Researching the next adventure book, on a very wet Isle of Skye yesterday. My soggy notes are almost unreadable, but I did discover a very important location!

Despite all the witches, curses, werewolves and monsters in my other books, these two are the only ones actually set at Halloween: one has a scene set in a Borders wood at midnight on Halloween, the other has a scene set in a Leith street while guisers are knocking doors. Guess which is which?
