Kaito: Introduction

Oh damn I've been gone from here a while... WELL TIME TO START INTRODUCING YOU ALL TO MY OCS!!!

This is my genshin OC, Kaito! He is a cocky snarky but also pretty friendly rogue who used to frequently attack Tenryo soldiers during the Vision Hunt Decree. Why, you ask? To take the Visions they confiscated and bring them back to their rightful owners of course!

He is probably one of the characters I am most proud of personality AND backstory wise. But his backstory is pretty sad so I won't go into that here... unless you want me to? 👉👈

so... Art Fight 2024 is over...

And now that it's over, I just wanted to vent my own impressions of this year.

So, originally I didn't have a lot of hopes for this year, mainly due to the burnout I've been under for the last half a year at the very least. It didn't really help that, I must confess, Seafoam vs Stardust was kind of the theme I was rooting for the least, to put it nicely, and don't get me started on personal irl stuff that I won't get into here. One saving grace of this year was a lot of my friends joining (and some returning), so getting an excuse to draw art for them was awesome haha! But still, it wasn't enough to outweigh the cons, so I swore to draw more sketches this year in hopes of keeping myself from burning out even more than I was.

Surprisingly, this strategy worked well.

Too well, in fact. So well it not only cured my burnout within the first week, but kept me going and led to me managing to finally break my dream record of 15 attacks!!! And not only that, I managed to go incredibly far and drew 6 more!!!! This is incredible!!!!!!

And not to mention all the amazing art I received omg.... Definitely was shocked to get so many attacks this year!!!! If any of you guys who attacked me are reading this, I just wanna say even if I didn't manage to revenge all of you, I'm still very thankful for every piece I received, you guys are amazing!!!

And with that, I'd call this Art Fight a huge success! Can't wait to participate next year!

Meanwhile, I'm gonna rest for a bit before returning to drawing! There are so many of my own OCs I wanna draw and introduce you to, so look forward to that!
