When youâre stuck in ChinaâŚ
Summary: You were a part of a third party involved with the C-virus in China. Youâve had your eyes on Carla, trying to track her down and take the virus sample with you. But upon following her into a building, you meet two men who were also after her.
Warning: based on the premise of RE6 so like⌠spoilers perhaps. As always, SMUT. Threesome. Anal. Also, Iâm running on a three hour sleep so this may be too freaky or not freaky, depends on how freaky I feel teehee
Word Count: 3,138
A/N: I love this game, anyone got mods to recommend? Clothes mod, I want my Helena to be a baddie

Running atop the catwalks was quite the trouble that nobody seems to talk about in movies, especially with heels.
Youâd been sent to China to investigate this so called C-Virus after youâve a rather suspicious looking file written by Dr. Simmons himself to his research team. You knew of Dr. Simmons, the head of National Security, and the guy with the tragic story who canât seem to take no for an answer.
Ada was someone you worked with to take down Simmons after his weird obsession and infatuation had caused him to make a carbon copy clone of her. After Ada had rejected him and went to both of your employers, Carlaâthe cloneâhad suddenly gained her own consciousness. As in, âI think, therefore, I am.â
She despised Simmons, that much was obvious to the people around the doctor. She had run off with the virus briefcase and decided that sheâd bring chaos to the world. For what? Revenge.
Ada had gone off somewhere near the river in China, probably fighting some stray Jâavos. You had been so close to catching her, until you noticed four people following her. You paused on top of the catwalks, staring down at what seemed to be two men fighting and Carla watching.
Chris. Leon. Thatâs what you heard them say. You knew them, of course, coming from the very person who knew them upfront: Ada. But she failed to mention how attractive they were. But enough of that, it seemed that they were after the briefcase as well.
Without further ado, you had jumped down from the catwalks was and kicked her down on the floor. The briefcase clattered somewhere away from her but you were quick to keep her down on the floor by pointing your gun at her. âCarla,â you said breathlessly as you caught your breath. She simply smirked at you, seemingly unfazed.
âWho the hell is Carla?â Chris said as he pointed his gun at her but then he pointed it at you, âAnd who are you?â
âNameâs Y/n, and this one isnât Ada. Her nameâs Carla Radames. Someone very close to Dr. Simmons,â you answered. Leon stood quiet for a moment, his eyes narrowing as if wanting to reject the sudden information but for some reason, he felt inclined to believe you.
âAstute,â Carla said smoothly before she stood up, along with you getting up from the floor, âThough I have to say, it was a bummer you had to sell out my real identity. I was having fun.â
âEnough of your games, Carla,â you snarled, finger cooking around the triggerâwhich caused Leon to hesitate in stepping up to intervene but ultimately decided to just aim his gun and watch. âGive me to case and I wonât shoot.â
Carla simply narrowed her eyes at you, her expression unreadable and cold as if analyzing you. Then, she kicked you in the stomach, sending you back as she kicked away Leonâs gun and twisted his arm. She smashed her head against Chrisâs nose, causing him to stumble and hold his bleeding nose. She ran to the case, pushing Helena down on the floor and shoving Piers aside as she ran down the ramp towards a door that led to the exit.
âGo!â Chris commanded Piers, to which the young soldier nodded and took off. Helena didnât need to be told, her guilt had poked at her mind and she felt she needed to act quickly, so she took off as well.
You stood up once more, groaning as you held your stomach. But as soon as you were about to take after the three individuals, Leon stopped you by holding your wrist, âWaitââ he said in a serious and deep tone, âWeâre not done yet.â
âLike hell youâre not,â you retorted back and snatched your wrist away. Chris stepped up, holding your upper arm tightly, âListen, weâre all clearly on the same boat here so why donât we cut the crap?â
You turned and narrowed your eyes at the two men. For a moment, you remained pensive. He was right, you were all clearly in the same battle against releasing the C-Virus. âIâve already said what had to be said. Thatâs not Ada. Sheâs a clone made by Dr. Simmons after being rejected by Ada but Carla went crazy and seeks revenge. Now can you let go?â
Chris stared down at you before he glanced at Leon, who in return nodded and Chris let go of your arm. The atmosphere was tense between the three of you. âDo you know where sheâs going?â Asked Leon.
You shook your head, face softening slightly, âNoâŚI donât know where sheâs going but something tells me sheâll be hitting the big parts of the cities.â
Chris and Leon exchanged glances, not at all happy that they had stop another outbreak from erupting. It was indeed the same dance as always, huh?
âWe shouldnât be fighting,â Leon said, âIâll go after Simmons and you go after Carla,â Leon said to Chris before he looked at you, âAnd youâŚI donât know what the fuck youâll do but you better not betray us.â
You narrowed your eyes at them, âYou donât tell me what to do. I wonât listen to the two guys that fought over a clone, one wanting to end her life and the other wanting to take her in. Make up your minds and stop wasting my time, dammit.â
But Chris didnât take this lightly. Carlaâs the reason why his whole team died, seeing you brushing them off carelessly made him act so irrationally. He quickly took you by the back of your shirt, turned you and pinned you against the wall with his hand studying your collar, âListen here, you little shit,â he growled.
âThat womanâŚshe killed my entire team. It was an ambush. Piers and I were the only ones who survived. Those menâŚâ he leaned closer to your face, âthey were innocent.â
Leonâs breath was sharp, staring at Chris and putting his hand out to placate him, âChris, let her go. She didnât do any of this. It was Carla.â
Chris listened to Leon with half a heart. He was angry but most important, he felt guilty. He couldnât protect his team and they all died in that ambush that seemed to replay in his mind. Those were his men, men who trusted him. And now they were gone.
It was deadly silent as Chris stared you down before he slowly let you go. Your heart was beating fast, no matter how many brave faces you put up, Chris was quite a scary fellow. Leon sighed and ran a hand through his blonde hair, âNow what.â
âNow what?â Chris repeated and glanced at Leon, âWe find Carla and take her in. Before she releases or sells that virus.â
You could only stare at the two men, this definitely threw your plans off course but you had to adapt to situations. After all, at the end of your job, youâll be rewarded a lot of money.
So the three of you go after Helena and Piers, only to be met with them empty handed. Chris split up with Piers, Leon went with Helena, and you decided to rendezvous back with Ada. Dr. Simmons and Carla would be hard to find and take down but after seeing all the damage that was caused, you realized that this was personal for not just Chris but also Ada and Leon. The three had been affected by these two but at the same time, you couldnât understand why anyone would allow Carla to stay alive longer than she has to be.
Sheâs a clone! Sheâs not even real human and yet sheâs treated as one.
The longer the search went, the more frustrated you felt. When you met with Chris and Leon again after the bomb had been depleted in China and blue smoke covered the entire city, youâve had enough.
You three had just entered a building and locked it, the zombies long gone and led astray by a soldier who sacrificed himself. It was too much for you and you couldnât help but feel the guilt gnaw at you too.
âYou shouldâve killed her while you had the chance!â You yelled at Chris, to which his brow twitched and stomped towards you, âWatch your mouth. I did my fucking best but super agent here didnât want me to kill his stupid girlfriend,â he said as he pointed to Leon.
âSheâs not my girlfriend,â Leonâs voice was deep and angry, âand you were the one who followed my words. I didnât force you to not shoot her back in the facility-â
âNo but you offered yourself as sacrifice! I couldnât just kill you!â Chris reiterated.
âShut up!â Your voice echoed in the space, âYou two are being so immature right now. There are people outside being turned into zombies! We donât have time for this shit!â
Chris scoffed, âThatâs rich coming from you, youâll probably steal the virus and sell it, just like Ada did back in â98.â It was now Leonâs turn to grow annoyed, âYou donât know what youâre talking about.â
âDo I? Or how about in 2004 when she took the Amber? I read the report, Leon. Iâm not stupid.â
âYou just havenât given me the chance to explain how complicated it is between us andââ
âShut up!â Your voice echoed, again, âGosh, you two are like little children! We get it, Chris doesnât trust Ada and Leon is still hung up on her. Can we focus on the present day? I feel like Iâm carrying the team right now.â
The men quieted die but their faces betrayed their anger simmering beneath their skin. You rolled your eyes, âItâs really not the time to have a second team wipeout,â you muttered under your breath. Chris whipped his head towards you, a crazed look in his eyes.
âWhat did you say?â He grumbled and stepped towards you. His hand shot up to pin you against the wall but Leon was quick this time. Leon went to your side and pulled you out of Chrisâs grasp, your body clashing against Leonâs, âChris,â he said in a warning tone.
"No, Leon," Chris grumbled, "she doesn't get to say shit and get away with it. I saw my men die and she thinks it's funny to joke about it?" Chris stared at you, eyes full of fury and regret at the death of his teammates. But anger was consuming, making him lose all kinds of restraints he had. He lunged forward, trying to force Leon to let you go. Leon shoved you away as he fought hand to hand against Chris. Leon threw a punch at Chris's face, sending Chris back a few steps before Chris grabbed Leon's arm and twisted it. With Leon momentarily stunned, Chris bent his arm behind his back and pressed his back against Leon to keep him in place.
"I don't want to fight," Chris said as he panted, breathing harshly for air as he kept a tight grip on Leon. Leon gritted his teeth, squirming to try and get out of his grasp. Having had enough of their drama, you stepped forward and forced them both away from each other. "Enough!" your voice echoed, "You're right, Chris. What I said was insensitive and apologize for being a bitch. But that doesn't give you the right to just attack anyone, especially not in the situation we're in. We need to keep our head in the game if we want to stop Carla and Simmons."
The two men remained panting and trying to calm down. Your words resonated with them, and they nodded. After some minutes of just trying to ease up the tensions, Leon spoke up, "We're all just tired of this, I get it. We have a lot of shit pent up and it's not healthy to deal with it by fighting each other...fuck, I could use a drink right now." He whispered the last part which led to Chris letting out an airy laugh. Maybe it was Leon's words or Chris's laugh, but the three of you soon broke into a small laughing fit. Incredulous at how childish you've all been acting.
After deciding to take a break, a much needed break, the three of you were sitting down against the wall with you in the middle. Leon sat on your left while Chris sat on your right. Your knees and thighs bumped against their own, a spark of a different kind of tension flickering in the atmosphere. Maybe it was the need to let out some steam, to find an outlet for your frustrations, but your hand crept up Leon's thigh. He shuddered almost imperceptibly, and Chris noticed from the other side. Chris leaned towards you, his face leaning down towards your neck as Leon glanced at you.
Something changed and neither of you did anything to address it. You found yourself making out with Leon, his hand held your jaw as he kept your lips on his while Chris's own lips kissed and sucked the skin of your neck as his hand trailed down your stomach to your crotch. Maybe it all happened fast, or maybe it all happened too painfully slow. Clothes were thrown off, you were pulled to Leon's lap while Chris settled behind you.
Leon's lips were worshipping your breasts, his tongue rolling off your nipple as he got his saliva all over your chest like a starved boy. You were straddling Leon's hips, Chris helping you grind against his cock between your folds as he had his hands on your hips. When Leon laid down on his back, Chris helped him slide his cock inside your gummy walls. It was a delicious stretch, one that made Leon groan. Chris stroked himself as he watched you ride Leon, his own throbbing cock leaking in his hands, but he was too desperate to wait his turn. Chris pushed you down until you were arched against Leon. He aligned his cock to where Leon's cock was inside you and started to slide in.
Your eyes rolled back as you started to slowly take two cocks in your pussy, your hands gripped Leon's shoulders tightly. But Chris had too much steam to let loose, so he didn't hesitate in beginning to thrust with Leon's cock still inside you. Your moans harmonized with Leon's groans and Chris's grunts. "I'm not going to last long, Chris," Leon barely managed to speak but Chris simply grunted, "I don't care."
Chris hurried his thrusting, his hips snapping against your ass as he began to chase for his own release. He was a man on a mission, and he was going to see that his mission gets accomplished. Leon's own hips thrusted upwards as he held you tightly against him, feeling your tits press against his chest. Leon's breathing began to shorten and quicken, his hips jerking and twitching to solidify the fact that he was close to cumming. "Fuck!" Leon groaned as his white cum erupted from his cock and inside you. Chris, upon feeling Leon's cum coat his own cock inside you, couldn't hold the moan that had been bubbling in his throat, and he also came inside you. Cum leaked out of your cunt as their cocks slipped out from how wet it was.
But this wasn't enough for any of you. Chris pulled you forward until your face was in front of Leon's cock. "Suck him off while I fuck your ass," Chris commanded as he shoved your face down Leon's cock. Leon was still sensitive from his orgasm that when he felt you take him into your mouth, tears pricked at his eyes. As your tongue lapped up and swirled around the girth length that belonged to Leon, Chris aligned the head of his cock to your tight muscle ring. He had wiped the mixed cum over your asshole as lube. He slowly surged forward, you pulled back from Leon's cock, nearly screaming at the way Chris was stretching your anus. Tears slid down your cheeks, but it felt so good.
"Don't stop," Leon whispered as he pulled you back on his cock. Chris continued going forward until he was balls deep inside your ass. He pulled back until just the tip remained inside and then thrusted back in. The motion caused you to move against Leon's cock, naturally bobbing on his member as you go fucked from behind. Chris's hand went down to rub your clit before he inserted two fingers into your cum-filled cunt as he continued to thrust deeply. Leon's cock began to twitch in your mouth, pre-cum leaking down like a waterfall. He had brought his hands to your hair, holding you tightly as if you were going to disappear on him before he could even cum. "Y/n... fuck... I'm gonna--" but before he could finish his sentence, he pulled your face down his entire length and shot him cum down your throat. He groaned and rolled his eye back as he came. His grip loosened on your hair and he slowly allowed you to pull back from his cock. Leon was fascinated by the sight of you, swallowing his cum and looking absolutely delectable.
He rubbed your cheek ever so kindly before he leaned in to kiss you, as if to show you his appreciation for the pleasures you had given him. Chris grew frantic as his thrust became fast and hard. When a single whimper escaped his lips, you knew Chris was also going to come again. His hand pulled away from your pussy and he held your hips tightly as he rutted into your tight channel. He slammed forward, his balls slapping against your clit, and came hard inside your asshole. He fell forward against your back, sandwiching you against Leon.
The three of you were left panting, dazed even, as you all tried to catch your breath. A whimper rolled of your tongue as Chris slowly pulled his cock out of your stretched hole. Cum leaked out and he couldn't help but groan at the sight. "Fuck..." Chris cursed as he went to sit beside Leon, who still had you in his arms.
"So...should we grab dinner or...?" Leon joked, which earned him a breathless laugh from you and a shake from Chris's head. Whatever happened in this moment, you didn't find it in yourself to regret it. You got fucked by two hot guys, life was as good as it could get for you. The only thing you could wish for was for this to happen again, but not in the context of a bioweapon war lingering in the back. No, you'll do this soon again, once your fight in China was over.

You belong to me
Summary: reader is a female police officer that began to have a friendship with someone who got sent to help with a case. But things took a dark turnâŚ

Handjob. Blowjob. Oral (m receiving). Reader is toxic. Leon is a victim. READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
Word Count: 4,193
A/N: since itâs October, I wanted to try something different. Weâve all seen the fics where Leon is the toxic one but what about the reader? This is my attempt at toxic reader.
âMy honey I know, with the dawn that you will be gone. But tonight, you belong to me,â - Tonight You Belong To Me, Patience and Prudence

When you were young, you looked up to the heroes of the world. The police, the firefighters, etc. It all fascinated you and you found it in yourself to want to help others as well. It was all an innocent dream that started when you were just a little girl and now here you are, working as a police officer in the cityâs infamous police department.
People come and go, new faces everyday. Itâs filling out paperwork and writing reports about incidents youâve been called to. Sure, youâve had your share of the donut and early coffee rounds, but nothing beats cruising in the patrol car.
Youâve never been an obsessed type of person, you just took a really good liking to things. Video games, music, booksâthey were all just common interests. But something about your job was so exciting. It wasnât just helping people, it was the necessity to feel the rush flow through your blood through car chases or when you venture into a building with your flashlight out searching for criminals. At the end of the day, it felt amazing capturing the bad guys and throwing them in a cell.
It was a normal day, nothing too out of the ordinary. You were called to a crime scene in a neighborhood in the middle of your night shift. You were the first of your squad to arrive and there you saw an unfamiliar man. He wasnât a police officer but he seemed like the real deal.
âAh, Officer L/N,â said the police commander as he motioned for you to come forward, âLet me introduce you to this guy. Heâs done nothing but save the country countless times. Meet Agent Kennedy, he will be assisting us tonight.â Agent Kennedy was tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. Skin pale with a few freckles adorning his face.
Agent Kennedy nods and extends his hand to you for a handshake, âNice to meet you, I hope we can work with no issues.â You nodded and took his hand in return for a firm handshake before letting go, âPleasure to meet you as well.â
âSo,â Agent Kennedy said as he looked over at your boss, âWhatâs the situation here?â The police commander then began to walk inside towards the house you had parked on the side to, âThereâs been a suspicious call to the precinct,â he said as you and Agent Kennedy followed him inside, with Agent Kennedy letting you enter first.
âLady down the street said that there was yelling and she called to make a noise complaint but then she said it all got quiet so she decided to check on the people who lived here,â he said as he walked the two of you to the living room. Upon reaching the living room, the floorâs carpet was drenched in blood and the walls had blood spatters around them. You grimaced at the sight but Agent Kennedy simply narrowed his eyes, his blue eyes jumping from blood spatter to blood spatter around the room, âAny clue about the victim?â Kennedy asked.
âFemale. Early thirsties,â the police commander began to describe, â5 foot 5âthe other neighbors said that she was a sweet lady but that her boyfriend wasnât much of a gentleman. When we first came to check, the body was missing and there was no weapon on sight. It was as if someone had murdered her and took her body with them. We tried contacting the boyfriend but heâs been MIA for a while now.â
Your eyes wandered around the room, how could anyone do this? Sure, there is no certain proof that the womanâs boyfriend couldâve done it but it was a lead right?
âWhat about the boyfriendâs records?â You asked, âIf his record states suspicious activity or other charges, then weâd know by then, right?â
âNo,â Agent Kennedy replied right before your boss could, âThis doesnât seem like something a felon would do. Usually felons who are trying to save face try to avoid getting in trouble with the law. This is something completely unrelated to the victimâs relationship.â
âThen what couldâve caused this?â the police commander asked. Kennedy kneeled on the ground, his eyes inspecting the bloody carpet, âAn amateur. This is probably just the work of someone trying to prove that they can kill.â Kennedy stood back up again and looked at your boss, âIâll have a few of my men search the house, thereâs been other cases like this that we have previously looked at and I think this is just another one of those.â
You furrowed your brows, âSo youâve dealt with this killer before?â you asked, to which he nodded, âYes. But I canât say anything. Itâs a government case.â
It was a long night but thanks to Agent Kennedy, he made it run smoother than you had anticipated.
Agent KennedyâŚ
What a guy.
-
For the days that followed through, balancing minor incidents and the big case on your plate, youâve met with Kennedy more than a few times. It was as if it was a coincidence. You saw him at a bar, in the police station, in the storeâquite the few times. But you were polite in each encounter. You smiled, you waved, you even initiated conversations with him. And he was kind to you in return.
You were happy, life was great.
Youâve even stopped him several times when you saw him on the road.
âHey, just a reminder to turn on your lights,â youâd say as youâd lean against his car door.
âMake sure your license plate gets renewed, youâre lucky Iâm a nice officer,â youâd say with a friendly smile.
Or sometimes you would meet in your office for the case and talk.
âYou know, youâre lucky Iâve been just giving you warnings on the road,â you said as you sat on your desk with him sitting across from you. He smirks and shakes his head, âItâs like youâre always there. Are you secretly following me?â
You laughed and it was your turn to shake your head in denial, âIâm too busy to follow you around. Plus, whatâs the harm if I did? Iâve been helping you avoid a ticket, havenât I?â
He nods and laughs, âYeah, I guess youâve kind of been like a friendly officer.â
âIâm for the people,â you said as you laughed with him, âI try to help as much as I can. Iâm not a saint, but people can do good, right?â
âYeah⌠they can,â he muttered and leaned back against the chair he was sitting in, âNo but seriously, Iâve been seeing you around more often than lately. Iâm not saying itâs weird, I appreciate you giving me tips and warnings butâI mean, is it even allowed?â
You laughed again, âItâs a small town, Leon,â you said, âIâm busy everywhere and plus, no one has to know. There are millions of things happening at once in this place. Me not giving you a speeding ticket is nothing worth mentioning.â
Everything seemed to be going well for you. Youâve grown closer to Leon ever since you started that case. Sure, youâve seen him more frequently but it was pure coincidence, right?
-
Leon was sure something was going on. Heâs been seeing you more frequently and you stopped him at random times. Heâs grateful you havenât given him a ticket but he canât help the growing suspicion that youâve done this so frequently. His worries only grew after that day in your office.
He was never a man to take things lightly. Heâs always thought things through and was a smart and confident man. At some point he began to feel guilty because he could see just how hard you work around the station. Youâve taken shifts but you always kept a smile on your face, it made him feel shitty for thinking so poorly of you.
You were sweet and kind, always wanting to help people just like him.
But there was just something in his gut telling him to watch out.
âY/n,â he said in surprise when he found you next to his car. You turned and smiled at him, âHey, Leon. Havenât seen you in a while, just wanted to make sure you were okay.â
He forced a smile and nodded, âYeah, I-uh-Iâm fine. Just been busy with the case. Jane Doe, you know?â
âJane Doe,â you repeated quietly. There was a silence between you two, one that he didnât know if it was suffocating or intimate. Heâs never been good with the ladies after all.
âYou know,â you said softly, âIâm here if you ever need to talk. Iâm the only one who can really understand you. Iâve seen things no one should see. Iâve been through hell and back before and I know how it feels like to be stuck in this dark place,â you said as you pointed to your head.
His face fell and he stared at you in silence.
âTherapy doesnât work. I know everyone says that but when has therapy ever worked for you? You have this distant gaze, Leon,â you whispered as you took steps forward towards him, âIâm the only one that can see the pain you feel everyday.â
He furrowed his brow, âWhy are you saying this?â he whispered. You smiled, âBecause I want to help. Iâm your friend.â
-
The words were glued to his mind and now he felt more uneasy but something in your words spoke out to him. Heâs never really had the chance to heal, not after Raccoon City. But heâd never say that your words were doing things to his mind. You showed kindness no one ever has, you spoke to him in a caring voice, and you were never his enemy.
Heâs never seen someone so⌠friendly. At some point he found you too friendly but then heâd feel guilty for thinking that stuff about you.
He shouldnât have been paranoid of you, your eyes and your smile were ones of an angel.
Leon doesnât have a family and heâs never had a real friend before. Something in him felt warm and odd.
âIâm your only friend here, Leon,â you said as the two of you sat on a bench just right outside the front of the police station, âNo one ever listens and if they do, theyâre lying. When someone says they care, they donât. They have to show you that they care like I have. I care about you, I really do. You donât need those fake friends, youâll be okay with me. Small circle beats a bigger
circle in terms of a social life, right?â
He nodded, taking your words into consideration, âYeah, I guess youâre right. Lots of people lie nowadays. Canât ever tell whoâs going to stab me in the back.â
âExactly,â you continued, âWhy stress about someoneâs loyalty when you have someone that already has proved it. Remember that time I didnât give you a ticket for speeding or having alcohol in your vehicle? Iâm a real friend, Leon. Thereâs no one else that understands you like I do.â
âWell, I do have some other friends,â he muttered, âtheyâve been through the same things Iâve been.â
You scoffed and shook your head, âYouâre going to listen to your friends who barely care, over me? Iâm the one who has your best interests in mind, Leon.â
âIâm not saying that to make you any less of a friend but youâve got to admit that you stop me too many times on the road,â he said. You rolled your eyes and looked at him, âYou know youâre being paranoid, right? Iâve done nothing but help you, and youâre trying to say Iâm some kind of creep. Iâm the only one whoâs been there for you. You should trust me more than anyone else. Nobody else cares as much as I do.â
He felt bad and guilty for making you think he thought you were a creep. He frowned and looked at you, âIâm sorry. I didnât mean to make you look like a weirdo, Iâm just⌠I havenât had a real friend in a long time. Probably since high school and that was years ago.â
âThereâs nothing to apologize for,â you sighed softly, your expression turning soft and caring with a small smile tugging your lips, âI understand you were just being cautious and I canât blame you for that. But donât worry, Iâm not going to hurt you. I care about you and I want to help.â
-
Leon suddenly found himself in a dark room. He blinked his eyes open and saw that he was in a dimly lit room. He tried to move but his hands were tied. Leon was tied down to a chair, his hands behind the back of the chair tied together with rope, as well as his legs tied down on the legs of the chair. Panic surged through him. The room was cold and silent, eerily silent. The only thing he could hear was the sound of his breathing.
He tried to shift around but then his eyes landed on the walls of the room. He furrowed his brow, what the hell was going on? âWhat the..â he muttered under his breath and then he turned his attention towards the sounds of footsteps descending a pair of stairs. Now he understood he was in a basement.
âHello,â calmly rang the voice of a woman. Chills ran down Leonâs spine as you stepped closer, making your figure known to him. Why were you here?
âY/n, youâve got to help me,â Leon as he tugged at his tied wrists, âI donât know how I ended up here. Come on, help meââ he grunted as he struggled. But you remained stilled in front of him. Your eyes watching as your calm demeanor took over.
âIâm afraid I canât,â you said casually. He looked up at him, confusion written on his face, âCanât help me?â he repeated in disbelief, âWhy not?â
âBecause Iâm the one who did this to you,â you replied. There was no remorse in your tone. YOu were casual and cool, something that made Leonâs skin crawl with goosebumps. Heâd never have guessed that you would be the one to ever put him in this situation.
âYou see, Leon,â you began as you walked around him, circling him around, âIâm the only you can rely on. You donât need those other people. They donât know you like I do. I was only trying to help.â
âHelp?â He repeated incredulously, âYou tied me to a chair! How is that helping?!â
âDonât be like that,â you said as you walked back to stand in front of him, leaning down to his face, âYou should be grateful, after everything Iâve done for you, shouldnât you be thanking me? Youâre making me feel bad Leon.â
He frowned, his heart aching at your words, âI am grateful for your friendship but I justââ
âJust what, Leon?â you interjected, âCome on, now, donât be like that,â you continued as you brought a hand to his cheek, gently caressing his face, âYou know Iâm the only one whoâs ever listened to you. I know how damaged you are and Iâm the only one whoâs accepted you as you are. Look at your so-called friends, they havenât talked to you. Theyâre not like me, they donât care about you like I do.â
He looked up at you with those saddened blue eyes, his head subconsciously leaning into your hand, âBut you said you wouldnât hurt me,â he whispered.
Your thumb swiped along his cheek in a soft caress, âI havenât, have I?â you whispered back, âI would never hurt you, you know that. It hurts me that youâre doubting me.â
âIâm sorry,â he whispered back immediately, âI didnât mean to make you feel bad, I'm just⌠confused.â
âItâs okay to be confused but you have to trust me. Iâll never hurt you,â you leaned down to press a kiss to his forehead, your lips feeling soft on his skin like a soothing balm. But this only made him more confused. He should be angry and attempting to escape but he couldnât, he didnât want to betray you like that after all youâve done for him. He shouldnât, right?
He closed his eyes and sighed, leaning into your hand as if he was seeking your comfort. You smiled at his behavior, âLook at you,â you murmured, âYouâre so deprived of love, arenât you?â you asked mockingly, to which he nodded. He opened his eyes and looked up at you, âI amâŚâ he whispered, âNo oneâs treated me as kindly as you have. I⌠I donât have anyone besides you.â
âYou donât have to, Iâm the only one you need, Leon,â you whispered as you leaned your lips down his face, just right above his lips, âI promise I wonât leave you if you wonât leave me.â
âI promise,â he replied almost instantly, âI wonât leave you. PleaseâŚâ he begged, craning his head up as if trying to meet your lips. He was desperate for a touch of affection and you were willing to give him that, he wasnât about to let go of you in the end.
âPlease what?â you whispered.
âDonât leave me.â
âI wonât.â
âCan you kiss me?â
âI can.â
You pressed your lips against his in a short kiss, causing him to whine and lean forward to keep kissing you, âY/n, please,â he begged again. You smirked and leaned down to kiss him again, this time longer and more passionate. He closed his eyes and sighed into the kiss as your hands raked around his hair, tugging at his blonde strands. Your tongue grazed his bottom lip, to which he let you explore his mouth with.
He was so easy, all he needed was a little bit of love and he was down at your knees for you.
Your hand moved down his chest to his pants. Your palm ghosting over his crotch, you pressed your hand over it. He hissed and moaned, his body going tense before you began to rub him through the fabric of his jeans, âY/n,â he whined again.
âYou want me to touch your dick? Make you cum?â you murmured mockingly, he nodded his head and jerked his hips up into your hand, âPlease,â he whispered.
You stood by his side, hand going inside his pants until you felt his boxers. He felt hard and long, almost making you wet. Your hand didnât stop rubbing him through his boxers, his needy whines and moans echoing through the basement. Then, he attached his lips to your boob over your shirt, his teeth nibbling around the fabric of your shirt.
âWant to suck my tit like a baby?â you mused, he nodded and looked up at you through his lashes, âYes,â he whispered. And how could you deny him anything when heâs been nothing but a good and obedient boy?
With your free hand, you lifted your shirt and took off your bra, watching as his pupils dilated and immediately latched his lips on your breast. His teeth pulled at your nipple before his tongue flatly dragged over your stiff peak. Your hand on his boxers moved over inside, feeling the skin of his dick on your hands. You pulled it out of his pants and circled your hand around his cock, rubbing up and down from the tip to the base. He moaned against your breasts, the vibrations sending a wave of arousal through you.
He kissed and licked all he could, his lips becoming swollen and your boob glistening with his saliva. God, he could suck your tit all day if you asked him. His moans became short and breathy the more you stroked him, his cock spasmed and twitched as he felt himself near his orgasm and without further notice, you suddenly dropped down to your knees and put his cock in your mouth. He gasped and threw his head back, his lips parting as he moaned every time you bobbed down on his dick. He bucked his hips further into your mouth while your hands massaged his balls, drawing an embarrassing moan from his throat.
Soon enough he came into your mouth, his sweet cum shooting ropes. But you didnât swallow. Instead, you stood up, hands going to his jaw as you forced his mouth to open. You spat his cum into his mouth and forced him to close his lips.
âSwallow,â you commanded him. He nodded and swallowed the cum you gave him, he was left panting as he looked up at you.
âGood boy,â you purred and kissed his lips and he instantly kissed you backâtasting him on your lips.
âLetâs take these off you, hm?â you said as tugged at the rope around his wrists. He nodded and let you untie him. Itâs not like he can escape anyway, where would he go? No one would believe that you, the kind officer, would ever kidnap anyone. And heâs desperate for love and attention, he canât leave if he wanted because he wouldnât have anyone to compensate for the lack of love heâs received. He became dependent on you.
As soon as you untied him, he grasped your waist and brought you between his legs, pressing his face on your stomach as he kissed the skin on your belly. You caressed his hair, allowing him to touch and worship you as he wanted.
âYou want more?â you asked softly and he nodded against your stomach, âI do,â he whispered.
âCome on then,â you said as you took his hands and pulled him from the chair, âLetâs go to my room. My home is your home now.â
-
It was indeed his home now. He hadnât noticed but you have, the way he started to leave his things in your house such as clothes and shoes. It was a small change but he slowly began to move in with you. It was such a power trip dynamic that you loved, having this power over him. He canât ever leave you, where would he go?
Your obsession with him was successful. This was all you wanted from the start. Youâve had eyes for him ever since he got assigned to help you and your team on a murder case.
And now heâs on your bed, naked and thrusting into you from behind as you bent over with your ass in the air. His hands on your hips as he was on his knees behind you on the bed. Your hands held the bedâs headboard, feeling it slam against the wall everytime he plunged deep into you from behind. His cock leaving and entering with force, as if trying to prove his loyalty to you. He was like a dog, in a way. The tip of his cock grazed your cervix, causing your eyes to roll back and a moan to slip past your lips. He groaned and whimpered, feeling his cock get swallowed by your tightening walls.
âY/n,â he whined as his hands moved to your waist, gripping your body tighter, forcing your body on his cock. Pushing and pulling you as his hips did the same, the sound of skin slapping echoing loudly around the room.
âFuckââ he cursed under his breath, âYouâre so tight. Iâm gonnaââ
âDonât stop,â you moaned, moving your body on him to help him. He leaned down to bury his face on your neck, pressing open mouthed kisses on your skin as his chest pressed against your back. His hand released your waist to squeeze at your bouncing breasts, âPretty,â he murmured into your ear as he squeezed your tits again.
His thrusts became sloppy as you neared your organism, he could feel the way your pussy began to throb and it was sending him on a frenzy. When your sweet nectar came around his cock, coating him wet and making sinful squelching sounds, he couldnât hold himself back and he slammed his hips against your ass and came deep inside you. His dick throbbed as he shot his rope of white cum inside your pussy.
His cock softened but he didnât move, both you were left panting and trying to catch your breath. Your bodies sweaty as the room smelled of sex. When he pulled out of you, you brought your hand down to your cunt to collect his cum and put it back inside, he groaned at the sight that he just watched and he couldnât believe he just came inside you.
âArenât you going to clean me up?â you asked and he got snapped out of his thoughts. He quickly nodded and got off the bed, âYesâhold on.â
He went into the bathroom and got a wet towel, then he came back into the room and cleaned you of his cum. After discarding the towel, he joined you on the bed and cuddled you.
âI love you,â he whispered as he wrapped his arms around your waist, bringing you closer to his chest. You smiled and huddled into his chest, âI love you more.â

Congregation Of The Mind
Summary: You were Leonâs partner in Spain, belong to rescue the presidentâs daughter. But it all goes wrong when Leon and Ashley get infected and you had to confront Lord Saddler while also save Leon and Ashley.
Warning: fight scenes. supposed to be unsettling and more accurate (I think I got cooked ngl). There is no romance or smut, this is simply for the October people who like a little bit of uneasiness.
A/N: to my professor that makes everything about religion and gets mad at me for countering his arguments THIS ONEâS FOR U HOEđ (yes Iâm petty and what about it)
âThe creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.â âAnimal Farm, George Orwell

Pure. Pure. Pure.
The mind is a pure soul that gets tainted by those who refuse. Lord Saddler, in his mind, blesses the impure and turns them pure with his sacred gift. Las Plagas.
Millions of lives were lost to his cause, declaring that he is the one true God that will bring peace to the tainted world and will cleanse the evil out.
When Leon got sent to retrieve Ashley back from Spain, he definitely didnât expect to meet such obscure and horrific situation. Zombified people, immortal aristocrats, and a bald guy who thinks heâs god. If you were to tell him before he went to Spain about what heâll encounter, Leon wouldâve scoffed and say that you were being dramatic.
But no. It wasnât dramatic. It was the truth.
You stood behind Leon as he held his hand in front of him, trying to disarm Ashley. Both Ashley and Leon got infected with Las Plagas and Lord Saddler had wanted Ashley to kill Leon and submit to the virus.
You stood behind Leon, the room dimly lit as Leonâs arm was covered in dark veins, an indication that Leon had also received the same âgift.â Ashley stood in front of him, gun in hand and readily aimed at Leon but before she could follow through Saddlerâs commands, you jump right in by taking Leonâs shoulder and pulling him back until you were in front.
âDamn you, Lord Saddler,â you said through gritted teeth. Youâve about had enough of this, youâre tired and youâre over Saddlerâs shit, âEnough with your shit already!â
But Lord Saddler does not budge. The ends of his chapped lips curl up into a frightful smirk, revealing his yellow and decaying teeth, âMy friend, I cannot give you my sacrificial lamb. The girl is vital for our faith.â
âFaith? You call all of this fate?!â You retaliated, anger cursing through your veins as Ashley grunts in attempts to resist Lord Saddlerâs commands, same with Leon holding back behind you.
âYes,â Lord Saddler continued, pacing left and right along with his staff and cloak as he spoke, âWe believe in a better world and with this gift, we can achieve anything so long as we get our Holy Body.â
You scoff, âHoly Body? Sheâs just a girl! Youâre robbing her of her own life, how does that relate to faith?â
âYou may not understand now but you will soon once we give you the gift as well like your friend Mr. Kennedy,â Lord Saddler said as he pointed at Leon, eyes sunken with darkness as he glared at Saddler. Leon tries hard to resist and remains still, not wanting to succumb to his subordination.
âIâm⌠sorry,â Ashley whispered as best as she could before she pulled the trigger but terribly missed, or luckily. Once the sound of the bullet rang, you took that as your cue to intervene.
You quickly take Ashleyâs arm and pull her towards you before throwing her behind you towards Leon, who manages to break from Lord Saddlerâs control and catches her. With Ashley now safe, you take out your own gun and start shooting at Saddler while two summoners stood beside him.
The summoners began to make their way towards you, summoning Plagas and commanding them with psychotic influence but you were quick. You shot them in the head, their bodies falling limp on the floor as their lamps go out and the plagas die on the floor. Saddler stood there, seemingly unimpressed since he believed he still had control over Ashley and Leon behind you.
Which is exactly what he did. With his psychic abilities, Saddler commanded both Leon and Ashley to attack you.
âLetâs see how well of a person you are,â Saddler taunted as Ashley, against her will, stood straight in front of you with her hands fisted and ready to fight. Leon, however, had taken out his combat knife from his sheath. They stood in front of you, ready to attack while their faces were hardâthey didnât want to attack you.
âMake it stop!â Ashley yelled in agony as she attempted to swing at you but you dodged to the side, putting a hand behind her back to push her away while Leon tried to lunge at you with the knife to which you kicked his knee and watched him fall to the ground on one knee.
âGive in children!â Lord Saddler exclaimed, âBecome one with the divine providence bestowed to us! I shall be your new God!â
You grunted as you were about to lunge towards Lord Saddler, only for him to use his psychic influence to make both Leon and Ashley hold you down by the arms, âYou really think youâre a god, donât you? Youâre not a savior, youâre a monster!â
Lord Saddler stares down at you as he commanded Leon and Ashley to force you to kneel before him, âMonster? No, Y/L/N, Iâm a force of nature. This giftâthis powerâit's meant to change everything.â
âChange? You mean turning people into mindless zombies? Thatâs not change, thatâs destruction!â You yelled back, frustrated at the deluded man.
âItâs evolution! Iâm giving them a chance to transcend their weaknesses. Theyâll be stronger, united.â
âUnited? They lose their free will! Youâre not uniting anyone, youâre enslaving them! How is that moral?â You narrowed your eyes at him, watching as he slowly walked towards you, âMorality is subjective! I see the bigger picture. Humanity is flawed, and Iâm offering a solution.â
âA solution that comes with death and suffering! Youâre preying on their fears, not saving them,â your words cut deep but they fell on deaf ears.
âYou donât understand the power of this gift,â Lord Saddler said as he stood in front of your kneeling form, âItâs not just about control, itâs about liberation from the mundane!â
âLiberation? Youâre just using your power to play god! Youâre hurting people. Thatâs evil.â
âEvil is a construct. Theyâll thank me one day when they see the world as it truly is.â
âThank you?!â You scoffed humorlessly, âThey wonât be able to think or feel! Youâre taking away their humanity!â
Lord Saddler scowled down at you, his eyes narrowing and his grip on his staff tightening, âAnd what has their humanity brought them? War, suffering, chaos. Iâm offering a way out!â
âBy making them into monsters? Youâre deluded if you think this is for their good,â you tugged at your arms, attempting to break free from Ashleyâs and Leonâs grasp, but to no avail. Saddler was making them hold you tight. A small smirk reached Lord Saddlerâs lips, âDeluded?â He repeated.
âIâm the only one with the vision to see beyond the present. I can create a new world!â He leaned down towards you, grasping your jaw in his hands. You tried to move your head away but his grip was tight, âA world built on fear and loss. Youâre not a creator, youâre a destroyer.â
He chuckled amusedly, âYouâre scared, Y/L/N. You canât see the potential. Join me, and together we could change everything!â
âYou cling to outdated notions of morality while I forge a new path,â he continued, âFight all you want, but in the end, I will prevail. This is evolution, and itâs already begun.â
âNot if I canât help it,â you muttered before you harshly pushed Leon and Ashley behind you, both of them grunting in pain as they stutmbled backwards and you swung at Lord Saddler but he was quick. He quickly disappeared, his superhuman speed allowed him to move backwards and away from your target range. He was too quick.
âCome now, Ashley and Leon,â he said to them. The two of them tried to not walk towards Saddler, resisting against Lord Saddlerâs command. This only made him angry, âFollow me you feeble humans!â
This was your chance while Lord Saddler was distracted, you took the gun that was dropped on the floor and shot Lord Saddler but he escaped before he could get hurt. As he escaped, his influence on Leon and Ashley disappeared and the two collapsed on the floor. You quickly went to check over them, making sure they were still breathing. Las Plaga was spreading fast and you needed to take them to the Laboratory Luis had mentioned earlier.
âHang in there,â you muttered as you put Leonâs arms over your shoulders and an arm around Ashleyâs waist. It would be hard work but you were determined to help the two of them throughout the castle. It couldnât be that far, right?
-
Both Leon and Ashley got treated in the underground laboratory. Now, as Ashley stood on the sidelines by a cliff, it was time to face Lord Saddlerâs horrific form. You and Leon were initially fighting but he only seemed to eat the bullet that penetrated his skin. It wasnât until Ada showed up and helped.
Lord Saddlerâs disgusting and slimy body attempted to swipe at you and Leon, barely dodging by a hairâs breadth. This was a tough fight but when Ada threw Leon a grenade launcher, it was checkmate. As Lord Saddler began to die, you ran towards Ashley to check on her while Ada took the sample.
A lot happened but now you were happy to go home, even if meant doubting yourself on your beliefs thanks to Saddlerâs words.
After Ashley had been returned and you and Leon went back to headquarters to write a report, you couldnât help but be a bit distracted.
Was Saddler doing the right thing by wanting to forge a new path without war? How nice it would be to live in a peaceful societyâno, donât think like that. Lord Saddler killed millions of innocent people and turned them against you and Leon during your mission.
âHey,â a voice suddenly rang out and a hand shook your shoulder. It was Leon, âYou okay?â He asked quietly, sitting in front of you on the other couch since you two were in the break room.
You nodded, rubbing your face with your hand as you sighed, âYeah, Iâm fine. Just thinking.â
âHm,â Leon hummed quietly as he observed you in silence. The mission had taken a toll on the two of you, it was surprising how you werenât losing your head already, âThat guyâLord Saddlerâheâs⌠Iâve never seen anything like him,â Leon muttered.
âYou and me both. Iâve seen a lot of crazy shit in my life but never have I thought that weâd fight against a god wannabe. Shouldâve known weâd find lunatics in the middle of nowhere in Spain,â you replied and looked back at him. The ends of his lips slightly curled into a small smirk, very faintly, âA little heads up wouldâve been nice, yeah.â
Silence overtook you both once again but it wasnât uncomfortable. So much happened in the mission and yet you two understood each other very well, âWanna grab drinks later?â He asked bluntly.
You stared at him for a couple of seconds in silence before you shrugged your shoulders and nodded, âFuck it, why not,â you muttered, mimicking a faint smirk on your lips like his.
Later that evening, as you and Leon went to grab drinks at a bar to forget about the mission, the thought still lingered in the back of your mind.
Lord Saddler had wanted to create a peaceful empire with Las Plaga, but what difference does he have by using destructive means when countries do the same thing under the pretext of saving humanity? Is the pretext of religion simply a way to pursue all means necessary to establish peace and combat threats like how you and Leon did?
Upon reaching the end of the night, bidding other bar customers that you knew, Lord Saddlerâs face keeps haunting you. Taunting you with your thoughts as you could almost hear his voice, "When you acquired this power, you too will understand."
You swore you heard his voice but as you turned around before you could leave, he wasnât there. It was just normal people drinking the night away. Goosebumps crawled up your arms and a shiver ran down your spine, but you brushed it off and walked out with Leon.
The presence of Lord Saddler only seemingly taken a following to you, feeling the touch of his sharp nails drag along your skin, feeling the coldness of his fingers as his voice continued whispering in your earâforcing you to doubt yourself and spiral into a mania of paranoia.
Unbeknownst to you, his remnants lives in your brain. The voice commanding you to spiral into a haze of delusional and self-doubt.
You had become the sacrifice lamp.

âI knew you in another life, you had that same look in your eyes. I love you, don't act so surprised,â - Birds of a feather, Billie Eilish

Days passed and your presence had suddenly quieted down. You wouldnât return his phone calls and it was as if you had gone MIA. Something wasnât right.
What Leon didnât know, it was that you had been kidnapped in your own home one night. A man broke into your house and drugged you until you were unconscious, right before retrieving your body away.
There were no traces left behind but there was only one person that couldâve done this. The Suit.
Leon was in the middle of discussing something with his men when his phone rang.
He took it out of his pocket and looked at the caller ID, expecting to see your name, but instead, he was met with an unknown number. He felt his heart skip a beat, something wasn't right.
He stepped outside, away from his men and answered the call, "Who is this?" He asked, his voice cold and unwavering.
âLeon!â It was your voice on the other line, crying and screaming, âPlease! Help me!â
âAh, Leon Kennedy,â another man chimed in. The Suit. He chuckled darkly, the sound low and sinister, âI hope you donât mind I took something of yours. Sheâs really pretty tooâŚâ
He laughed again and you kept crying in the background, begging and pleading to be set free, âSilence her, sheâs giving me a headache,â The Suit said and some men taped your mouth shut.
Leonâs blood ran cold as he heard your voice on the phone, crying and pleading for him to help. And that chuckle, that distinct low tone of The Suit.
"If you touched her, I swear-" Leonâs voice was low and dangerous, his grip on the phone tightening.
He listened to you struggling, crying, begging, and it took every ounce of his self control not to burst into a million pieces. His knuckles were white from how hard his was gripping the phone.
The Suit laughed again at Leonâs words, âTouch her? You make me sound like a monster, I thought you knew better, hm?â His tone was condescending and mocking.
âThis is how itâs going to go if you want your little girlfriend to stay in one piece,â he spoke darkly, âSimply come to the location Iâll send. Alone. If you show up with men, I will not hesitate to shoot herâŚâ
âNot before having my fun with her,â even though Leon couldnât see, The Suit was smirking. His tone was dangerous and yet amused.
Leonâs heart felt like it was being torn out of his chest. The sound of the bastard's voice mocking him, threatening you, brought a fury in his eyes that even hell would fear.
"You bastard," Leon growled, gripping the phone so tightly, he was surprised it didnât break, "If you even think you can lay a hand on her-"
He was interrupted by a low chuckle from The Suit on the other side. "You know very well what Iâm capable of. If you care for her, youâll come to the location I tell you to. Alone."
The line disconnected after that. There was no room for arguments, it was either he obeyed or youâd be in danger, more than you already was.
You kept crying and shaking, you were tied to a chair. Your legs were tied to the legs of the chair as your wrists were tied down to the armrests. You couldnât move and you couldnât speak.
When Leon had finally arrived at the place The Suit had told him to go, the place was seemingly abandoned and alone. Leon entered the abandoned building, his footsteps echoing through the empty halls.
His heart was pounding, adrenaline coursing through his veins. He knew this was a trap, that The Suit wanted to get to him, but he didnât care. The only thing on his mind was finding you, making sure you were okay.
The sound of your faint cries sent a pang through his chest. He followed the sound, his heart clenching at the thought of what The Suit could be doing to you.
When you saw Leon, your eyes filled with more tears and you tugged at your confined arms, wanting to desperately try and reach for him.
Leon saw you there, bound to the chair, tears streaming down your face. His heart clenched at the sight of you, so vulnerable, so scared.
He rushed to your side, crouched down in front of you and placed his hands on your shoulders, looking into your eyes. âHey, hey,â he said, his voice gentle, âItâs going to be okay. Iâm here now. Youâre safe.â
Leon's heart broke at the sight of you crying, terrified and helpless. He knew he had to get that tape off your mouth, he had to hear your voice.
He gently cupped your face in his hands, his thumbs wiping away your tears, "I'm gonna take this tape off, okay? Just stay still for me," he said, his voice gentle yet firm.
With care, he began to slowly remove the tape from your mouth, trying to make the process as painless as possible. The tape didnât hurt, it was very wet from your tears. You cried for a long time. When the tape was off, you looked down at him and whispered hoarsely, âIâm so scared.â
âThey came one night and broke into my house, a-and then a man came from behind me and I-I donât remember what happened but I woke up here andââ you were whispering but your voice would break every now and then.
Leon listened to you, his heart breaking with each shaky word you spoke. The thought of someone breaking into your house, scaring you, hurting you brought a wave of anger through him. He wanted to find The Suit and make him pay.
But he pushed those thoughts aside, for now, you needed him. You needed him to comfort you, to protect you, to be there with you. He gently cupped your face in his hands once again.
"Hey, hey, shhh, it's going to be alright," he whispered, his voice soft and soothing.
You leaned into his hands as he cupped your face, his touch was gentle and for a moment you felt so safe. That was until the sound of a man echoed through the room, The Suit. The Suit was a tall man, more on the lean side compared to Leon. He had short dark hair with an overgrown stubble.
âWell, isnât this all so romantic?â He said mockingly, âThe knight in shining rescuing the damsel in distress. You really have become very unpredictable, Leon.â
Leon's back tensed as The Suit spoke. He had been so focused on you, making sure you were alright, that he had lost focus on his surroundings. He had underestimated The Suit, and it was a mistake.
The Suit stood right behind Leonâs crouching form, staring down at Leonâs back with an amused smirk, âI didnât know you were even capable of loving. Doesnât she know that youâre one of the countryâs most notorious mafia boss?â You furrowed your brows together and looked down at Leon confused, he was in the mafia?
He felt your gaze on him, your confusion at The Suit's words. Leon clenched his jaw and looked up at The Suit, his expression cold and stoic.
"She doesn't need to know," Leon's voice was low, a hint of warning in his tone.
The Suit simply chuckled and walked over to stand behind you, staring at Leon, âShe doesnât?â He repeated in an amused tone. One of his hands then took a strand of your hair and twirled it around his finger.
âShe does now,â he added mischievously with a menacing grin, âYou see, little lady, the man in front of you hasnât been all honest with you.â
He let go of your hair and stood right in front of Leon, âHeâs a mafia boss who kills people and commits crimes left and right,â then he turned to look at you, âDonât tell me you still love him,â he said mockingly.
Leon's gaze darkened. "Don't listen to him," Leon said, his voice low and dangerous. He didn't want you to know about his life, about his secrets. He didn't want you to get involved in his dark world.
The Suit let out a loud laugh, âHa! Youâve changed Leon,â he commented as he backed away from you and walked to a table.
âLove makes people act like fools,â The Suit said as he began to walk back towards Leon, âAre you a fool Leon?â He asked rhetorically.
Leon's fists clenched as The Suit spoke, his words and laughter like nails on a chalkboard. He hated the way The Suit mocked them, trying to drive a wedge between them.
Leon's gaze darkened as he looked up at the man in front of them, "I'd do anything to protect her," he said, his voice low and defiant.
âYou would, wouldnât you?â The Suit chuckled and shook his head, âAnd you, woman?â He said as he turned his head to look at him, to which you grew scared.
âYouâd let your little boyfriend protect you and rescue you again and again and again?â He whispered, âDo you seriously believe youâll survive by being in his world? Youâre weak.â
Leon's heart ached as The Suit began to speak to you, his words trying to sow seeds of doubt. Leon's hands balled into fists again, his knuckles turning white from how tightly he was clenching them.
"Don't listen to him," Leon repeated, his voice louder and more urgent. "You're not weak, you're strong. I will always protect you."
He turned his gaze to The Suit, his expression cold and determined. "She's not weak, unlike you," he said, his voice a steely growl. You looked at Leon, his words sounded genuine and it seemed to have calmed you down a bit. But The Suit took offense to Leonâs words as his face and demeanor changedâfor the worse.
âYou dare insinuate that this damned woman is stronger than me? Look at her crying like a pathetic little girl!â He then took a chunk of your hair and held it up, causing you to whimper and cry.
âYeah,â he taunted you in a whisper, his lips close to your ear that you could feel them graze against the shell, âThatâs right. Cry like a little bitch. Thatâs what all women know what to do, cry all the damn time, huh?â
Leon had enough of this manâs offensive behavior, he swiftly stood up and with speed, his balled fist made contact with The Suitâs cheek. The Suit stumbled backwards, letting go of your hair as he went to cup his stinging cheek before glaring at Leon.
âI wonât forget this, Kennedy,â he said before he walked towards a table, picking up a gun. It was a handgun, he aimed it at Leon and quickly tried to shoot him. Only for Leon to roll away before taking out his own gun.
âYou coward!â The Suit yelled in a fit of rage. His ego was being stepped on and he didnât like it at all. To be played by his long time enemy was like a crush to his pride after all the effort heâs been trying to make himself known.
Leon said nothing and started to shoot back at The Suit, who in a cowardly attempt, called for backup. His bodyguards suddenly entered the space and surrounded the walls, guns at the ready. In any other case, this wouldâve been the end to it all. But this was Leon and he doesnât go down without a fight.
âCute,â he muttered, âYou donât think Iâve known about your little trap?â He said to The Suit.
âNo doubt about it. You seem smart enough to understand that I could ambush you and yet youâre still here,â The Suit replied.
âAnd you seem smart enough to know that I also donât listen to rules,â as Leon said this, his own men barged into the room by breaking down the door. He never goes to places alone, this he knew to follow.
The Suit, for the first time, felt a hint of fear. This was something he knew all too well. This was a battle that he couldn't avoid. Heâs messed around and heâs about to find out.
It all happened so fastâalmost like a James Bond movie in which there is a montage of men fighting and shooting each other with badass music playing in the background. But none of that will be here. There is no System of a Down playing.
At the first sound of a gunshot, a domino effect happened and shots rang all around. Leon, in concern, ran towards you and pulled you down to the floor still on the chair. As his men defended him, he began to cut through the ties that bound you to the chair, âCover your ears,â he whispered in your ear. Your hands moved to your ears and watched as Leon took defense over you and began to shoot at The Suitâs men.
The Suit made an escape through the back door, thinking no one would follow him as he avoided the fight. Leon, however, wasnât dumb and he had his eyes on him. He felt a sudden wave of anger and he ran after The Suit.
As The Suit climbed up the stairs of the staircase he had run into, Leon followed closely behind attempting to shoot him with his handgun but The Suit dodged left and right as he ran up the stairs. When he pushed past the exit door, The Suit was met with a gush of wind blowing at him as he had made it to the rooftop. Essentially it was a deadend.
âYouâve been nothing but a thorn,â Leon said as he had made it to the rooftop not long after The Suit, âIâve had enough of your games. Not only did you kill my associateâI know you haveâbut you also brought an innocent person into this?!â
The Suit chuckled, âI didnât. You did. You were the one pining after her and bringing her into your chaos, I only showed her the truth that you were keeping from her.â
âThat was something I should do, it wasnât your business to meddle with!â
âReally?â The Suit smirked, âThere is one thing you seemed to have forgotten about the mafia, Leon,â he said as he stepped closer to Leon, âThe mafia doesnât care about privacy. When you decided to join, you gave away your life,â he muttered lowly.
This angered Leon, âYouâre right. I did give my life to this. But Iâm not the idiot thatâs about to give it away permanently.â
Leon brought his handgun to The Suitâs chest and without sparing a second, his finger curled on the trigger and pulled it back. The sound of a gunshot echoing in the night sky as the bullet went through The Suitâs chest. His body froze for a second and his breath hitched, The Suit looked down at his now bleeding chest, realizing what Leon had done.
âYouâŚâ The Suit whispered before he stumbled back and slipped off the edge of the rooftop. The building was seven stories tall and with his wounded chest, it was sure that he wouldnât survive the fall. Leon went ahead to watch as The Suitâs body made contact with the street floor, a crack and a puddle of blood already forming around his body.
âYou never insult my girl,â Leon muttered under his breath, not caring about The Suitâs fate.
When Leon went back to check on you and his men, there were bodies and blood everywhere. It looked like a massacre. His eyes hastily searched for you and when he saw you with a blanket around your body as you sat on the floor, he rushed towards him.
His men had won, now cleaning the area to avoid the police. He crouched in front of you, âAre you okay?â he whispered. You nodded your head and looked at him. He knew you were shocked and most likely traumatized but he was willing to help you.
âIâm fine,â you whispered back, he sighed softly, his demeanor changing and his hard expression falling off his face. It was as if you were calming him with just your presence.
âI shouldâve told you sooner but I didnât want to scare you off. It wasnât the right time and I wouldâve liked to take you on more dates and give you everything you wanted andââ his rambling got caught off when you suddenly leaned towards him and kissed him, silencing him. He was shocked and for a moment, he held his breath. When you pulled back, his ears were a deep shade of red and his lips were parted with shock.
âI⌠know,â you muttered, âI know. I should've been scared and shouldâve run off but I just couldnât when all youâve done was be so kind to me.â
Leon could only stare at you, his eyes staring deeply into yours, âYou know Iâd never even think about hurting you, much less have some scumbag touch you. Iâll protect you with my life, Iâll give you my everything. My money, my house, my carâtake it allâŚbut donât leave me,â he whispered. For the first time, he was being vulnerable. His walls crumbled down because of you, you made him feel something he has never felt before, something that he couldnât put into words.
His hand gently cupped your cheek, his thumb caressing the skin just right under your eye, âAllow me,â he muttered before he leaned in and pressed his lips against yours. Your eyes closed as you felt his lips, melting under his touch and you soon found yourself kissing him back. Pushing your head forward as your hands wrapped around his forearms, wanting to keep him in place right in front of you.
-
The days passed by like a breeze. The Suitâs organization crumbled after his death and Leon fought for his territory, expanding his empire even more. But, amidst these events, he never forgot to take care of you. He wanted you to move into his mansion where youâd be more protected. He took you out on dates, the ones he promised to take you on. His goal was to make you happy, to keep a smile on your face. Heâs bought you gifts and his heart swelled every time you flusteredly accepted. That man was head over heels for you, you got him hooked.
âDo you want to go out today?â He asked as he turned to look at you, you who was sitting on the edge of his bed. Although you moved in, you wanted to sleep in your own bed so as to not burden him and keep your privacy. He happily obliged despite wanting to share everything with you.
You shook your head ânoâ at him, âNo,I kind of just want to stay in and have a lazy night.â
He hummed and nodded, loosening his tie before rolling up his sleeves to his elbows, exposing his strong forearms, âWe can do that,â he said in a warm voice. You couldnât help the slight heartbeat that skipped in your chest when you saw him like that. Something about the casually lazy look made him look even more handsome.
He went up to you and pecked your lips in a short but loving kiss, âYouâre so cute,â he whispered against your lips. It didnât take long for you to start kissing him back, your lips demanding longer kisses.
Your hands pulled his tie so he can come closer to you, your back on the bed as he gently climbed on top of you and put his hands on either side of your head to cage you in. His lips continued kissing yours, nipping at your bottom lip before his tongue met the inside of your mouth.
A quiet moan vibrated from you to him, feeling like your heartâs about to burst out of your chest. Your hands softly pressed against his chest as you pushed him back a bit, staring into his eyes. No words needed to be spoken, tonight was the night the two of you would take a step further into the relationship.
âLet me make you feel good,â he whispered, âLet me show you how much you mean to me. Let me be yours.â
All you could do was nod, his words and his behavior all led to one thing; he felt the same about you. His lips began to attack your neck, sucking and nipping the skin at the crook of your neck as his hands lowered down to your chest. He slid his hands under your shirt, fingers itching to touch your breasts. His big hands gently and tenderly squeezed your breasts, letting a quiet growl against your neck as he relished in the feeling of your skin on his hands.
It didnât matter if you wore a bra or not, he still loved them.
His hands then slipped lower your abdomen and into the waistband of your pants before he put one hand right between your legs. The palm of his hand pressed against your crotch area while his fingers pressed against your clothed needy cunt, earning a soft gasp from you. This brought a small smirk to his face, watching the way your eyes closed tightly and you subconsciously bit your lower lip. He loved it all.
He slid his hand under your pants and under your panties, hand itching to touch you. Upon reaching your folds, he nearly moaned when he felt how wet they were already. He brought his hand out for just a second as he sniffed his fingers and then licked them, tasting your glistening folds and his eyes rolled back.
And then he brought his hand under your panties again. His eyes remained fixed on your face as he slowly rubbed your clit with his thumb as his index finger tested the waters of gently pressing the pad of his fingertip between your lips.
When he saw how needy you were and how you bucked your hips into his hand, he inserted the index finger slowly into your cunt. As you moaned breathlessly and he groaned quietly, he felt your walls be so tight against his finger and his thoughts ran wild with the need to put his cock inside you.
âLet me warm you up, pretty girl,â he whispered as he then inserted his middle finger. Now fingering with two fingers, he knew you could take it, heâs being so slow and gentle.
âYeah, thatâs right,â he murmured against your ear as his fingers curled inside you, âDoing so good for me. My pretty girl. You look so beautiful like this.â
His other hand gently took your shirt off, wanting to see your chest once again. He dipped his head down and wrapped one breast with his mouth, his tongue swirling around your hardened nipple. Your back arched, his fingers and his mouth setting your body ablaze with ecstasy.
âMore,â you muttered. You felt him smirk against the other breast since he believed in treating both equally as something delicious.
âVery well, princess,â he hums quietly before he pulled his fingers out of you and sat on his knees. He slowly took his tie off and unbuttoned hit shirt, revealing the sculpted chest he had. Stretch marks adorned his pecs from gaining and losing weight, his highs and lows being portrayed in his body. A trail of hair leading down his V-line, scars added to his allure. It was as he was personally made from heaven.
He wasnât an insecure man, he knew he was good looking but it still seemed to shock him the effect he had on you. The ends of his lips curled up ever so slightly as he watched you practically drool for him. His hands, after taking off his shirt, went to unbuckle his belt and unzip his pants before throwing them somewhere.
You didnât hesitate either, your clothes were off save for your panties and he appreciated the fact you wanted him to take off your underwear and open you like a gift. Except that you werenât a gift, you were a blessing in his eyes.
âMay I?â He asked quietly as his finger curled against the waistband of your panties. You nodded and he slowly took the last article of clothing off you.
He didnât say anything and just remained there staring deeply down at you. His eyes roamed over every detail about your body, wanting to keep this memory of your first night together forever.
The words died in his throat but the look he had said more than the dictionary could.
He began to pull his boxers down to reveal his aching and hard cock, pink at the tip with precum. His eyes never left yours as he wrapped his hand around his cock and rubbed the precum down his length to lubricate it. It wasnât that you werenât wet enough, he just didnât want to hurt you.
âReady?â He whispered and looked at you as he settled between your legs. The back of your thighs pressed against his thighs as his tip grazed against your wet pussy. His hands ran down your thighs to soothe you as you nodded, âYes. Iâm ready.â
He didnât need to be told twice as he took hold of his cock and slowly pressed himself inside you, moving deeper and deeper until his pelvic area made contact with your body.
A whimper escaped your lips and he groaned at the feeling of being inside you. It wasnât like anything heâd ever imagined, it was better.
âYou feel so good, baby,â he murmured as he leaned down next to your ear, his hands searching for yours as he pressed you deeper against the bed. His fingers intertwined with yours as he slowly moved his hips back before pushing back in, causing you to moan once again.
For him, this was good. The way your eyes closed, the way you nibbled on your bottom lip, and the way you gripped his handsâheâs making you feel good and thatâs all heâs ever wanted to do.
His pace was slow at first, wanting you to get used to his size before he could speed up. As he did so, he whispered sweet things into your ear.
âYouâre so pretty.â
âLook at you, taking me in so well.â
âI am so lucky to have you.â
As he praised you, he slowly began to increase the speed of his thrusts. Each other becoming slightly harder and deeper than the last. Then, he let go of your hands and brought them under your knees as he lifted your legs up to rest them on his shouldersâbringing you closer to him as possible.
He grunted and groaned at the new angle he had you in, he wrapped his arms around your body, bringing you against his chest as he essentially got you in this weird position with your legs over his shoulders. Who knew you were that flexible.
âLeon,â you moaned against his shoulder, gently biting his skin. He knew you were close and he wanted to bring you closer, si he unwrapped one arm and brought his hand back down and began to circle your clit with this thumb.
He marveled as he watched your back arch again, moans spilling out from you, heâd almost forgot how good he felt too until he felt you start clenching around him. His eyes rolled back but he didnât stop. He continued rubbing your clit at the same pace but his hips began to move faster as he started to get lost in the sensation of your body.
âCum for me,â he muttered, âPlease, I need to see how pretty you are when you cum.â
It was a psychological thing, you swore. His words probably did more than his actions and when you suddenly hugged him tightlyâyour moans coming out muffledâhe felt you tighten around him and cum on his cock. He nearly came right then and there.
âThatâs it, good job, baby,â he praised in a quiet tone, âYou did so well for me.â
He gently stopped rubbing your clit and caressed your head as he kept you against his chest while he thrusted in you. Not soon after, he came inside you. His hot load of cum shooting ropes of white inside you, claiming you in the most intimate way.
His breath was labored and he slowly loosened his embrace and let you lay back against the bed with ease. He carefully put your legs down, no longer on his shoulders. A quiet sigh escaped your lips as you closed your eyes and tried to catch your breath.
He liked this look on you, a look that only he can give you at the moment. It made his heart swell. He gently pulled out of you, watching as his cum started to leak out of you but he didnât let it fall on the bed as he curled his finger and collected the drop of semen.
âIâll go clean you up, donât move,â he said in a firm but gentle voice as he stood up and got off the bed before making his way to the bathroom where he got a warm towel. He gently pressed it between your legs and wiped as carefully as possible to avoid making you uncomfortable.
Once he was done, he picked up your clothes from the floor and helped you get dressed into a new set of pajamas. Ones that knew would feel so comfortable after everything thatâs happened. He leaned down and pressed a kiss on your forehead, âYou did so well, now rest, dear,â he whispered before he began to get dressed himself.
You could only nod, feeling a bit bad that heâs taking care of you and not the other way around. But knowing him, heâll probably reprimand you for working too hard. He really cares about you.
Minutes later he joined you in his bed, wrapped his arms around you and bringing closer to his chest to cuddle. Your arms wrapped around his chest as both your legs tangled under the covers. It was comforting and he was warm. Warm enough that you almost fell asleep.
âI love you,â you muttered. That was the first time heâs ever heard you say those words. It made his heart skip a beat and a smile reached his lips.
âI love you just as much more as I possibly could,â he muttered back before kissing the crown of your head and hugged you tighter.
He closed his eyes around the same time you did, and you both fell asleep in each others arms.
The two of you now bound by love and promises, he swore heâd never let anyone else lay a finger on you and heâll let the world burn for you.

Leonâs the type of guy to have an enemy that he knows he canât truly hate. (ANGST WARNING)
You had been Leonâs enemy for as long as you can remember. Always interfering with his missions and getting in his way as you both searched for the same objective.
But something went wrong during a fight in which you two fought against a B.O.W. As the creature was about to fall dead, in its last momentâs it stabs its tentacle into your abdomen before pulling back and falling limp to the floor dead.
âHa, take that you son of a bitch,â Leon says in victory right before he hereâs a thump behind him. He turns around and finds your body lying on the ground with a pool of blood surrounding you. He immediately runs over to you, falling to his knees as he picks you and rests your head against his thigh, âY/n? Y/n!â
âIt⌠hurts,â you muttered as your hand gripped your wound to apply pressure but it was futile, you havenât stopped bleeding. He puts a hand on top of your hand to press more against the wound to stop the flow, âIâm right here. Donât close your eyes, listen to my voice. Youâll be okay,â he tried to sound calm but the nerves of potentially losing someone put him on edge.
âLeon,â you tried to catch his attention, your eyes brimming with tears as your hand weakly wraps around his wrist to stop him, âI donât want to dieâpleaseâIâm scared.â
He freezes, heâs never heard you admit your fears. Heâs always thought of you as someone strong and confident but now as he saw you, he felt his heart drop, his own eyes burning with the all too familiar sensation of tears.
âDammit, Y/n, donât say that. Youâll be okay. Iâll make sure of it, I promise,â he whispered as he puts his other hand against your cheek, gently holding your head up so you wouldnât choke on your own blood.
âLeon, Iâm scared,â you repeated in a quiet and shaky voice. He saw your tears spilling from your eyes and the way you held his wrist so tightly, âI know I havenât been the most amazing person in the world but I donât want to die. Iâm sorry, please, save me. I donât want to die. Please, Leon, I beg you.â
It broke him. It shattered him. Heâs always blamed himself for not being able to save people and he couldnât even save his own adversary despite the irritation and annoyance he felt around you. Leon is a good guy and even killing his enemies chipped at his heart.
He could only continue to wipe your tears and soothe you but he was also breaking.
But as your voice slowly came to a deafening silence, his eyes widened and he shook you, âY/n?â He muttered in fear.
It was only then he felt your hand fall from his wrist lifelessly. He immediately couldnât control himself anymore and he cried. He held your body towards him, almost as if with his body heat, youâll come back to him.
Youâll come back as his enemy and heâll be able to relive your battles together.
But that was far from the truth. You were gone. And you took a part of him with you.
[also, Iâll post part three for my Cupid doesnât gamble fic soon. Iâm in the process of revising!]

âI gave a second chance to Cupid, but now I'm left here feelin' stupid. Oh, the way he makes me feel that love isn't real. Cupid is so dumb,â - Cupid (Twin Ver.), Fifty Fifty

When Saturday arrived, you dressed yourself in a formal dress. You could only assume heâd want me to dress fancy since he always seemed to wear a suit. You didnât think youâve ever see him wear something casual.
The clock marked seven and you patiently waited in your room. You wore a black skin tight dress that reached your knees. It wasnât from the most luxurious and high brand but it was still quite beautiful. The sleeves were actually a cape draped over your shoulders in a thin sheet of mesh fabric. Even your heels matched your dress. Youâve never been one to dress immodest on the first date. Your hair was done tied down and your makeup was light but not too boring. Everything looked just right.
Leon leaned against his car, his eyes focused on the door of your apartment building. He had been there for a while now, waiting patiently. He was dressed in one of his nicer suits, this one a deep navy blue. Although he didnât bother to wear his signature red scarf or gloves.
He glanced at his watch, it was a minute before seven. He pushed himself away from his car, his eyes never straying from your door. Heâd known Mafia Bosses who had to be punctual at all times, and now, it was a habit.
The neighborhood your apartment was in was on the side of the working class. You didnât live in the richest part of town so his car stood out like a sore thumb.
Leon suppressed a sigh as he checked his watch again. Seven oâclock, on the dot. He started walking towards the door, his steps slow but steady. When he finally stood in front of your door, he took a moment to straighten his suit before raising his hand to knock, his knuckles rapping against the door three times.
He could already imagine your flustered reaction to seeing him again. He almost smiled at the thought, but his expression remained neutral, his face a stony mask. He waited.
Upon hearing the sounds of the knocking, you quickly made your way to the front door and opened to find Leon dressed so formally. He looked really good, your breath hitched and your heart skipped a beat.
âLeon,â you said with a soft smile, âYou made it.â
Leonâs eyes roamed over you as you opened the door, taking in your appearance. The light makeup, the black dress, the tied-up hair, everything about you looked absolutely perfect. He couldnât help but think that you looked even prettier than the last time he saw you.
He returned your smile with a small one of his own, his eyes softening slightly at the sight of you.
"Of course I did," he said, his gaze never leaving yours, "I said I would, didnât I?"
He was so gentle, like an innocent lotus that blooms above water. Hence why you couldnât help the smile you had, âYou did,â you whispered as you maintained his eye contact.
You closed the door behind you and walked down the steps to stand in front of him. Even with heels he stood above your height.
âYou look very handsome,â you complimented as you gestured for his own outfit. His suit seemed rich and expensive, made with only the best craftsman. Leonâs eyes darkened slightly at your compliment, a small smirk tugging at the edge of his lips. He was used to compliments, but coming from you⌠it was different. It sent a flutter through his chest, something he wasnât used to feeling.
"You're one to talk," he replied, his gaze roaming over your figure again, "You look absolutely stunning."
He extended his arm out towards you, his gesture a silent invitation as he waited for you to take it.
His words were sincere, no lie detected. As if he was truly honest, why would he lie to a woman? He didnât seem the type to try and hook up on the first date. He had manners and etiquette. You gently wrapped your hand around his bicep as he offered his arm to you. Youâve only ever seen this in movies, you didnât think people still did it in real life.
âThank you,â you replied softly, staring up at him as the lights from the stars above you twinkled in your eyes. Leon felt the warmth of your touch on his arm, the way your fingers wrapped around the material of his suit. It was a simple touch, but it already felt too intimate. He knew this was dangerous terrain, getting close to you like this, but he couldnât bring himself to care.
He didnât miss the way your eyes met his, a warm sparkle in them as the reflection of the stars danced across them. You looked almost enchanted by him, like a doe staring up at a wolf.
But Leon was no wolf. He was so much more dangerous than that.
Leon led you to his car, his arm still intertwined with yours. His steps were steady, his gaze focused on guiding you to the vehicle. The night was cool and yet, he wasnât even paying attention to the cold.
His mind was occupied with other things, specifically the thought of how to keep your attention on him. Most of the women heâd dated before didnât stay for long. He figured they were only interested in his money.
But you were different. It somehow felt like you were truly interested in getting to know him, and not his bank account.
When you neared his car, he actually held the door open for you until you sat down and closed it. Such manners! As he began to drive, you couldnât help but marvel at his car. Even the interior looked expensive, âNice car,â you commented softly.
Leon gave you a small shrug, slightly amused by your compliment. He was used to women swooning over his expensive assets, his cars, his houses.
But you didnât do that. And it was refreshing to say the least.
"It's not bad," he agreed, his eyes on the road. He wasnât looking at you, but he could still sense your gaze on him. He glanced over at you briefly, a small smirk on his lips.
"Youâre not very impressed by the car, are you?" he asked bluntly.
Your cheeks flushed a bit and you shook my head, âI actually donât know anything about cars,â you replied abashedly, âBut I like it. It looks nice. Very comfy.â
Maybe he was used to hearing women compliment his assets and his bank account but you weren't used to such a lavish life so you didnât know much. But it was all still impressive, not because of the price but because the car genuinely looked like it was taken good care of.
Leon chuckled softly at your answer, the sound low and warm. He could tell he managed to make you flustered again, a slight pink tinge on your cheeks that he found endearing.
"Youâre the first woman Iâve met who didnât swoon over the car instead of the man driving it," he said bluntly, his eyes on the road still.
He found it interesting, your lack of reaction to his worldly possessions. Most women, in his experience, fell over themselves just to ride in this car.
Okay maybe it was a bit weird reducing his car to just âcomfyâ but it was fresh and real. It was an unexpected response but it seemed like he liked it.
You stared out the window, shaking your head once again, âWhy would I put a car over a person?â You muttered before you glanced at him driving.
âA car wonât love me back. It wonât wipe my tears off my face,â you continued, âAll it does it take from point A to point B. Why would I choose a car over someone?â
Leon's eyes left the road briefly to look at you, his expression unreadable. Your answer seemed simple and honest, genuine even. Most of the women heâd met cared about how much he could spoil them. They wanted fancy jewelry, expensive clothes. They never cared about the little things, the soft spoken words and the caring touches.
"That makes sense," he replied softly, his eyes focusing back on the road.
âIn any case,â you muttered, unaware of how your words affected him for the better. You, in fact, did care about the little things. The lingering touches, the stolen glancesâyou lived for all of that.
âI think if you love someone,â you continued, staring at the road in front of you, âYou understand them. You donât lust after them, you donât judge them, and you donât compare them. To love someone, is to love so innocently but also very intimate in the sense that it isnât sexual.â
âNo car can replicate that type of love,â you whispered and glanced at him. Maybe you were being a bit indirectly forward, but you wanted him to know that you didnât care if he was the richest man on earth or the poorest man, it was his morals and values that mattered.
Leonâs fingers tightened their grip on the steering wheel as he listened to your words. Your explanation of love was sweet, pure. It was almost like hearing a childâs view on the world, innocent and untainted.
It was so far from his own views on love. Love was a weakness, a risk that only ended in more pain and hurt. He had seen it many times, how people would do horrible things, all in the name of love.
But hearing your idealistic explanation of love⌠it sounded almost alien to him.
Your words felt almost like a revelation to him, a realization that love was supposed to be innocent, and intimate, and so much more than just material things.
He took a deep, steady breath, his mind quietly processing your words, the way they seemed to touch a part of him he thought was long gone.
"You have a way with words," he said, his voice laced with a hint of admiration.
A shy smirk reached your lips and you looked down at your hands on your lap, âNot really,â you muttered, âI just really like to read romance.â
âIâve read Anna Karerina, Lorna Doone, and Forever Amber,â you listed softly. You loved romance novels, reading about predestined love and star crossed lovers often resulting in a battle of emotions was all so interesting to you.
Leon's gaze briefly flickered towards you, a hint of amusement in his eyes. It was endearing, your passion for romance. It was almost cute.
"Ah, a romantic at heart," he commented, a hint of a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, "I've heard of those books. Bit tragic, arenât they?"
He remembered the brief details heâd heard about those stories, tales of love, passion and despair. It all seemed a bit clichĂŠ.
âYes,â you agreed, âIt is tragic but what is love if there arenât consequences? The true enemy of love is not hatred, itâs indifference and doubt.â
âI like to think that love is a double edged sword, a line so thin that divides happiness and depression. Itâs our choices that make that sword tilt either side,â you commented quietly.
Leonâs grip on the steering wheel tightened even further at your words. They were deep and profound, making him think of things heâd never pondered before.
âAnd what happens when that sword tilts the wrong way?â he asked, his voice a little cold.
He'd seen the darker side of love, the way it could make people do things they'd never thought they were capable of. He'd never been a stranger to that kind of love. The kind of love that consumed and destroyed.
âThen you let it tilt until itâs back straight. Itâs a rotation, a cycle. Eventually⌠love will be the right way,â you said.
âLove can destroy and create, not so different from a god. You can create to destroy or you can destroy to create. You can hate to love or love to hate. But in the end, itâll always be there,â But your view on love wasnât all happy, it wasnât all sad either. Youâd like to think you had a balance of understanding the good and bad about the subject of love.
Leon chuckled darkly, a bitter, almost sarcastic sound. The cycle of love you described was something he had never believed in.
"Love canât just fix itself," he replied, "Once it's destroyed something, it can never bring it back. Nothing can."
You smiled and looked at him, âSure it can,â you replied, âLove *can* be fixed as it can fix others.â
âItâs everywhere. Itâs in the trees, in the sea, in our bloodâlove exists and it hasnât died. It canât die. If there is no love, what will there be?â You said softly, âThere will be people that hurt you and no matter how much love you give them, itâll never be enough.â
âBut that doesnât make it the end of the world. Itâs a temporary wound in your heart that feels too deep to heal but like all injuries⌠it slowly heals. Love is time. And you have time to love,â you muttered softly, still staring at him, âAnd with the right person, youâll learn,â you said as you hesitantly rested your hand on his shoulder. Leon didn't look at you, his gaze stayed forward, watching the road. But he could feel the lingering touch of your hand on his shoulder, a stark contrast to his cold demeanor.
"You speak so kindly of love," he said softly, his demeanor softening, "As if it hasn't hurt you before."
He was softening, itâs like he couldnât stay mad forever. âIt has,â you whispered, squeezing his shoulder and giving him a small smile, âBut Iâve learned to accept that the pain wasnât just a setback. It was a step for the future.â
Leon's expression softened ever so slightly as you squeezed his shoulder and smiled at him. Your words, your optimism, it made him feel almost guilty for his cold demeanor.
He inhaled a breath, his body relaxing a little. You were a rare one, he had to admit that. In his line of work, he never encountered people like you, who spoke of love with such gentle wisdom.
As you neared the restaurant, it was busy with late night goers. People dressed in nothing but their bestest dresses and suits. It was quite fancy.
-
You had been sitting at your table that he had reserved, spending the time talking about your interests and telling stories. You donât think youâve ever laughed as much as you did tonight. He was funny, charismatic, kind, and patient. It was like he had cracked your introverted shell.
Leon's eyes lingered on you as you laughed, a small, warm smile tugged at the corner of his lips. You looked cute when you laughed, he had to admit. He was enjoying your company more than he thought he would. It wasn't just mindless banter, there was an ease in their conversation that he wasn't used to.
Leon raised his glass of wine, silently gesturing for yours to clink against.
"To a lovely evening," he said, his gaze never leaving yours.
You raised your glass of wine and clinked it against his with a smile, âTo a lovely date,â you added before you sipped my glass. Once you put my glass down, you sighed softly and looked at him, âThank you for this date. I donât think Iâve ever been so happy before on a first date,â you said with a small laugh.
The corner of Leon's mouth twitched into a small smile again as you thanked him. He was glad to see that you were enjoying yourself as much as he was.
He took a drink from his glass as well, his eyes still studying you, studying that beautiful smile on your face.
"No need to thank me," he said softly, setting his glass down as well. "This night is just as much for me as it is for you."
You leaned forward and rested your arms on the table, âAre you always such a gentleman?â You inquired with interest, âI donât think Iâve ever seen you act differently.â
"Perhaps," he replied, his gaze fixed on you, "I've always been taught to treat women with respect."
âItâs nice,â you whispered with a smile, your cheeks pink from drinking wine, âItâs way better than what modern dating is.â
"Modern dating?" he repeated, arching a brow, "Not into that whole 'Netflix and chill' nonsense?"
You chuckled and shook your head, âOh, god, no!â You said as you rested your elbows on the table, your chin resting on the palm of your hand, âThatâs like asking someone if you want to have sex. And I donât do it like that.â
âIâd never ask anyone if they want to âNetflix and Chillâ,â you muttered, âIf anyone said that to me, Iâd think they were a walking red flag.â
Leon chuckled at your reaction and shook his head as well. It was refreshing to meet someone who wasn't into the casual 'Netflix and chill' culture.
"I'm inclined to agree with you there," he commented, a hint of amusement in his voice, "It's a little too shallow for my taste. I prefer spending time getting to know someone before... well, anything else."
He took a sip of his wine, his gaze still on you, studying your expression. There was something so genuine about you. It was quite rare in his usual line of work.
âI agree with you on that,â you muttered softly as you watched him sip his wine, âI prefer to love than to lust.â
Leon's eyes widened ever so slightly at your words. Your honesty and your perspective on love and lust were a breath of fresh air.
"Love rather than lust, huh?" he replied, his voice almost a whisper. He set his glass of wine back down on the table.
He leaned forward slightly, resting his arms on the table, his gaze intense and focused on you, "Quite a profound way of looking at things," he added, a hint of intrigue in his tone.
âWell, yes,â you said, you could feel yourself enter a state of rambling. Of digressing, if you will, âEveryone is so obsessed with instant gratification that we often forget that the process to reach that state is far more rewarding than the feeling itself.â
âIt is like walking up the steps of a mountain and your only goal is to get to the other but in order to get to the other side, you must take calculated steps otherwise youâll slip and fall. And thatâs what life is about. To slip and fall but to also pick yourself up in order to achieve a goal, whether it is eternal happiness or a momentous fleet of bliss, the process in which we get there feels more satisfying than the actual feeling of being at the top that can only last a few seconds,â you rambled.
âLove is cherishing all the moments in which led you to be where you are. If we donât appreciate what we have, someone else will,â then, your cheeks turned a bit pink as you realized you rambled, âSorry. I went on a tangent there,â you said with a small and awkward laugh.
Leon simply sat back in his chair, a small smile playing at his lips as you spoke. He found himself listening intently to every word you said, captivated by your passion and eloquence.
"Don't apologize," he said, the hint of a smirk on his lips, "I find it endearing when you get carried away like that. You're quite the deep thinker. I like that."
You chuckled softly and nodded once more. You were indeed a deep thinker, a philosopher at heart. Everything that dealt with life, you loved to hear about.
âI just have a lot of thoughts in my mind,â you muttered quietly, âWhat about you?â You asked suddenly.
âWhat do you like to do?â You asked as you tilted your head slightly to the side, almost curiously.
Leon chuckled at your question. It was only fair that he be asked about himself. He took a moment to think before responding.
"What do I like to do?" he echoed, a hint of amusement in his voice, "Well, I'm a man of many interests. I enjoy reading, going to nice restaurants, taking walks... and gambling."
He paused, a sly grin slowly spreading across his face, "And you know I'm a pretty damn good poker player."
You rolled your eyes despite your lips curling into a smile, you werenât all truly annoyed. He was a really good player that beat various times whenever you played for the first time together. The one where you met.
âYes,â you nodded your head slightly and sat back, crossing one of your legs over the other, âYou are a good player. Iâm still grateful you forgave what I owed you after the rounds.â
"You know I have a soft spot for pretty girls," he said with a small chuckle, his gaze lingering on you for a moment longer than necessary.
He reached across the table and gently patted the top of your hand, his gesture both affectionate and reassuring.
"It wasn't a big deal," he continued, his expression growing serious again, "Besides, I knew you weren't just some rich kid wasting your parents' money. That you were being responsible."
Your face softened and you didnât move your hand away, the action seemingly affectionate and it warmed your heart. He was so gentle, wasnât he?
âJust thought of spending a few dollars hoping Iâd get more, but I learned my lesson,â you whispered before your hand hesitated a bit. You turned your hand over, essentially putting your palm up against his palm.
Your heart was beating fast, just the simple touch from his hand was enough to set your heart ablaze, âIâd never spend my parentsâ money⌠youâre right on that,â you added, your voice quieter as you stared down at your hands together. Leon's eyes flickered down to where your hands met on the table and lingered there for a moment. He inhaled a tiny breath, his mind momentarily distracted by the feel of your skin against his.
The touch was simple, but in his line of work, he'd nearly forgotten the sweetness of physical affection. He gently curled his fingers over yours, holding your hand in a firm but gentle grip.
The touch was gentle, intimate, and tender. A softness of the warmth shared between you as your fingers gently played across his hand, your thumb rubbing his skin in a setting to wake a trail of warmth.
You didnât know what took over you to do that but for some reason it felt natural. As if you were meant to hold him like a dream. Thatâs what he was, a dream personified right before you.
Your eyes drifted from your hands back to his eyes, watching as the dim and orange light of the restaurant play across his features in a harmonious and seraphic light. As your gazes met again, he couldn't help but be entranced by the way the soft candlelight from the restaurant played across your features. It was as if they were crafted to perfectly fit the curves of your face, enhancing your natural beauty.
His thumb gently returned the gesture, rubbing against the base of your hand. A silent, gentle agreement.
Unspoken words and unanswered questions lingered but for now, youâd just enjoy the company of each other. As the date progressed, the night became darker and the restaurant slowly became lone.
After paying, you walked out of the said place and strolled through the sidewalk as you made your way to his car. In the middle of crossing a bridge, the moonâs light reflected on the water beneath you, a shine so bright that you had to stop by the railing and stare at the full moon. Leon's footsteps slowed to a stop as you paused to stare at the moon. He stood beside you, leaning against the railing, his gaze fixated on your face as you looked out at the reflection of the moon shimmering on the water below.
âItâs beautiful, isnât it?â You asked quietly as you kept your eyes on the moon, a soft breeze blowing by you two.
He glanced up for a moment, taking in the sight of the full moon in the inky black night sky, "It is," he agreed quietly. But as he looked back at you, he found himself thinking that there was a sight even more beautiful right in front of him.
You didnât even notice his lingering gaze, eyes spoke so many volumes. Itâs what makes humans vulnerable, the eyes never lie.
You stood there for what felt like an hour but really it was just a couple of minutes. Your skin chilled with goosebumps as the night breeze brushed over you, once again reprimanding yourself for being cold.
It was a pattern, huh? You being cold and him bringing you warmth. A balance between you. The irony didn't escape him. In any other circumstance, he would consider himself the colder one, and yet, standing beside you right now, in this moment, he could only think of you as the warm one.
He shrugged, then, without missing a beat, he gently draped his coat around your shoulders, the warmth from his body transferring to the fabric.
A smile plastered on your face as you felt the fabric with an all too familiar scent of his cologne. One that you didnât even realize you had missed so much.
âThank you for tonight,â you muttered softly, bringing his coat closer to your body, âItâs one of the best dates Iâve ever been on.â
He nodded his head in response, a small smirk playing at the corner of his lips, "It was my pleasure," he replied, his tone genuine.
He paused for a moment, his gaze lingering on you once more, "And in all honesty," he continued, "I had a good time as well. I hope there'll be more nights like this soon."
You nodded and your smile widened, just the thought of seeing him again on a night like this made your insides flutter with joy and excitement. A candid and innocent feeling.
âYes, I hope so too,â you muttered and stared up at him. It was just the two of you, standing under the moonlight as the sound of water splashed underneath you from below the bridge. Leon couldn't help but smile softly. Your expression was full of innocent excitement, your eyes sparkling in the moonlight.
The sound of water below you two and the soft sounds of the night's insects and the rustle of leaves echoed in the air around you, but all he could focus on was you. You, standing there with his coat draped around your shoulders. You, who, in that moment, seemed more beautiful than ever.
His heart skipped a beat in his chest, and he couldn't help but reach out and gently cup your cheek in his hand.
Your breath hitched, his touch was that of a soft caress. Of an artist admiring their piece of art that had been inspired by their muse. To which in this case, he was the artist and you were his muse.
The night ended perfectly. You had gone to his car to take you back home, although you didnât really want to leave him just yet. The night felt young but you didnât want to be selfish and greedy. The drive back to your apartment was quiet and peaceful. There wasn't an ounce of awkwardness, just the comfort of each other's presence. Even as Leon parked the car in front of your home, a part of him wished the night could have lasted just a little longer.
âThis is it,â you whispered as you remained sitting in his car while he parked in front of your apartment. You didnât want to say goodbye, what if you didnât see him again?
He turned off the engine and turned to you, watching as you spoke the words neither of them wanted to say.
"I guess it is," he replied quietly, his thumb absentmindedly tracing circles against the steering wheel.
You took off his coat and gently placed it in the cupholder separating our seats. Then, you glanced at him. Goodbyes werenât easy when you didnât know if youâd see each other again.
A thought occurred to you, you rummaged through your purse and pulled out a small piece of napkin, which had your lipstick stain on it, along with a pen. You wrote your number on the piece of napkin and then handed it to him, but not before you stole a kiss on his cheek. Leon's breath caught in his throat as he felt the surprise kiss against his cheek, the heat of your lips sending a shiver down his spine.
âCall me soon,â you whispered as you stepped out of the car, rather anxiously and a bit hastily. He took the napkin, his gaze flickering to the numbers written on it. He held it in his hand, almost like a lifeline, watching as you stepped out of the car.
"I will," he called out, a hint of something in his voice, as if he was reluctant to let you leave, "I'll call you soon," he repeated, a promise, an assurance to you, and himself.
As soon as you entered your home and closed the door behind you, you let out a breath you had been holding in after kissing his cheek. It was bold for you and it probably caught him off guard but you didnât regret it one bit.
You felt your heart quicken, now that he had your number, you can definitely keep seeing each other more often. All was not lost tonight.
Leon sat in his car for a moment longer, staring down at the napkin holding your number with your faded lipstick kiss next to it. His mind was racing, his heart still thudding against his chest.
Your kiss was bold, unexpected, yet it sent a spark through him that he hadn't felt in so long. It was like a promise, a declaration that something had shifted.
He folded the napkin and put it in his pocket, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. He started his car, heading back home with one thing in his mind. Soon, he'll call you. Soon.
-
For a couple weeks, youâve gone out on more dates. Dinner dates, walks along the beach, even taking you to a carnival. He was always such a gentleman; holding the door open, carrying you in his arms bridal style if your feet ached from your heels, always stubbornly paying for your food.
And you had no say in anything, he was assertive but gentle. As if he only wanted to take care of you and not make you work or move a muscle. You didnât mind, of course, but you always made sure to offer to pay for dates (even if it made him reprimand you).
For the first time in my life, you felt happy. Genuinely happy. He was everything, the only reason you woke up all happy was because of him. You were no longer your old self, he converted you into this happier version that you didnât know you could be.
âEyes locked on the target, Sir.â
âGood, go on right ahead, bring the captive alive.â
The worst thing imaginable had happened. A man broke into your house, the window crashed and you left your room to investigate.
When you made it to your living room, a figure from behind you suddenly pressed a piece of cloth right under your nose, forcing you to inhale whatever was on that.
Your vision blurred and you slowly felt your body become weak and disoriented. The man kept his grip around your arm tightly, preventing you from moving. When you had finally passed out, he gently laid you down on the floor to communicate with another person.
âTarget acquired, returning back to base,â the man said before he picked up your body and threw it over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
-
Leon was slowly falling hard for you. Seeing you happy, laughing, smiling was becoming an addiction for him. Every passing day that he spent with you, he found himself getting more and more attached.
He would do anything for you, pay for everything, pamper you, as long as you were happy and content. Seeing you smile because of him, brought him more joy than anything in the world.
He was falling in love, even if he didnât quite realize it yet. His heart belonged to you now, whether he admitted it or not.
âBoss,â the voice of a man rang out in Leonâs office. As he had gone on dates with you, he didnât neglect his duties as the mafia lord.
âKyle was found dead in the casino. The arms case was missing as well,â he said to Leon. But it wasnât just a random death. No, it was the act of an enemy mafia group just from the other side of the city. One that had many times tried to assassinate Leon and take over his empire.
Leon's expression darkened as he listened to his underling's report. The news of Kyle's death and the missing arms case was nothing but a nuisance, but the fact that his enemy mafia was behind this bothered him even more.
"Damn it," he muttered, his fists clenching at his sides, âThose bastards are getting bold."
He pushed himself up from his chair, his gaze hardening as he listened to his underling, "Any leads?"
The man shook his head, âNo, sir. The body was missing so we couldnât find the cause of death. But we found a card with the initials of Santo 'The Suit' De Lucchi.â
Santo âThe Suitâ De Lucchi was a long time enemy of Leon. He was the man that had been targeting Leon ever since he became a Mafia boss. Santo was given the nickname âThe Suitâ because he always played a tricky game.
He was obsessed with card decks, often always leaving behind a suit card on a bloody crime scene after murdering his own enemies. Heâd leave the four types of cards behind depending on the message he tried to convey. This time, he had left an 8 of Spades card, meaning that he had a powerful group of men at the ready.
Leon's jaw tensed at the mention of the name. Santo 'The Suit' De Lucchi. He knew that name all too well, and it was never for a good reason.
The mention of the 8 of Spades card made his eyes narrow. It was a warning, a declaration of war. And it was personal.
"How nice of The Suit to leave a calling card," Leon said, his voice laced with anger. "He really wants my attention, doesn't he?"
âWhat do you want us to do, boss?â The underling asked Leon. War between mafias wasn't uncommon. Almost everyday, there were news of men found dead in the streets from crime and mafia activities. But to prevent panic among the citizens, the police simply said they were civilian disputes. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Leon paused for a moment, his mind racing with thoughts and plans.
"I want you to gather more information about his men, his operations, his every move," Leon ordered, his voice sharp and commanding, "But more importantly, I want to know why he's making a move now. This isn't just some petty feud, it's a message."
Leon's eyes narrowed as he thought, "He's playing a game, and I need to be ten steps ahead if I want to win it."
âOn it, boss,â the underling then left Leonâs office, leaving him alone to think to himself.
It was suspicious how The Suit made a move now after years of feuding with Leon. What changed? Who was their next target? The Suit wasnât going to stop there, no, he wonât. It would only be a matter of time before he went after something Leon cared so deeply about.
As the door closed behind his underling, Leon let out a sigh, leaning back in his chair.
He knew The Suitâs next move wouldnât be a direct attack at him, no, that was too risky for someone like The Suit. Heâd want to hit Leon where it hurt the most.
Leonâs thoughts immediately turned to you. His chest tightened at the idea of you being hurt, being targeted somehow. He had to make sure you were safe. Protected.
