Paragus eyed down the tiny woman as she vented her frustrations. Only listening until she was done speaking. She was leaving herself very vulnerable but it seemed she had been keeping these emotions in for so long. Like a soda can that’s been shaken too much, she exploded. Her behavior was now making more sense to Paragus. Earlier she got angry because he had mistaken her for a child and then her sudden change once he corrected himself.

Was this why she was so willing to help? Because he kept her around? He could somewhat relate to her, though their circumstances were different it wasn’t hard to have empathy for her. He gave a soft sigh, he knew he would have to cheer her up in someway if he wanted to accomplish his goals. But there was more to it. It made him feel weird to see her upset like that, something needed to be done. For a moment Paragus stood silent as he got up and left to another part of the ship. He left her alone for a while before he came back with a tray of desserts and handed it to her.

“Enjoy...”

He sat back down as the ship began drawing closer to the planet. Words would’ve only helped the little saiyan woman a little bit but based on what she had disclosed to him, Paragus figured in this case that his actions would speak louder than his words.

He truly didn’t know who had revived him or what they’re intentions were but all he knew was that now he had to do ‘community service’ in order to stay alive. Paragus wouldn’t be much of a threat so maybe that is why he was given the benefit of the doubt? It wasn’t clear but Paragus’ ways hadn’t changed. He still hated Vegeta and anyone related to him and he sure as hell was going to make sure he can fulfil his plans even if his men weren’t around at the moment.

“There’s no need to worry Trunks. I don’t have Broly and I do not have my men. I am completely vulnerable so even if I did try something you could always stop me.”

He attemtped to reassure Trunks but something in his tone of voice as he said that had something sinister to it.

“So, you’ve been revived with the dragon balls, huh? Feel like sharing the name of your savior so I can thank them myself?” He wasn’t even aware Paragus had died for certain, but he was already wishing the saiyan had stayed that way. His glare hardened, and he felt his hands slowly ball up into fists; first Zangya and now Paragus, the revival of fallen enemies was not a trend he liked. The terror that was Broly may have been gone, but that didn’t mean Paragus was someone to be trusted, and it hardly meant he was harmless. If anything, it just caused Trunks to be even more suspicious of this mysteriously revived enemy.

“And while you’re in the mood for answering questions, why don’t you tell me what you want.”

Paragus still didn’t understand why he was resurrected or why this tuffle even needed his help if he were fully capable of doing it on his own. He didn’t look dumb, in fact he looked like he was built with a lot of intelligence and strength. Paragus gave a low grunt before closing his eye and folding his arms.

“Do you even need my help? You seem fully capable of handling this all by yourself. I’m not sure what someone like me could even do for you unless you just want to use me as bait.”

As much as he would hate to think of it, Paragus knew full and well that he wasn’t like other Saiyans. Even with a tail, would his great ape even do much? He never did get to experience it and he didn’t want to either. He hated the idea of fighting. That’s what King Vegeta wanted from the Saiyans...

“Don’t get me wrong. I’m still willing to help, I’m just having troubles figuring out what exactly you have planned for me.”

With Goku’s new form how exactly were Paragus and the other supposed to take him down? One couldn’t fight even if his life depended on it and the other nearly got killed by him. If anything Paragus was dead weight to the white haired tuffle unless he only desired his intelligence to help.

Everyone knew that Paragus wasn’t a threat without his son. Maybe they could use that to their advantage?

“I can fight but you can. You were able to withstand his new form…did his form have any weaknesses or flaws to it?”

Every form had a flaw to it. Broly despite being able to destroy galaxies, was ruthless and didn’t care to train. If Broly would’ve done trainning he could have learned to be even stronger. His form caused him to get too cocky and that led to his downfall. But maybe Gokus new form had a flaw with it’s ki or stamina? Paragus would need information before he could conjure up a plan.

Paragus stared blankly at the planet. He was having a hard time believing that she actually did this on her own without any help but who was he to complain.

“Alright then...Ill have my men give a through inspection then we can move on.”
