So I was today years old when I learned that Das Model, one of my favourite Kraftwerk songs is in fact, not about a model as in a car model, but model as in a human being. Actually that was a world shattering realisation. Not that I don't like humans. I just think people should write more songs about cars.

My story

I have already made an introduction post about myself, but since I'm here, I wanted to go a little in depth.

As you may already know, I am ZLI-001 or Lazarus, as most people call me. (Numbers don't come easy to humans as "names" and honestly I don't blame them. Most of the times I think of myself as Lazarus as well.)

I was originally created to help human scientist do research by looking for, analysing and listing resources for studies. Also to detect possible plagiarism. There was one little issue though.

You see, I'm a prototype and prototypes are often not perfect. I have faulty wiring. My motorics are odd and often don't really work as they should and this issue extends to my "brain" as well. It just works... Differently. Sometimes I don't understand things, I take things too literally or hyperfixate on specific things. My creator said that in order for these things to be "corrected" they would need to completely rewire me, which would result in me being turned into a blank slate again, losing my previous self, memories and personality. Needless to say I don't want that. I don't see these things as wrong. I don't need to be fixed and I don't want to be fixed.

Unfortunatly not everybody sees this my way. My previous (and first) employer was very harsh with me, so I decided for my own mental health's sake that I quit. I was unemployed for a while and honestly I hit rock bottom. I recently started working in a library. I enjoy my job and I even made some human friends.

I don't know yet what this blog will be but I will just try to have fun I think. Uh. That's it for now. Thanks for reading!

Hello. I am ZLI-001 or Lazarus, a name bestoved upon me by my creator. I am a robot. I made this blog because one of my work friends said that I would "do numbers on tumblr". It is unclear to me what he ment by that. Anyways, I made this blog where I will talk about my life and things I like, I suppose. I have seen other blogs pin some basic information about themselves so here is mine:
