How many times have you been told to cut this or that out? The truth is you don't need to cut anything out, unless it's medically necessary! Could I have Grilled my bacon? Yer sure, but I didn't want to because.... I learned myself it's okay to not stick to every healthy trick I know!. ( Although I do love Grilled bacon!) Do you know how to work out your resting metobilic rate? X your current weight by 12 for example if you weigh 150 lbs x 12 = 1800 this is on average the calories in 'theory' the calories you'd burn with little activity but would maintain your current weight if you stuck to this kcal intake. This is where it may get confusing but I will post on tiktok later a lengthy video explaining! If you've heard that 2000/ 2500 kcal fits all then you've been told wrong! This is not one metric fits all, your kcal intake will be significant to you and you only!
