This event is inspired by the vintage culture of Invader Zim (1990s/2000s) and largely relates to fashion and media trends of that time. This year pays homage to that via the magic of alternate universes and the creativity of the fandom when exploring them. Thank you so much to everyone who responded to my post about the dib-eyes the other night! Everyone was really helpful. It was a hard decision, because people made good arguments for both, but I've decided to go with the eyes under glasses. There's other stylistic decisions that need to be made, and I'm quickly finding out that this dib is harder/more complicated to draw than gaz. So I'll most likely tweak him more as I go, but I'll do it in a loosey goosey sort of way.

As a token of my gratitude, here is the dib I outlined tonight (the only one I've finished tbh). Still needs some cleaning/tweaking, but here ya go:
