Note
Hello! I saw your post about elevated planets, is there also any explanation about the planets opposite/bottom of the Zenith/Mc? Thank you!
Good Question
Nadir In Astrology
The Nadir, or Imum Coeli (IC), Latin for “south/bottom of the sky,” or “lowest point is one of the four major angles in an astrological birth chart [the other 3 are the [Rising, Descendant, and Midheaven] and definitely the least talked about. The Midheaven and Nadir points lie at opposite ends of your Natal Chart. The Midheaven is at the very top [where your most elevated will be nearest]. It is where the Sun was at its highest peak during midday. Using this, we calculate the Nadir, or where the Sun was at its very lowest point during midnight. Like the Ascendant and Descendent Axis, the Midheaven and Nadir are opposites, with one side exposed and other other deeply hidden. It lies opposite the Midheaven—a point on our chart that represents our public life and persona, which gets a lot of attention.
What it Means
Since the Midheaven is our brightest, most open, well-light part of your personality, adversely the Nadir is the dead of night in your chart [quite literally], the IC is the deepest, darkest, quietest, most personal place in your chart. It  houses the Private Persona. This is how your mind operates in secret, how you feel, and how you act, when you are completely alone, with no one else watching. Our Nadir (IC) signifies our most profound depths and needs, a part of us that we often don’t share with others. While the rising and descendant axis of our charts navigate the relationship between self and others. The Midheaven and Nadir showcase the polarity of our outer and inner worlds. The IC sits on the cusp of the fourth house, ruled by the moon/cancer associated with family lineage, home environment, and family influences. Similarly to the moon, our nadir shows us our needs and emotional tendencies, though it's much more than that. When you looking at your birth chart, the nadir is below the horizon line of the ascendant and is the lowest place in our chart, therefore representing our foundation and roots. In this way, the IC also reveals the type of environment best for our physical well-being. Make sense? Now, I want to mention that many often think of the MC as a fake, constructed persona, and the Nadir is as our real, authentic selves. This couldn't be further from the truth. Fake news. This way of thinking hinges on the idea that we are fundamentally one type of person, forced act unlike ourselves in different situations. But the truth is, all of your choices and actions come together to create a portrait of who you really are, regardless of what made you act that way. The way you act when you are in front of people, trying to make your best impression - that is the real you. And the way you act when you are alone, with nobody to judge you - that is the real you, too ;). Humans are dichotomous and complex and astrology allows for that because it, as a study, is complex as well.
Nadir By Sign
Aries: [Libra MC] Need for independence and freedom. Reputation is built on the finer aspects of your personality. People know you by your good looks, first and foremost. They see you as elegant, yet strong; rational and logical. Inwardly, can be prone to dramatic displays of anger, loud demands, bossy, and sharp, biting humor and immense stores of sexual drive or drive in general. Family was very active or extremely ambitious. Learned early on how to be independent. Growing up, might have witnessed a lot of conflict in your family, some of it serious and some of it not. You saw problems with alcoholism, drug addiction, and anger. Unconsciously aggressive or combative.
Taurus: [Scorpio MC] Need for security or physical pleasures. Come off as intense, passionate, mysterious or dark. Family was stable or materialistic. As a child you were always well fed and secure. Parents/guardians gave you a taste for the finer things in life by caring so much about the look and quality of the things in their home. On a darker note they could also be quite controlling in a lot of ways, both over their house and family. Nothing could be done, or touched, or moved, or planned without them having a hand in what was going on. Native can be unconsciously inflexible or possessive.
Gemini: [Sagittarius MC] Need for understanding themselves and world around them. Outwardly can be very philosophical, blunt, straightforward and/or outspoken. When you find yourself alone with your thoughts, you spend a lot of time enjoying your own inner dialogue. And when you are with those few people you are close to, you enjoy a lot of stimulating conversations.  Family is a literal mosaic. Different colors and personalities. Home life was changing constantly. Family was growing and shrinking, moving around, breaking apart and then putting/fitting new pieces together. Childhood was self-expressive or hyper-intellectually focused. Unconsciously erratic, anxious or cunning that can display itself as duplicitousness.
Cancer: [Capricorn MC] Need to seek and give nurturance. Can come off as  determined, hard working, goal-oriented, and very good at what you do. You have a very professional public image that exudes confidence and experience. Family was co-dependent or critical. Growing up your mother was the central figure of your family home, either because she was a single mother or your father was away from home a lot. As a child, you were given more than enough praise and attention. When alone, you take on an almost maternal role in your house, cooking and cleaning and taking care of chores. Often, you will retreat into your bedroom, den or personal workshop and spend a lot of time working on things by solo.  Unconsciously co-dependent or guarded.
Leo: [Aquarius MC] Need for creative self-expression. intelligent, detached connections with other people. Can come off as detached or have this kind “dry intensity” that radiates off of you – you seem to be quietly aloof, cold. When alone, can be quite friendly or show big displays of love to those close to them. An eternal child that will always love fairly tales no matter how old they are. Family was self-involved or warm-hearted. The kid who was told they were special all the time. Everybody in your family (especially your mother) fawned over all the things you did, praising you for every accomplishment and exaggerating all your best qualities. You got everything you wanted. Unconsciously may have a lot of self-doubt.
Virgo: [Pisces MC] Need for efficiency. Comes off as a creative, kind, spiritual, almost ethereal person. People will notice the far-away look, the quiet contentment that hangs around you like a miasma. Draws in both saints and sinners. Though they may present a misty outward appearance, inwardly they keep detailed inventory of everything. Likes work and routine. Family or parent was hyper-critical. Some kind of negativity surrounding you when you were growing up, like fighting, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, or a poor home life. Whether or not you were aware of what your family members were going though, you looked for an escape. May have control freak tendencies.
Libra: [Aries MC] Need for harmony, though possibly difficulty in knowing needs with too much vacillation. Outwardly brave, perhaps a tad bossy, driven, commanding and leader-like with touches of aggression or authoritarianism. inwardly, peace loving, diplomatic, utterly polite, cooperative and friendly to the point of people pleasing. Family could have been quite social or superficial. When you are out interacting with the world you are confrontational and/or competitive. Growing up, you had to share your parent’s attention with other people. You might have had other siblings that got more than you, or they might have had other obligations that took up their time. Unconsciously coy.
Scorpio: [Taurus MC] Need for emotional depth and understanding. Outwardly laid back and grounded. Astonishing work-ethic. Security minded and practical. Inwardly there is a deep well of emotion. Can dwell or obsess. Powerful drive and silently aggressive. Family was secretive or powerful. Unconscious forces outside may have influenced them. Involved in power dynamics. Subconsciously,  memories of the past are littered with alcoholism, abuse, death, trauma, sex, various kinds of manipulation and betrayal.
Sagittarius: [Gemini MC] Need to discover their own truth. Comes off as intelligent, sociable, highly optimistic. Social butterfly. Inwardly may act out personal and grandiose dramas. Family was hyper-ethical or adventurous. Sought to learn and understand other people’s cultures and perspectives. In your childhood, when you were living at home with your family, you were thought of as a very bright child. Energetic, enthusiastic about learning, and always exploring the outside world, you met every new subject with curiosity and an open mind. Teachers and classmates labelled you as the “smart kid”. Unconsciously can seek status, attention or might be prone to judgment.
Capricorn: [Cancer MC] Need for reliability and order. reputation for being determined, hard working, goal-oriented. Family was traditional or repressed emotions. Might feel like you have to “fight for respect.” Family was very restrictive and controlling. Tried to make you into what they wanted you to be rather than accepting you for how you were. When alone in the privacy of your own home, you are emotional, sensitive, and very attached to your belongings and loved ones. Unconsciously self-repressing or pessimistic.
Aquarius: [Leo MC] Need for unconventional and individual stance. Comes off as bubbly, friendly, happy, and attracts attention easily. Inwardly, a loner, detached, intelligent, the furthest thing from a people pleaser. Likes to be left alone to their own devices to study or research. Family was non-traditional or unavailable. Home life might have been chaotic or tumultuous. As a kid you had little control over your life’s direction and had to follow your parents wherever they went. This could mean you were uprooted a lot, maybe a military kid or simply forced into their religion or belief system. Unconsciously somewhat detached from others. Accept anybody for anything, you support them 100%. Not interested in people or affairs/things that do not concern you. Father might have been absent. Unconsciously weird/ unusual.
Pisces: [Virgo MC] Need for wandering or mysticism. Comes off as organized, dissecting, routine-loving and very well-put together. Inwardly, can be emotional, messy, lazy, gullible, but also sensitive, compassionate, empathetic, and completely selfless. Family roots of unclear boundaries. Growing up there was a lot going on between your parents that you didn’t understand. Perhaps born on the verge of some kind of upheaval. Something happened that caused the family break apart before you were born and now they were dealing with the aftermath. Unconsciously over-sensitive or non-committal.
Bruja note:
The key to understanding the patterns and energy of the IC brings balance and equilibrium to our lives as it teaches us how to embrace our past and move forward into our future. How to really grasp and harness the midheaven gifts and promises. There is an inevitable sense of karma and destiny associated with the angles of our charts, and the IC is no exception. Knowing the patterns of the nadir brings consciousness to our underworld. More understanding. It is considered by many astrologers one of, if not THE most important part of our entire chart—because of the depth of understanding it gives us when we really commit to comprehending it. By utilizing the skills and difficulties of our family/ancestors/origins, we are thrusted into our personal journey’s and ultimately our north node or most elevated destinies.
What sign is your Nadir in? Dissecting and understanding it can bring healing and growth to you and those you’re closely connected with.

observation of the houses
the houses are very complex ingredients to our charts and are important in discussing what makes us, us. they act as a pedestal for our signs + planets and show us how they function.
✧ Having multiple planets in the first house can be cause for someone with identity issues and someone who finds It difficult basing where their self-worth is
✧ The second house can deal heavily with self-confidence as it equates to how you treat yourself and see value in yourself
✧ The third house is important to pay attention to when discussing how you present your voice in public settings (paired with your mercury of course) but its also where we find the confidence to speak up
✧ The fourth house is cause for what we keep hidden, like the twelfth house, except it evokes something rather emotional out of us whereas the 12th deals more with inspiration
✧ The fifth house where we turn to when we crave feelings of joy or find ourselves suffering, creative outlets are turned to
✧ Heavy Sixth house placements can find themselves burned out a lot because of the fact they push themselves too hard
✧ The seventh house can be quite the illusionist if not paired with the needs of the fifth house when consulting issues of love
✧ The eighth house is how we easily evolve to grow into better people, overall how we welcome change and build off of that
✧ The ninth house is one of the most underrated houses as it deals with our spirit and who we base ourselves off of, it shows how we’re connected to the life around us and why
✧ The tenth house can be cause for detriment if you don’t honor the placements & your midheaven there
✧ The eleventh house shows why our friends find us so intriguing and ultimately why they connect with us
✧ In a way the twelfth house represents the ocean because of the secrets held within it, it holds the depth of the oceans as well and are just as complex as its the most misunderstood house

placements that make someone magnetic/attractive for no reason, someone who can attract people for no reason and/or has many admirers
yaaaa this is big scorpio + fire sign energy but also these are the signs that attract the most critics because of how admired and attractive they naturally are so that ties in with your ask as well
scorpio sun/moon/rising/mercury/mars/venus: oh yes, plutos children, theyre bestowed such dark beauty, they are the offspring persephone and hades essentially. there’s not much explanation needed, their ruling house is the eighth house of transformation and awakening. they cannot help it, theyre simply alluring
virgo rising/mars: there’s always a surprise with these virgo placements, they bat their “virgin” eyes and you’re under their spell. they have this naturally glowing beauty to them that makes others always take a second glance. there’s also a lot hidden under their innocent facade. they are unique
pisces sun/moon/rising/mars: similar to their sister sign, they have a glow. its like a mix of scorpio and virgo energy, theyre dark and light all wrapped up into one. with their dreamy doe eyes and their soft features they pull you in like a siren and to the depths of the ocean.
Aries moon/rising/mars: there’s something about aries placements that makes you want to follow them to the ends of the earth, they have this naturally fiery attitude, one that intrigues and also scares you. one look at them and you want to know everything there is to know about them. this is how they attract others.
Leo rising/mars/venus: a lot of people cant decide whether they hate leos or love them but in the end all they truly want to do is fuck them. its just leos have this way of pushing peoples buttons by being their authentic selves and that threatens others but they cant help but watch them. honestly i would label all of their haters as admirers since they watch them so heavily.
Sagittarius moon/rising/mars: they have haters similarly to leos but honestly people are naturally enthralled by how lively sagittarius are. you look at them and theyre just filled with hope and excitement and joy and others are intrigued by that. sagittarius have no trouble going their own path and a lot of people find that hard to do which makes them different and naturally alluring.
pluto/neptune in the first as well, venus/mars in the 8th & 12th house, 8th/12th house stellium

I love how this response by frozen-lunar is written and there is something in there that I think we can all relate to ✨
I feel inspired by the precious Libra Venus to ask you about mine, if that’s ok? I often feel like every decision is life or death and I make needless pros and cons lists in my mind. The older I get the more I feel disconnected from my intuition and moving forward is difficult. My Libra Venus is in the 9th (squared by Pluto & in sextile with my sun and Venus.) do you have any advice on how to work with this energy? Thank you! I hope you’re staying safe and healthy
Thank you! I hope you are staying safe and healthy as well. I think I understand where it is coming from or at least I hope I will be able to offer you different perspective to think of this. The older we get the more connected to the physical world we become. We develop more habits, get set in our own ways. It is good because we get to learn about ourselves, who we are and what we like. We get to discover what we value and life tests out what those values really are and if we are really able to stick to them. The downside is that when we become too grounded, too deep into the physical aspects of the world we allow very little room for change and imagination.  Pluto strips down illusion and gives intensity but Libra Venus wants to restore balance. It craves balance in the matters of yin(intuition) and yang(moving forward). It wants to move forward but Pluto is trying to (maybe too strongly) focus your attention on other aspect. You may feel disconnected from your intuition because you may feel deep down that you can’t fully trust yourself and your abilities. You have to. Venus in the 9th House  tells about what we believe in. Philosophy, education, culture, religion, spirituality. Justice. Truth. What is your truth? What did you learn so far in your life? How do you apply this knowledge to yourself and do you really live it? Do you share it with others or are others sharing it with you? How often do you compromise what do you believe in order to make “a right choice”?Is it really a “right choice” or did others tell you it is? Do you let others treat you with kindness and fairness? Do you do it yourself? Do you speak the truth? Are you pursuing things you have interest in or that can only somehow benefit you in earthly life? How often do you listen to reason and ignore what your intuition is really telling you? Why is it important for  you to be connected to your intuition? Do you believe in life after death? Not every decision is life or death but why do you feel it is? Why do you let it to be?

People forget that while Aquarians are an air sign, they also have a fixed modality.
So while they can be detached, when it comes to things they care for they have a hard time letting go and can be borderline obsessive- the thing though, is that they won’t be as aggressive or confrontational about it as a fire sign, or hold a grudge like an earth sign, or dwell on it like a water sign. They’re very good at keeping face and remaining stoic.

The Deadspace
Pluto in the 1st: Can feel like they don't exist at all, like the self is inactivated and unconscious. The individual can repeatedly question why they were born at all
Pluto in the 2nd: It can seem like they don't truly touch anything, and nothing ever leaves them satisfied. Money can be equivocal to power. The voice can be too quiet
Pluto in the 3rd: The mind can feel paralysed and the immediate environment can seem forbidding. The first instinct can be to calculate potential danger and threat
Pluto in the 4th: Possibly feeling like the 'black sheep' of the family generated from the sense of being unwanted, as a result, they don't want to know themselves
Pluto in the 5th: They can feel caged inside their own bodies and chains of self-negativity, it can obstruct the flow of free and spontaneous creative self expression
Pluto in the 6th: There can be troubles with dexterity, maintaining routine, trouble maintaining employment, and compulsive rituals that are self destructive and can become matters of life and death
Pluto in the 7th: The natural attraction to intense spirit can bring forth demanding, controlling, or belittling partners, it's possible to live a lifetime in somebody's shadow
Pluto in the 8th: Everybody can be guilty of willing their demise or destruction until proved innocent. Unity of souls is most active with Pluto in the 8th, but it's impossible to conjure without deep trust
Pluto in the 9th: It's possible for faith, religion, and all matters spiritual to seem threatening and daunting. The person may have grown up with repetitive and sometimes formidable religious teachings. As they grow older they begin to see the deception in these teachings from authority figures. As a result, the individual can doubt and distance themselves from every spiritual or esoteric pursuit
Pluto in the 10th: It's possible for the individual to never feel 'ready' enough. As a child, they may have been conditioned to impress a superior like a parent or institution. It can mean that when they become an adult they are not sure who they must relentlessly impress, and they can become paralysed by choice, fear, or insecurity
Pluto in the 11th: Dreams can be occluded by dark vision, the individual can self destruct when the vision is in sight. They can remain too secretive with friends and trust nobody enough to truly connect
Pluto in the 12th: Sometimes being alone can feel like a child left in the dark. The individual can fear insanity, have troubles with sleeping, or suppress human sensitivity

We Know Your Obsessions
Pluto in the First House: You tend to experience obsession over yourself and your own interests. You tend to try to dominate and control people. You’re a powerful person.
Pluto in the Second House: You tend to obsess over money and material things. I feel like this is a total placement for a hoarder. I also feel like money might be a battlefield for you.
Pluto in the Third House: You tend to be obsessed with communication. I feel like you might be a gossip or just someone who never stops talking. However, your mind is quite profound and you’re very perceptive. You’re also very private. p.s. this is my placement (:
Pluto in the Fourth House: You tend to obsess over home and family. I bet one of your parents was… let’s just say a force to be reckoned with. Your home and family change you a lot.
Pluto in the Fifth House: You tend to obsess over romance and casual sex. I’m not calling you promiscuous! This placement warms my heart, people with this seem like hopeless romantics. You might have a tendency to try to manipulate your lovers, but it always fails.
Pluto in the Sixth House: You experience obsession over your work and your health. This is a total hypochondria placement. You’re very focused and driven, but just make sure you don’t work yourself to death.
Pluto in the Seventh House: You’re obsessed with other people and relationships. Seriously, relationships and obsession go hand in hand with you. Marriage is also very… intense for you. You attract partners who are commanding and change you a lot. Not losing yourself in other people is a challenge.
Pluto in the Eighth House: You obsess over serious sex, other people’s money, death, and basically anything occult. Your perception is pretty insane.
Pluto in the Ninth House: You obsess over travel, religion, and philosophies. Ever the adventurer, travel really transforms you, as long as it’s on your terms.
Pluto in the Tenth House: You obsess over your career and public recognition. I feel like you deeply resent one of your parents. Overall, this is a pretty successful placement.
Pluto in the Eleventh House: You obsess over friendship. Friendship has always been an intense area of life, especially as a child. Your friends change and shape you a lot.
Pluto in the Twelfth House: Your obsession is found in your psyche. You’re a very private person, you might even have a secret life. You can be very fearful of expressing your power. You transform by delving into your unconscious.

As usual Cherry 🍒 I love this
🔮
Pluto’s Psychic Passages
Pluto in the 1st house: Psychic energy thrusts through the immediate matrix, the place where essence and body collide. The energy is like an x-ray that scans the immediate environment for intuitive material. When they are alone, there is a voice that speaks, but it doesn’t use any words
Pluto in the 2nd house: The 2nd house is the voice. These people can receive psychic stimulus through voices masquerading as thought. These ‘thoughts’ have a unique voice. They may even feel like some ‘thoughts’ do not belong to them
Pluto in the 3rd house: The individual provokes the immediate environment with a striking extrasensory radar that forces psychic energy to respond. Information arrives at the pinnacle moment through any communicative medium - conversation, something overheard, through television and radio, or automatic writing
Pluto in the 4th house: The psychological base is acutely psychic. It operates on a highly charged frequency that attracts intuitive information like a magnet. They go inside to die and spirit guides wait patiently in the twilight zone, the spirit guides are forms of protection, guidance, and warning
Pluto in the 5th house: High flowing psychic energy conduits through the creative experience. The Gods speak through their art, performance, and self-expression. Children may bring powerfully intuitive messages to the individual. This is often the message of the inner child who is inherently and magnetically spiritual, wise, and clairvoyant because its umbilical cord remains connected to the divine
Pluto in the 6th house: Psychic sorcery activates through the act of service. When supporting a person in crisis, ill health, or fear, the individual begins channeling powerful knowledge beyond their years, empathy, therapeutic wisdom, and counsel. The Gods use them as their soul physicians.
Pluto in the 7th house: Psychic activity rebounds and reflects here. Intuition is passed from the heavens and through friends, partners, and loved ones. Everybody that is important to the individual becomes their personal and unknowing medium
Pluto in the 8th house: This nature is purely psychic, its very essence activates a world rather left concealed. It can stimulate every ghost, angel, and spirit from every medium. The body can be a vessel for a cacophony of intuitive explosions, the other side magnetises to them and uses them to experience or communicate absolutely anything. Also the relationships are profound, they lead lovers into the light, but first they cross through the dark, and only the courageous survive, these relationships show them how far they have come
Pluto in the 9th house: The higher mind conduits psychic prophecy from the unconscious. Stepping into the mind of the explorer, the philosopher, and the truth seeker opens door for the inner guru, it means that symbolism, prophecy, cosmic wisdom, and spiritual law become features of their daily experience
Pluto in the 10th house: Intuition can be directive guidance in the voice or with the reverence of a parent or superior. So the psychic ‘voice’ can be almost threatening and forceful. The intuitive messenger here is their future self, the one who has transformed and accomplished their greatest aspiration
Pluto in the 11th house: The 11th is an Aquarius house so the intuitive message is electrocuted and passed through the medium of air. It means that the individual can receive psychic revelation in the form of prophecy, knowing the future, and through visions
Pluto in the 12th house: Intuition accompanies every social interaction and energises through universal empathy, the person can see into the soul of other people. They have visions and prophetic dreams. But they must spend a lot of time alone to reflect on the message and regenerate their psychic spirit

Pluto in the houses- Catastrophe vs Awakening
Pluto in the first house: Systematic deep transformational experiences. There’ll always be renewal and healing no matter what the circumstances are. Life is filled with definite endings, as if there’s always something dying or being destroyed. All the time.
Pluto in the second house: “You only know what you’ve got until it’s gone” so you keep losing what you value the most. Financial losses are almost destructive, but you’re able to regenerate resources like no other. There’s also a profound lack of self-worth.
Pluto in the third house: Inevitable but periodic destruction of ideas and opinions. There has to be a mental renewal of thoughts so you don’t feel weighed down. You feel strangely pressured to grow intellectually.
Pluto in the fourth house: Constant urges to understand your family background or biological roots in order to break free. You’re aware that you need to overcome the behavioral patterns you inherited from one of your parents. There’s the danger of getting lost in self-destructive tendencies while trying to individualize the self.  Pluto in the fifth house: Never ending supply of creative energy. Romantic affairs, even if not many in number, will have the capacity to completely change your life’s direction. Plenty of lessons to be learnt from working with children. Pluto in the sixth house: Enormous regenerative health capacity, a (self-)healing guru. Difficulties in finding a balance between abusing/being abused in the work place. Tendency to seek one’s own benefit by dominating others or by manipulating one’s work environment.  Pluto in the seventh house: Partnerships work as a form of renewal. Relationships strengthen you. Be careful with deceit and manipulation, as you’re prone to being tricked by those who you trust the most. Don’t give anyone the power to destroy you. Pluto in the eighth house: “Amazing turns of events” happen unexpectedly. Spend all your life discovering just how powerful you are and what you’re capable of. Sexuality can be destructive- or a healing agent.  Pluto in the ninth house: Traveling plays a major part when it comes to your life’s direction. Seminars and long journeys will completely change you. About religious views you grew up with- there’s a tendency to wipe them out and adopt new beliefs.  Pluto in the tenth house: Professional crisis have the potential to either destroy you or renew you. You have the power to either inspire great admiration, or great fear in others. You don’t belong in the crowd.  Pluto in the eleventh house: Power issues within the social sphere- you’re a lone wolf by desire or design. When in groups, you’re the devil’s advocate, and discussions with said circle’s members will stimulate you in therms of personal growth, so don’t avoid it.  Pluto in the twelfth house: Predisposition to feel that there are hidden treasures everywhere waiting to be discovered. Also- prominent danger of being caught up in “underworld” schemes, even if unintentionally… Deep web addicted.
