How cooking made us humans and distinguished from other living beings.
Throughout our lives we are often asked the question: What distinguishes humans from other living beings? There are many answers to this question: the freedom of thought, the will to choose, the empathy.
But the answer was on the surface. Recently I have found Richard Wrangham’s reasoning and was amazed that the ability to cook made us human. Indeed, if you think about it, then you realize that humans are the only animals that cook their food. The professor Rischard has been watching chimpanzees for a long time and and tried to adapt to their lifestyle eating everything they eat.
He realized that the human wouldn't be able to live by eating only the raw wild food. The use of fire for cooking became one of the reasons for the origin of human civilization. There are also many reasons for the difference: first of all, cooking allows us to save energy for other purposes (for learning, for development in general), because unlike chimpanzees, we do not have to spend a lot of energy for chewing and digesting raw food. As a result, our brain grows.
Cooking also increases the proportion of nutrients that can be digested, makes food easier to digest and kills pathogens (harmful bacteria and viruses). As a result, we have immunity to many diseases. Also, cooking was the reason for the socialization of people and their unification into communes. Cooking helped to create social relations between men and women.
For example, women cooked food that allowed men to spend more time hunting. However, this also led to negative consequences. For instance, it “trapped women into a newly subservient role enforced by male-dominated culture”. But cooking together was able to develop family and friendly ties. So when people cooking together, they communicate with each other, share something from life that strengthens human society. In general, people became people because we learnt how to cook. It gave us physical, biological and anatomical adaptations.
The consumption of cooked food might explain the increase in human brain size, smaller teeth and jaws, and smaller more effective digestive system. It also shaped the human mating system and socialized people. Сooking has allowed us to develop many useful skills for humanity, create the necessary professions and even influences the creation of technologies of the future.

Another 3 important questions.
Throughout life, every person is asked numerous questions, the answers to which either lie on the surface and are easy to find, or beyond the boundaries of our mind. I would like to share the questions and arguments that concern me. We are often asked the question: What distinguishes humans from other living beings? We often answer that this is freedom of thought, the will to choose, the empathy. But recently I have found Richard Wrangham’s reasoning and was amazed that the answer is much simpler. The professor of Biological Anthropology explained that cooking made us human. Indeed, if you think about it, then you realize that humans are the only animals that cook their food. The professor Rischard has been watching chimpanzees for a long time and eating everything they eat. He realized that he wouldn't be able to live by eating only the raw wild food. Richard explained that that people became people because they learned how to cook food, which gave us biological, physical and anatomical adaptation. It helped make our brains uniquely large, providing a dull human body with a brilliant human mind. The next question that I am interested in is “How much do we think about thinking?” Jonathan Schooler, the professor of psychology, notes that when we are not focusing on what is happening around us, we generate imaginative thoughts and we stop being interested in the external environment and external objects. It really is. I very often caught myself thinking that when I start to dig into my thoughts and reasoning, I almost forget what is around me. But it can really be a problem, because mind-wandering interferes with the primary task that we are doing at that time. This affects performance, mood, reading of the book, the pages of which we reread again and again due to the fact that we delve into our own thoughts. The last question I've been interested in all my life is “Would the universe continue to exist forever or would it end at some point in time in future”. I think each of us thinks about the fact that someday the end of the world and the end of the universe will come. But will humanity exist? An interesting question is also how the universe would end its existence. Dr Katherine (Katie) Mack outlines different ways the universe could end: one of the reasons, for example, is the vacuum decay. In short, scientists and people used to rely on the stability of The Higgs field, but If the Higgs field broke out of its false vacuum, a bubble of vacuum decay would spread throughout the universe at the speed of light. As it passes through, everything — matter, the forces of the universe — would cease to function as it currently does. If we delve into all these issues, we will discover a lot of new and interesting things.

3 most important questions.
What comes to your mind when you are waking up? What would you ask I pondered this topic for a long time, trying to realize what is really important to me.
The first question which came to me after walking around Dublin streets is: what is the «comfort zone» trap and why people don't want to leave it and find a better life? The city where I come from is full of people who are satisfied with this trap. This means you that you live in a nice neighborhood where there are a lot of necessary shops within walking distance. You go to the same job, you get 25 thousand rubles and you have enough to pay for food and utilities. Periodically you postpone for a vacation to the nearest country. But many people do not know that there is a better life. There are better jobs with more earnings, there are countries that are far away and full of amazing places. People don't want to leave their comfort zone for fear of losing what suits them. Even worse, this is when they are not satisfied with this life, but they are also afraid to change something. The second question is related to a complex topic, but an important one: where to get inspiration for the implementation of ideas and what helps to clear the mind for this? I can say from personal experience that any mind requires rest. This rest can be a small trip somewhere, reading a favorite book or even walking alone. In the process, you will be able to get inspired by something. Flipping through the works that inspire you, you can also create something of your own. Personally, meditation also helps me a lot, after which I feel freer and energized. There is also a topic that has interested me since childhood: how the Universe appeared? I love watching documentary programs that discuss this topic. This is not only useful for general development, but also expands the boundaries of understanding us as living beings, the planets that exist, as well as something that is still difficult for us to reach. I mean, something that exists in this vast universe besides us. All these questions are somehow important for reasoning and understanding. It seems to me that sooner or later everyone should think about their understanding.

The biggest challenges in Design
It goes without saying that there are a lot of challenges in Design and digital media.
In my opinion, the first challenge is how to be creative and productive enough at the same time to satisfy your client.
You should also keep an eye on new trends and be able to fast turnarounds.
Another one big challenge to everyone who wants to have a success in design is building your own distinctive style. It can be really difficult in the beginning but afterwards if you put enough efforts, the result will be bigger than you expected. It's a great feeling to realize that you are recognized among people and your name is remembered.
Also, you have to be multi-skilled person. If you want to be a professional in a design, you also have to be good psychologist, because there a lot of clients who don’t actually know what they want. Sometimes, you need to be a teacher. After all, in the future, you may be asked to teach something and you should be able to explain the material correctly and easily accessible.
The 4thchallenge is to make unique a product. We live in a modern society and it is seems like we already invented everything that we could imagine. People had the same thoughts in 19th century before the advent of radio, television and the first car.
Think about it.
Another big problem to solve is how make friendly and usability application or site which will be easy and understandable to everyone. You should be able to adapt to the capabilities of people, so the product will be more valuable, but at the same time keep your creativity and your style.
You should know your price!
This is a common situation when a designer making a first steps in industry doesn’t understand a real value of his products. This entails price dumping and the wrong attitude of consumers towards customers.
You should know your time!
Sometimes, inexperienced designers can’t send a work for client when it is deadline. Such situation can not only happen because irresponsibility, all of us has different life situations. Be sure to aware your client if you don’t have time to make it.

The most impressive thing in my Field
We live in a very beautiful and tough era full of challenges. Our world wants us to be productive and ready that everything we know and love could change in a one day. Sadly, we cannot predict a future yet, excepting weather podcasts, but it is also thing to discuss. But at the same time we are able to prepare for it and think outside a box.
As a 3D artist and designer, I am keen on everything connected with art. I want to tell you about the fascinating phenomenon called Crypto (NFT) Art.
So what makes Crypto Art really impressive to me?
Mainly, it is an idea of making a unique non-fungible token in a world-wide Ethereum blockchain system which allows buying and selling in specific platforms (OpenSea,Foundation,SuperRare) using secure decentralized payment by Crypto currency. It can be anything digital (such as music, drawing, pictures, etc.). The popularity of this phenomenon increased dramatically during a pandemic. This allowed the young talent to express themselves and earn money. It is also a fact that Crypto Art has a quick reaction on current political and social events which is very important thing in our time.
For instance, Brickspacer (Motion-designer and pioneer in Russian Crypto Art) was inspired by the leader of Russian opposition Alexey Navalny and made a digital art which he sold for $ 10 000 and donated 2/3 of this amount to Anti-Corruption Fund (which claimed as illegal in Russia) and OVD-info which provides legal assistance for people who were detained on political demonstrations.
Isn’t it a beautiful?
Even if not to talk about social and political actions, Crypto Art is a great tool to develop your personal brand or business, find new horizons. I think it would be great to make a t-shirt design, and also sell an animated version of this. People would find it unique and different they usually see.
So can you imagine how far our civilization went from the first cave drawing which our distant ancestors made under the impression by a mammoth and saber-toothed tiger to Leonardo Da Vinci and other famous Renaissance artists whose works have been recognized as masterpieces all over the world and Beeple who sold his digital art for a $69 million?
In conclusion, NFT Art is the bridge which connects history and modern world. A digital version of “Monna Litta” by L.Da Vinci from Hermitage collection, was sold with $150 000 which is 15 times higher than the original price.
