food for thought here, i heavily headcanon that barty is almost a carbon copy of his father, looks wise, and he cant stand it. thats why he changes almost everything thing about him.

having said that, now imagine its the day where he’s taught about boggarts and how to deal with them. and of course he thinkd it’s going to be something stupid that he can laugh about with evan later.

but thats not the case, when he first sees the boggart it almost doesn’t surprise him. he’s not surprised it’s his shit excuse of a father, until he actually looks at it.

that’s when he notices his own stricking emerald eyes reflecting back at him. the one feature he didn’t inherit from his father, but his mother.

that’s when he realizes this isn’t supposed to be his father, it’s supposed to be him, becoming the one person he swore he would never be.

anyways just a thought! (i kinda wanna do one for evan but i honestly have no idea what his biggest fear would be)
