Activity December
For my first activity in December i went on a walk with my dad near the forest. We didnt want to go into the forest as it was already night but we still wanted to enjoy one of the first snowfalls of the year. It was a short walk as it was colder than we expected and we didnt dress appropriately but it still gave us a chance to send some time together actively. During this time we talked and discussed various topics.

Creativity december
For the second creativity this month i made pictures of my friend nel for my portfolio. She volunteered to be my model. We soent over 6 hours on various stylisations and sceneries. This activity made us use mostly our creative skills, but also communication. It made me oractice my photography skills.

Creativity december
My first creativity this month was making and decorating gingerbread cookies with my friends and family. I was invited to my friend to make christmas cookies with her family which was quite challenging because we had to do the dough from scratch and i have never done it before. We practiced our communication and baking skills.

Service November
For my second service this month i went out with Maja again. This time we made a circle around the neighbourhood where she got into a small fight with another dog. This was a challenge as i didnt really know how to react and i was warned Maja is a sensitive dog but i draged her away and took her into my arms to resolve the situation. We headed another direction and she was calm again. This activity made me use my critical thinking, communication but also physical skills as it was sometimes challenging to keep up with the dog.

Service november
This month i was able to spontaneously find a service activity when my neighbour told me about her friend that lives in our neighbourhood, about a minute from our building, that needs someone to walk her dog and so she gave me her contact number. I was initially supposed to be payed for this but I remembered i needed to find a CAS service activity and so i offered to do it for free as the dog only need a 20 minute walk and it isint very demanding labour. The next day i took Maja (the dogs name) for a walk around our local park. I threw her some sticks and we played for about 15 minutes then we headed back. This task required responsibility, communication and critical thinking from my side.

Activity november
For my second activity in November i went swimming with my friend. Her family’s house has a pool and so we took advantage of it to spend some active time together. We had time to talk and move around which made us work on our stamina but also helped us relax.

For my first activity in november i went on a walk not far away from my house. I doubled my step count from an average school day in my week. This activity helped me improve on my physical condition but also gave me time to think and reflect about life.

For my second creativity with my friends and i played the game scrabble. We had a lot of fun making up words from random letters. This activity helped us improve our vocabulary, language skills as well as communication.

For my second service this month i went online to find service ideas. As muched as i loved the volountary work in fundacja akacja, with this school year being my final year i have a lot of work to do and i simply do mot have the time to spend 5 hours on the weekend doing my service. For this reason i did my research as a form of CAS service this month.

Service October
My first service this month was quite unusual as i helped my local community by reporting a dead animal i found. I stumbled across a dead hedgehog next to my house and i called animal patrol to remove it after learning that protected animals need to be reported when injured or deceased. I felt really bad for him but i did what needed to be done. With this activity i used my communication skills and research skills

For my second activity in october i went on a walk to an abandoned pool. I walked around the whole facility and the property was very big. I spent around an hour walking around and exploring the buildings. With this activity i improved my physical stamina

Activity october
For my first activity in October i went on a run to my local forest. The main goal was to find an appropriate stick for my halloween costume, and as it was a very specific stick i needed to find, it took my a long time. In total i made about 6 km and i walked the way home. This activity helped me improve my physical stamina.

For my second creativity this month i made fried vegetables in a teriyaki sauce. I didn’t use a recipe but on the contrary just spontaneously used products in my house. For the first dish i made fried rice with the vegetables and for the second dish i made spring rolls. With this activity I improved my creativity and cooking skills.

For my first creativity this month i made pizza from scratch with my dad. I annotated the process in my cooking book to have the recipe for the future when i will be at university living on my own. It was a very fun activity were improved my communication skills and my cooking skills.
