to have your work reblogged by the network blog, please tag this blog in any work you create

use "read more"s for any work over 500 words

written works under 300 words long will not be reblogged

appropriately tag your fics, especially if it contains dark content

plagiarism is not permitted. if it is found that you have plagiarized someone else’s work, you will immediately be banned from the server

content that includes pedophilia, underaged characters in a sexual setting, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc will not be permitted on this blog. aged-up characters, however, may be reblogged

#000. what is la nuit? what is le jour?

la nuit is an 18+, multifandom, invite-only discord server. le jour is the sister network that includes many of its members. since we are invite-only, we do not accept applications.

#001. why invite only? isn't this a clique?

server staff has made the decision to make the server invite-only in order to facilitate a safe and welcoming environment for our members! our intent is not to exclude people from joining, only to respect the privacy, safety, and comfort of our members. 

#002. is there any way i can join at all?

yes! if you are interested in joining the server, but do not know anyone in the server who can invite you, you can join the waitlist! new patrons are welcomed into the server during invitation periods, during which server members may suggest new additions to the server!

#003. how do i join the waitlist?

to join the waitlist, please first read our eligibility requirements below, to see if the network is the right place for you! then, if you are still interested in joining, please send an ask off anon to this blog. please provide your discord handle in this ask. should your discord handle change, you are more than welcome to resend an ask with your updated handle. once the invite period opens, staff will privately respond to your ask to let you know if you have been accepted into the server. 

#004. am i eligible to join?

la nuit welcomes individuals who are:

over the age of 18

are comfortable sharing a photo of their ID. all personal information may be blacked out, including name, location, and ID photo. this picture will be deleted after age is confirmed

comfortable with dark content. dark content will be role-locked, adding an extra layer of consent to see dark content should you join the server. while you do not need to create dark content to join the server, we host many dark content creators within the server

not racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.

if you are accepted, a staff member will be in contact to confirm that you are eligible (ie, meet the requirements above) before you are formally welcomed into the server!

#005. may i still join collabs?

certain collabs will be open and available to all! in fact, joining and completing a le jour collab is a good way to declare your interest in joining the server. however, some collabs will be server-only, which will be specified on the collab masterlist.

#006. what fandoms are accepted?

all fandoms and fictional characters are accepted! our creators write for a wide variety of fandoms, including, but not limited to genshin impact, haikyuu, boku no hero academia, jujutsu kaisen, demon slayer, attack on titan, tokyo revengers, tears of themis, and many more!
