What’s up y’all…Karlhere with some (hopefully) sound advice on anyone trying to make it “to the top.”  I put it in quotations because “the top” for most people is different.  You could be training for a marathon, trying to finish school with good grades, or even climbing a real mountain.  Even though these are all different, I think each journey still contains some of the same underlying factors…

Hello everyone! I want to first take the time to thank you for coming to this page and reading this blog post. Although I have been an influencer to the Last Call Boys for years, this will be my first time actually writing and sharing some of my experiences with you. 

My name is Michelle, but since we are friends you can call me Mimi.  I am the other half of Last Call Boys. About three years ago my boyfriend Eric Dawkins had a mere dream of starting a clothing brand. He wanted it to be fun, cool, and a representation of the lifestyle we were living. For those of you who don’t know, we are both professional dancers who reside in LA. We have a close group of friends who make up the crew “Stroll Groove” who you may or may not have seen on the first season of WORLD OF DANCE 😉 .

Our group is full of passionate, amazing, and sometimes crazy individuals who love to dance and be the life of the party. When we are out dancing at the clubs in Hollywood, its not unusual for us to hear “LAST CALL” from the bartenders. We are literally there until the very end, hence “LAST CALL BOYS” or for my ladies “LAST CALL QUEENS.”

Eric put his mind to it, and with a little encouragement from me, the brand was created. The clothes literally represent our lives.  Whether it’s inspired by LA itself, dance, or even our favorite hobby, Pokémon. In my next blog I’m going to talk about our experience with how we got into Pokémon and our adventures with Pokémon GO.

It has been so much fun being apart of creating this brand! I have literally seen it from a dream to a reality. All the experiences and all the long nights have turned into art.  Art someone can wear and know that it came from a really fun place! You can feel cool rocking our logo LCB!
