“Of course I’ll hurt you. Of course you’ll hurt me. Of course we will hurt each other. But this is the very condition of existence. To become spring, means accepting the risk of winter. To become presence, means accepting the risk of absence”
— Antoine de Saint Exupéry, The Little Prince

Love doesn't just sit there, like a stone; it has to be made, like bread, remade all the time, made new.

“People who describe the glass as half full are not delusional optimists. In fact, they are more based in reality because they are describing a substance that is actually in the glass. They are describing reality as it is. The cynic who describes the glass as half empty is focusing their energy on something that is not actually there.”
— Rosamund and Benjamin Zander

Patience with God, His decree, and His plan for you, does not mean you won't get sad or tired. It does not mean that you won't have days when the pain will make your heart heavy and constricted. TRUE patience, the most beautiful patience, can only exist in the presence of these struggles, not in their absence. Otherwise it wouldn't be called patience, if you felt good all the time or your hardship brought you no pain. So do not judge your patience by your painful emotions. Patience is judged by how we react to our pain, by our actions, by how we keep redirecting our hearts to God and reigniting our hope in what He has promised and holds for us, not only in this world but the next.

Allah won't give you more than you can handle. If your situation seems harder than most, it's because He knows you're strong enough for it and He wants to make you stronger. Please be patient and trust Allah's plan.

Women in Islam
Mothers: And We have commanded man to be good towards parents; his mother bore him with hardship, and delivered him with hardship" (Quran 46:15)
Wives:Treat women well and be kind to them; they are your partners and committed helpers -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh)
Daughters: Whoever has daughters and treats them kindly, they will be a protection for him against the Fire -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh)
Marriage: And among His signs is this: that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest and peace of mind in them, and He ordained between you love and mercy. Certainly, herein indeed are signs for people who reflect." (Qur'an 30:21)

“If you find yourself being jealous of someone, pray for them. Pray for their peace. Pray for their growth. Pray for their success. Pray for their happiness. By doing this, Allah will also grant you these same things and He will also remove the jealousy in your heart.”
