thanks for noticing she has gums too but theyre actively being stitched down so theyre still square, eyes are getting evened out jm gonna put velvet over it i promise to cover more of the mesh on the edges

we tried an OG glove concept but I put it on my plastic skeleton hand tk avoid burning anyone but as predicted i can't even put it on let alone move my fingers and it hurts very bad because the glue is stiff and scratchy but im going to keep the foam on the back of her hand thing so it gives the illusion of being bigger than my actual hands

also genius over here thought a spirit halloween silk glove thats already tight and sweaty would be a good choice..?? The new glove i used is very well ventilated and nice

im using a clay pokey stick i tortured clay franco with to push the fabric into place bc ive mostly glued this down bc sewing can pull it too taut 🤨

I just kinda slapped it on and it was too bright and j was like oh god fuck and I had to try to cover it with darker and thats why there's so MUCH all over the old one and it looks not good .. bjt j avrually know how to apply said blood this time and I have a better thing to use for it so I could .. Im also considering putting a few of her sharp teeth back between her main ones .. because I sacrificed her unhinging jaw for the REALLY big smile and facial structure of my Ms. Thing🥰

im guessing she would've had to have had a really straight toothed look like the originals and then there's always rigging it to sit straight on your head which is REALLY difficult with foam suits that aren't traditional toony furry structures because your jaw can easily slide off to the side and look really bad (not that I would know.) (.)

Also just with the way she works as a character id have to have some kind of string rig for her jaw to unhinge that much without hanging open believe me ive tried my really old version from YEARS ago did open and it was really bad 💖 it just doesn't translate because im not whatever this is

I TRIED TO DO SOMETHING REALLY SIMILAR TO THIS YEARS AGO AND?? I think to make it work in would have to hollow out the upper part of the mask inside and have my head pushed further back and holes where the teeth would go into when closed if you wanted it to be accurate but its just a physics thing because shes made of meat

also interestingly when I was figuring out what to do at least in some of her sprites (like her physics in tboma) her face just kind of stretches

So it would have to have one really floppy piece of fabric in there like her jowls and probably take away from the costume visually even if it had a cool function ?? At least just with the materials im using

anyway if I put teeth like in between her big ones that might be kind of a cool hey what's that behind there because there's some space between where my face is inside and the teeth because there's a whole like barrier of the jaw, I had some help hollowing out the head of the old shitty material .. we'll see. 💖

ive been talking about this all day but its like lowkey my destiny there is seriously no other character cooler than her to me for the past 5 years she's just been embedded in my head since I was smaller .. shes always been my go-to I couldn't commit like THIS to any other character... og yellow thing champion here... the creature..
