Isack: I teased Fabio a bit because he fell during the sighting lap so he did worse than me. Not even during the warm up lap, so well done bro', you did a great job. No, I'm kidding. [seriously] Sending strength to Johann and Fabio because it's a bit frustration, from my point of view, to always see the Ducatis ahead, it's a bit complicated but yeah, sending strenght to them, I wish them all the best.
Fabio: Isack, at least I was able to do the race, you didn’t even get to start it. [laughing] No, but we sent each other messages the day he crashed during the warm up lap. So, no, I want to congratulate you for your last race, for your first points at Suzuka. I can't be at Bahrain since we have the race next door, but I'll be there at Barcelona to support you. Ciao!
Isack: Thanks bro. Ah, I really appreciate it. His best friend, Thomas, sent a video, I told myself "Ah, he probably sent me a video to comfort me" but it was just a very funny one. Anyway, these guys are the best. Good luck for the weekend.

Vale and Uccio showing off their matching bleached "1" which they got in honor of Vale's 125cc title
This is from WarmUp #3 il taglio (the haircut), part of the full 1997/1998 Scenette (sketches). My poor transcription and translation below [ditemi se ho fatto una cazzata per cortesia, così la posso correggere]
We got the ‘1’s done! At the end of last year we had lots of hair. Now... not so much.
Abbiam' fatt' gli "uno", eh! Alla fine dell'anno scorso avevamo molti capelli. Adesso [qui parla in arabo, non so cos'ha detto] ne abbiamo pochi.

Just two days after the previous strike, russia hits Kryvyi Rih again. They struck a residential area, next to a playground. In the early evening, when parents and children were outside.
As of now, 14 people are known to have been killed, including 6 children.
In the photo, parents stand over the body of their killed 15-year-old son.

Back in 2022, the world was saying "russian war of aggression will not be normalised". Today, in 2025, we are just numbers. Russia killing Ukrainians for the sin of existing has been normalised. Our lives are a boring statistic and our tragedies barely ever make it into the world news. Because this is no longer news.

Motogp actually being so much closer related to their feeder series' than F1 is to F2/F3 is so nice like a Motogp weekend consists of all 3 categories + MotoE. The way from Moto3 to Motogp is so much closer and more personal than the way from F3 to F1. In physical alike in mental. Fabio can just hang out with Tony while they wait for a delayed session, Jorge was literally in Fermin's box in Silverstone, Aleix was in Parc Ferme somehow. We have Motogp and Moto3 riders being besties like F1 could never, they don't care about the youngers. But a ton of Motogp riders have their associated Moto2 rider. Be it Aleix and Jorge with Fermin or Tony and Fabio or the academy boys + Cele & Mig like everybody has somebody, Marc is weirdly fond of Jaume, Albert and Deniz are besties, Albert is/was also besties with Rinsy like it's just so much tighter knit than F1 could ever be. In F1 you have drivers throwing shit at eachother in a tamper tantrum in the cool down room, in Motogp you have comforting ass slaps and making sure everybody is okay and helping the other put their leathers back on and despite rivalry there is so much care and love for eachother. Because of course bikes are a whole different level of dangerous and it's so easy to loose somebody, you never know if your friend will get up from where you saw him crash right infront of you, they are just all meant to be closer and I never really think much about it but it's weirdly sweet whenever you compare it to F1
