There is so much pain stored in our wombs. Generational trauma of wounded women given from one daughter to the next. We need to heal it now. We need to forgive now, for us. For all the women that came before us, we need to release the pain. We need to accept our feminity fully again, to stand in our truth & bring healing to mother Earth. All this pain holds us back. We are not supposed to hurt so much during our periods - this is all stored pain.

There is so much pain stored in the hearts of men from all the wars that your ancestors have fought. Be here for you & the pain you feel within. Men, if you hear this: stand up & show us, by caring for you, that we can trust you again. Show us that you are here for you, us, that you protect and love us. Mother Earth doesn't need you to be perfect, she needs you to be present, in harmony with your cellf. Women, if you hear this feel into your cellf, into your womb, feel the pain & let it go.

It's time to forgive now so we can come together in love again & create something beautiful together. Let's not hurt each other any more. Let's support each other, be here for each other & work on healing the pain each of us feels within. Breathe deeply into what you feel & where you feel it & let it go as you breathe out. Do this as often as you feel like it. Feel it.
