Anyways, skipped my meds for a couple of days and now am feeling the consequences. They are supposed to help with mood and hallucinations, and it’s not fun going without them. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m not going to forget again. But I am somewhat proud of myself for staying physically well throughout it. (Still need the meds to kick in. They’ll probably work after a couple of days.)
