausages- 120cals for 2 (i only eat 1 at a time)
fibre one bars- 90cals
simply super korean bbq beef and rice bowl- 298cals (you can get these at aldi)
watermelon konjac jelly- 5cals
monster ultra- 11cals per can
green tea- 0cals
stevia- 1cal per tsp (i don’t count this calorie)
gardein crispy 9 grain tenders- 90cals for 2 tenders
fry’s soy and flaxseed schnitzels- 191cals per schnitzel
tip top multigrain English muffins- 111cals for 1
the mock meats are ridiculously good, the schnitzels especially smell and taste exactly like chicken!!!!

•Diet Dr Thunder: 0 cal soda similar to Diet Dr. Pepper, -Walmart
•Powerade Zero: 0 cals, -most any grocery store
•Hillshire Farm Hard Salami: 25~ cals per slice, good for snacking!!, -most any grocery store
•100% Lemon Juice: 0 cals, i use this for my water detoxes & to put in green tea, -Walmart
•Carrot sticks: 35 cals per serving, 140 for a whole bag, -Meijer
•Celery Sticks: 6~ cals per stick, super fav snack, -Meijer
•Zucchini Noodles: 15 cals per serving & 60 for the whole bag. My FAVORITE meal!!!!!, -Meijer
•Broccoli: 30 cals per cup, also a fav meal, -Meijer
•Coffee Mate Original: 20 cals for 2 tbsp, i looooove putting this in my fruit smoothies!!! -Most any grocery store
•Pop-Secret Kettle Corn: 85~ cals per bag. the BEST desert ever, omg. -Most any grocery store
•Sparkling ICE: 0 cals, good alternative to soda & doesn't taste nasty like most sparkling waters! -Most any grocery store

So uhhhh this is some of my favorite incredibly low cal foods /snacks/ whatever that I try to always keep in the house
1.) Torani sugar free syrups are a life saver if you’re like me & love coffee, but can’t use creamer bc you’ll pour the whole thing in the mug. They also make friut flavors in sugar free that you could probably use for teas or whatever. They have other sugar free syrups for coffee, my local Walmart just doesn’t sell them all, sadly. They’re all 0 calories, as long as it says sugar free.
2.) I feel like this one is more commonly known about, but fiber one makes different flavors of these 70 calorie “brownies”/bars, whichever one you’d rather call them, I’m obsessed with anything “birthday cake” flavored, so of course I had to get them.
3.) skinny girl dressings. I eat a lottttt of spinach salads, and if it weren’t for a good dressing on top, I’d probably be miserable, and I’d binge, but these all pack so much flavor. The vinaigrette is 5 cals per 2 tbs, the other 2 pictured are 10 cals per 2 tbs, they make other flavors, but I’ve only used these 3 so far.
4.) smuckers sugar free jam is a treat for me, I put a serving on toast & it reminds me of the days when I didn’t count calories obsessively & could smother sugar packed jelly on a huge chunk of toast
5.) parkay spray butter 5 sprays for 0 cals
6.) progresso soups are my favorite, if you’re not a vegetarian then you’ll have more options than I do. Half a cup is 80 cals, full can is 170
7.) pasta zero 45 cals for the entire bag, I like to cook it with onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and maybe (not always) some shrimp to try & make a lo mein kinda thing?
8.) these smart ones breakfast meals are 190 cals, they aren’t an every day thing, but it’s good for when I’m craving potatoes and cheese
9.) didn’t have these at home rn, but I use these when I want a sandwich wrap or breakfast burrito. 50 cals each.
10.) this bread is 35 cals each/70 cals for 2 slices
Might do a pt 2 after I go grocery shopping next week
