The Latin princess Lavinia was made the object of a war between Trojan refugees, lead by Aeneas, and those loyal to the Rutulian king Turnus. A skilled priestess in her own right, Lavinia maintained a special relationship with the gods of her homeland.

The Elder things, primordial extra-terrestrials who made earth their home in ages past, awoke from millions of years of slumber to a world changed and hostile to them.

Cernunnos, a mysterious antlered deity, was worshiped across Britain and Gaul in the days before the coming of Christianity. Little trace survives of his ancient cult and he remains shrouded in obscurity to this day.

Princess Camilla of the Volsci, a fearsome warrior trained in warfare by the Amazons, aided her ally King Turnus in his war against the Trojan refugees. During the war she was slain by Arruns, a Trojan ally whom the Goddess Diana then killed in revenge.

Job, a devoted worshiper of Yahweh, was tormented by Satan the Beast and his god in a torturous test of his faith.

On the Greek Strofades islands lived Calaeno, a powerful harpy. The Trojan refugees, led by Aeneas, encountered Calaeno on their travels and many fell to the bird-woman's steel talons.

A great many years before the arrival of Brutus, Princess Albina of Libya and her sisters traveled to Britain, abandoned and nameless at that time. They took incubi for lovers and peopled the island with their offspring; a new race of giants.

During the winter months, high in the northern regions, one may catch a glimpse of the old giants of the glaciers, able to travel south for this brief window of time in which the air is colder.

Adonis, the mortal lover of Aphrodite, was killed by a wild boar during a hunting trip. Aphrodite, goddess of Love, held him as he died and the mixture of his blood and her tears caused Anemone flowers to grow on the spot where he died.

The Guaxa, also called the Guajona, has often been seen wandering the forests of northern Spain, where she has made her home. She appears mostly human but can be distinguished by her bird feet and single long tooth with which she punctures the veins of her victims so as to feast on their blood.
